If it were possible to give them a 0 I would. Bought a turquoise Navaho necklace from this outfit through 1stdins. The silver strand broke within 5 wearings. JMD did not return any calls; 1stdibs refused to honor any refund because the necklace broke over 7 days from receipt although within 2 weeks!!! They do not answer any phone calls and the mailbox for this outfit is full. What kind of reputable business runs this way????

I wouldnt touch this shop with a 10 foot pole. She doesnt pay her employees. One of them is in serious financial distress because of it.

The owner Jacki does not pay her employees. She is fraud.
