One of the best furniture buying experiences ever! The store was clean and organized. All the staff had on masks as we did also. Jose Reyes was very helpful and patient. We asked for a certain type of table and he walked us around and knew where the tables we wanted were located. Jose and the other associates have tablets that they can look up information on items. This very convenient. Theres no going back to a desk. And then Jose could finalized the sale while we were sitting at the table we wanted. Very easy!A special thanks to Jose!

I came into the store yesterday afternoon and was immediately greeted by Jose Reyes. I told him I was looking for a mattress and he helped me find the PERFECT one! The selection to choose from was great and he was very informative and helpful with finding the right one for me. Thank you for making the process super easy. I cant wait to get my new mattress!

We went into City Furniture looking for chairs for a dinning room table. We were asked if we needed help and the person who ended up helping us, John Wilson, was excellent. We ended up passing by mattresss and we inquired about them instead. John happened to be the mattress guru and so it began. John and Brian took tremendous amount of time with us and never made us feel pressured to make a decision or a sale. We really appreciated their expertise and knowledge. We had a tight budget and they really, really, worked with us to get us what we wanted. Christine also really helped seal the deal with John at the end, without being pushy. We left very happy overall and highly recommend City Furniture for their mattresses. Keep up the great customer service! We will be back for the chairs eventually :-)

It would have been a 5 star review if it was not for my experience today with customer service! I bought a marble table back in March. It took about 3 months to arrive & during my purchase I made it very clear I have a 5 year old daughter would any stain that cannot be removed be covered on the warranty.. they sales rep said yes! He even gave me the warranty for the chairs as well. I was very happy with my purchase and felt safe that if anything happened, it was covered. Well my daughter spilled something a few days ago that it would not come off. I put in my claim and called only to find out IT IS NOT COVERED! You can only imagine how shocked I was to hear this after that was my #1 question prior to purchase. Customer service lady did nothing but just say sorry & then asked if there was anything else I needed assistance with.. I love city furniture but I would rather someone be honest with me about everything then just try to tell me what I want to hear.Very disappointed.

If I could give this company 0 stars I would.This is the second problem I’ve had with an order from them. I should have stopped at my first couch order when they sent an electric reclining $5000 couch that did not work!!I received notification through text and email that the delivery would arrive between 2-5PM, so I planned accordingly. At 10 AM that day I received a nasty phone call from the driver stating that they would be at my residence in 30 minutes. I politely responded that the window was between two and five and that I would not be home, as I am at work. They gave pushback and hung up. They proceeded to call me while I was at work, mind you, three more times. I then received three calls from customer service —mind you it is beyond hard to get a hold of customer service by phone if you are trying to on your own and if you have a problem. I told them that not only did my sales associate from the store in West Palm Beach not discuss the shipping charge that was added to the transaction, I wanted that removed and that I was notified that the shipping would arrive between two and five and they said not to worry that’s when they would come. Well, low and behold they dumped the order outside of my door, far before 2PM. I have reported this through email to City Furniture with, yes you guessed it, no response. For not one, but two very high priced items you would think that the customer service and delivery would be a lot better. Never again.

The sales associate Jose was perfect. This was the my time buying furniture and he made the experience pleasurable. However, at the end of the purchase he said his manger, Bryan Murphy, had to look over the paper work . The manager did nothing more then try to persuade me into buying protection insurance that was already previously rejected. I NEVER said yes to the insurance and he took it upon himself to add it anyway. I almost walked out of the store after realizing what he did, but decided to not let Jose’s manger ruin his commission. I won’t shop there again but if you choose to shop there see Jose.

Our experience at City Furniture was great. Jerry Garcia was our sales sales associate. He was very knowledgeable and funny as well. Once we told him what we were looking for he was very tentative and not pushy at all. The store itself had a very large selection on everything compared to the two / three other locations we went to. The manager, Robert, who helped close out our sale was also very helpful.I would absolutely recommend & return!

