I cant say how great these people are. They are thoughtful and want to help. I didnt even buy anything! I just asked for advice. I had a broken lamp and wasnt sure how to fix it. Instead of trying to sell me something I didnt need, they pointed me to an inexpensive solution and even took the time to walk me through it when we exchanged text messages while I was repairing it.