HORRIBLE WASTE OF TIME- GOT THE CLASSIC 10 DAY AROUND!!Consider ROOMS TO GO! About 2-3 weeks after the sale we realized the bed didnt look right with the 5 box spring sold to us over the phone by sales rep ANNA! We needed the 9 box spring which was the same price.I called ANNA, who reassured me that customer service would handle . After 3 calls and 1.5 hrs waiting, customer service rep CARLOS sent me back to ANNA, saying it was up the sales dept to do the exchange.I setup a conference call with ANNA and CARLOS, who explained to ANNA how to process the exchange paperwork. Carlos said sales could definitely exchange be done and I ANNA wouldnt. (guess she looses the commission? ... I demanded to speak with Sales Manager Brita.... who basicly denied.What a RUN AROUND seems each person had a different answer...ANNA 30 day return/ exchange.... Customer Service CARLOS 7 Day, but Sales can do an exchange, finally SALES MANAGER BRITA, no exchange of Box Spring...even after she knew ANNA measured offered exchange to 9 if needed.FYI... I gave ANNA the mattress size over the phone, she measured and stated a 5 box spring would work, but if we needed to return for 9 size we could. WHAT A RUN AROUND AND WASTE OF TIME!I requested the extended warranty I paid on the Bedroom set to be refunded, in which ANNA stated the extended service was cancelled and the full refund will be return to my card. Waiting to see credit. .

I have purchased from city furniture for years without any issues. However, my last purchase in August was the most unprofessional and frustrating one ever. From my salesperson to customer service. My delivery date and time was changed several times and was different every time I went to confirm. When I finally got my furniture, I was missing a piece and noone seems to know why.Although I am happy with what I purchased, it was not worth the hours spent on the phone to get things done.

I bought a 7 piece sectional in July with a delivery date for august. they delivered the first piece in August which I declined. Then another piece October 1. Then impolitely informed me that they may deliver the rest late October or maybe November and if I cant wait then I should cancel the order and come in to chose another product. I promptly cancelled the order and still waiting for full refund.Awful service from sales person to managers...BBB report filed.

UPDATED: City furniture, you said to send our invoice to you, but where?Extremely disappointed with the service we have received. We ordered an outdoor dining table and chairs in April. The delivery date has been rescheduled several times with minimal communication and it has now been FOUR months. Delivery was finally scheduled and no one showed up. We had to call them to find out that there was an issue with the truck and they had to move the delivery date yet again. Why can’t they just deliver the next day? They said they have other deliveries, so we are yet again another few weeks out. Lastly, we also noticed that the order now shows it’s coming with only 3 chair cushions, with one back ordered for another month…. And they weren’t going to say anything, we had to find out ourselves… lack of communication, terrible logistics, bad service… will definitely NOT be ordering from them again. Strongly recommend you do not purchase from this company. Terrible experience.

I spoke with a Joelle on a City Furniture Dispatch customer service line and never been treated with such disrespect. I was delivered the wrong bunk bed model and was simply asking for details and assistance for this inconvenience. After being practically laughed at for asking for a supervisor and his name he kept me on the line while I heard him typing in the background and hung up on me shortly after. Reason how I got his name was because I had to call back to speak to another representative for the lack of customer service I received. I hope he gets reprimanded for this.

I just needed a bed for the short term, so I didn’t want to spend much money. I got a steal here! I had just missed the sale, but since the sticker was still up. The manager honored the discount and gave me an additional 15% off. They offer free delivery, but I have a truck so I picked it up from their drive-thru customer pick up the next day. That was pretty awesome too! I love City Furniture.

Expect 6 month back orders and once it has arrived, expect damages or wrong items all together. Wait times for customer care are at minimum 2 hours ! We ordered 3 table tops of the same table and each were damaged along of a sofa which was the right configuration. I can not recommend this company .

Started out good, picked many items and was given a courtesy discount because of the quantity ordered. We were there 2+ hours and we were getting worn out. Later at home reviewing the sales receipt I noticed that 2 service contracts, over $500 were added without ever asking if we wanted them. I emailed the salesman, Nathaniel that evening. The next day called a few times until I told them I was on my last call and then I would be canceling the order, our salesman then picked up the call. He told me he didn’t get a chance yet to respond to my email, tried to convince me to keep them but he would remove the service contracts if I wanted, so I said yes remove them. When I received the updated invoice reflecting the service contracts removed he had also removed the discount without ever mentioning it to me, btw was about 5% discount, lol. I called back again to discuss and was given the run a round about the whole thing so I canceled the entire order out of principal. They should not treat customers like this I hate to say but It was typical of many people’s experiences with this company and now reading so many reviews I realize they are not such a reputable company to purchase from. I do try to give most companies a chance to remedy poorly handled situations, this company doesn’t care. I hope others have better experiences.

I do NOT recommend shopping here. We spent a lot of money, the furniture arrived damaged with all broken boxes. I emailed customer service as they asked that day, have emailed my rep at the West Palm Store (who is the only one responding but can’t do anything about it) and STILL haven’t heard back from the customer service department. It has been two weeks. SO frustrating and worst customer service ever. 5 of our 8 chairs were chipped and I did not want to accept them when they were dropped off however the delivery men told me that I had to keep them and contact customer service. I will NEVER shop at CF again.

Me and my wife have bought around 15k in furniture from Ashley/City furniture. We bought the warranty for this couch. We were told by the sales person( who of course does not work there anymore) that we need to buy it because we have pets and it covers damage due to pets. We have been trying to get it fixed for months and finally was told they are not covering it. So my advise do not waste your time with this shabby, con man of a place.

Walked in knowing what we wanted, Desiree was amazing! She looked and found us the 2 tables we were interested in. Our 5 yr old daughter was having so much fun working with Desiree helping its find the tables, she is amazing with kids. We got the table we wanted at the amazing price match due to the discounted price that was listed on line. Will definitely shop here again for our furniture needs. Since they have a specific sales person greet you, you are not bothered by any other salesperson while browsing. We ordered a 5-piece sectional that we knew at the date of purchase would be delivered at separate times due to availability in the warehouse.We received three pieces later that week with no issues. I received a voicemail from our rep stating she had to schedule the next delivery and chose Saturday the 25th due to our work schedules which we previously stated at the time of purchase. I received a call a week prior to the delivery date that it had to be pushed to the 29th so I called to inquire because its during the week and we are unavailable. Once I did, our rep stated there was availability for the 22nd. Now how does that work?! We had to push back delivery due to availability and now we are able to do it in 2 days?! When I questioned the timeline she continued to talk over me and would not allow me to speak and was extremely rude. After her speaking over us and raising her voice and eventually just stopped talking on the phone, I had to call the store manager who shared we were never on the schedule for the 25th. The Assistant Manager stated he would call the next morning to see about availability which never happened so we had to call again.My husband called and they scheduled delivery for the following day so he took off from work to make sure he was home. We never received a confirmation call or email for a delivery time frame so he called that following morning. The woman who he spoke to was again, very rude and it wasnt until my husband INSISTED she look into the details that she noticed in the NOTES it was supposed to be delivered today, but never was loaded to the truck.There has been no call back, no compensation, nothing received for the time that my husband had to take off from work for the incompetency for the employees that have failed to due their job properly. We completely rebuilt a house with LESS frustration than this. I promise we will never be back or have anything positive to say moving forward.

I already knew what I wanted, but answered all my questions and got financed with no problems. This was the most pleasurable experience of buying anything in my life. The worst experience of my life!!. I spend almost $10k on a King size Mattress tempur-pedic, a reclinable base and a bed frame. I got it all delivered last week Tuesday September 14th, The drivers assamble everything and left whitout letting me check anything. Everything looked normal, until I checked the other side of the bed... There is a huge gap on the edges. A kid can fall and break their legs easilly. I immediately called to the customer service number, they did not give me any resolutions other than get a technician to come and look at it... The Following day September 15th I went back to the same store where I got the order 10312 Forest Hill Blvd Ste 200, Wellington, FL 33414.. The manager Tyger tried to help out as he can to get everything fix.. That same day September 15th We read reviews about the same Bed frame that we got and everybody was complaining about how huge was the gap on the sides.. Of corse me and my fiance explained Tyger why we wanted to replace the Bed with a new model... He promised that He was going to submitt the request... After 4 Days today September 20th We got an anwser from Tyger.. Looks like Higer ups declined the exchange.. We when back to the store today September 20th, hoping to get someone to fix this issue, We tried to switch to another bed frame that was actually more expensive that the one we originally got (the only reason that we ordered that bed frame was because it was the soonest available). We have been moving and we are really tired with all this inconvenince.. The only resolutions that they are giving is to replace the bed for the same model which if you look at the reviews everybody complains about the same, therefore We dont want to get the same Bed frame, we dont want to lose our time anymore, we work all day, we only wanted to replace the bed with a new one, and head managers refused to help... DO NOT BUY anything at City Furniture at all.. They dont care about you or you families... Defenitely the worst expirience of my life...

City Furniture just disappoints again and again. Our order was backordered for months and then came in about 5 different deliveries. Still waiting on some pieces. The couch was delivered and they put a gouge in our hallway wall. Unfortunately that day we had a house sitter there to take the delivery and didnt notice but we contacted customer service approx 40 hours later and were told it was past the 24 hour window to make a complaint. They really dont get it and the salespeople will tell you anything to make the sale. Very disappointed and will not recommend or ever do business with them.

Paying for furniture that I ordered on 1/1/2021 which has still not been delivered. It was scheduled to be delivered today 5/20/21. They cancelled again without informing me. I’m getting my furniture delivered piece by piece. They have the worst communication system. Another customer of CF called me once to tell me he was getting calls about my delivery and he was nice enough to let me know. CF also sent a customer service person to fix my defective mattress to a different address other than where my mattress was delivered...how does that even happen?! They even billed me incorrectly which they later fixed. There are many furniture stores to choose from and I wish I had gone with a different one. They do not value customers’ time. An 8 hour window blocked but I was never informed of cancellation. City Furniture was a big mistake and never again!

I cannot express my love of this location, more so Tony! We went in looking for a specific couch, a bohan leather couch and a mattress. He walked us through the mattresses, showed us different options as far as memory foam, and springs. Let me tell you, after such a great experience with Tony, we went back the next day and bought a desk and kitchen table. A week later (today) we bought a wall unit from him. He was so helpful, and personable that even our children know his name and say hi and bye. I will tell all our friends and family to go see him, and I highly suggest you do the same.

Today, my hubby and I went shopping at City Furniture for a new mattress . Are sales person was Ms. Elisa Longo. I tell you she was very patient with me and understanding.Cause my pain level is a ten plus today . So we ordered the K SB X. Medium Firm “13.75 “, K GM Stretchwich Mattress Protector and K GM Storm 2.0 Back Sleeper Pillow. I can’t wait for my mattress to arrive, do to having two back surgeries . You have to really spend money to be comfortable .

Three pieces of the furniture I have needed repair in November. One of the chairs the leather is so badly worn they have to replace it. Twice they were scheduled and twice no call no show. The other chair the motor is broken, City claims they ordered in November but still have no motor in the chair. The third is a hinge on a console. These were all looked at in November and now April with nothing happening. Note I paid for the extended warranty on the products to not have this issue. City does not stand behind their products

Very disappointed! Will never buy there again! The day after you buy and you spend your money, no matter what happens, they are done with you without resolution.Update:. A person from City Furniture called my office phone so I put him on speaker as I was just telling my employees what happened at City Furniture. City Furniture didnt apologize, thats all I wanted or offer a $10 discount to show that they cared,s instead, the man was incredibly rude. The best customer service agent wouldve said, maam, Im so sorry that you went through all of that, that is not the usual for a customer that has patronized us for years. I will take $10 off your next order. Please call if you have anymore problems. I am appalled by my treatment not only from the delivery warehouse, but from so called customer service man who just called me and, frankly, made it worse! Please read the reviews and believe them. As a business owner, I would never accept this conduct from anyone business! The below response, is a joke. They wrote it for aesthetics only. They wont help.

We had an awesome experience with City Furniture and our salesman Matt. We had a house full of furniture to buy for our vacation home in Naples, and Matt worked with us long distance from our home in Chicago to make sure we got exactly the pieces we wanted at the prices we wanted. This involved numerous emails, phone calls, and texts, but he got the job done to our complete satisfaction within a 24 hour time period. He was extremely amicable and easy to work with, and went above and beyond to make us happy. We have purchased Ashley furniture before in Chicago and have been very pleased with the quality and design of the furniture. Would highly recommend City Furniture for your furniture needs!

Several calls, emails, pictures, etc... and they different excuses each time, not to repair my stair nose, damaged in the delivery. Spend your money in a store that cares better about its customer. Sales were excellent. Customer service, the poorest.

Elisa is the absolute best. She made us feel comfortable as soon as we walked in the door. From the moment we walked in, she made us feel great and really helped us pick out our table and didn’t hit us with the high pressure sales tactics. We went to the showroom to look the power-lift recliners for our aging father. It turned out that the model we liked wasnt available at the store, but our salesman, Edwin, was happy to help us anyway. He showed us the models they did have on the floor, how they operated, the various features, etc. When I asked if he could order the recliner we liked for us, he said he couldnt but was happy to help us anyway. (He told us we could order it through the website.) He took the time to answer all of our questions knowing that he wouldnt make a commission off the sale. This demonstrates the high level of customer service we always get at City Furniture, and why our family continues to come back. Bravo and thank you to.City Furniture, and especially to Edwin!

Had a great experience at this store. The sales manager Christine went above and beyond to help us find out perfect dining set. She was friendly and not at all pushy. It was like shopping with a friend! Delivery was on time and well done. We purchased the Haddie set as well as the Ella Ivory Credenza and love it in our new home.

Nate was amazing. Super helpful, friendly and patient (came with child and sometimes women think of too many things at once). He ended up being the only person we preferred to deal with. We also had an opportunity to meet Sean, the manager. He was also very helpful and knowledgeable. He tried his best to make sure we were taken care of.
