Recently I had the pleasure of working with Mike Senior, Mike Junior and the Superwoman herself Ms.Cristi! 💝 This was my first truck getting into the business and they made the process as seamless as possible considering we are in a pandemic. 😌 It took about a solid month to get me in the truck, however it was not their fault. This pandemic just happened to slow down a lot of the banks because 👉🏼 THE BANKS👈🏼 are still short staffed. I almost didn’t include that part in the review because some people may not like that it took a month, however I felt it was best to set the expectation that you WILL NOT be in and out with a truck the same day based on the banks response time. THEY CAN GET NEARLY ANYONE APPROVED if you have a nice downpayment.✅ Also, it could take a bit longer because this dealership is HUGE on making sure you get the BEST OF THE BEST. 🏆 So if a repair needs to happen on the truck, they will make sure it’s in TOP shape before selling it. 🛠🔩👌🏼— THERE ARE NO SUCH THING AS LEMONS HERE! 🙅🏽‍♀️ Anything they put out is fully inspected and GUARANTEED to last! 💎 — They were the best when it comes to communicating. They stood with me every step of the way! 🤞🏼 I found this company on Google, and I live in Texas! We did the entire process online so that when I got to Florida, there was nothing left to do! I was in and out in a matter of minutes! 🤩 This truck and I were love at first sight!!! They had it cleaned up soooo nice for me, I’m talking not a rust spot in sight!!!!I don’t care if there is a dealership giving away free trucks next door, I WOULD GLADLY GIVE TRANSPORTATION MARKETPLACE MY MONEY FIRST!!! 🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽 You’ve got yourself a loyal customer and I will be back!!! 🤝🤝🤝🤝🤝

I purchased a 2016 Isuzu NQR that they claimed was leased to a freight company in Miami. Come to find out it was a fleet truck for a big name truck rental company and was from NY. So needless to say, everything on the truck was rusted really bad. 2 months later and Im still scraping layers of rust off the the chassis of the truck. I was always skeptical about buying a truck from a state that has snow for this same reason. So when they told me it belonged to a freight company in Miami, I had peace of mind. But come to find out it was a lie. They did a good job painting everything to cover up all the rust. The truck was at the Isuzu dealer doing a complete brake job when I had put a deposit down on it. When I went to finalize the sale, they allowed me to take it for a test drive around the compound and the street outside their compound. The test drive wasnt a real test drive. None of the issues could have been exposed in a 5mph test drive. After I left with the truck, and got on the Turnpike, the ABS & Brake lights came on and never went off. Then realized the steering gearbox had so much play that the truck is uncontrollable on the highway and if you hit any uneven pavement the truck loses control and can easily crash or turnover. The a/c compressor locked up a few days later. The front leaf springs were completely gone and are almost straight. The roll-up door wheels were completely rotted and all the wheel were separated from the bearings. The truck looks good because of all the black undercoating paint and white paint that they sprayed everywhere to cover up all the rust. Im very unhappy with my purchase and regret buying it from this company. I advise anyone that is a buying a truck from them to take a professional truck mechanic with you to look over every single part of the truck and let them allow you to take the truck on the highway or on at least a 10 mile drive so that you can expose any issues in the 10 mile round trip. I have to spend thousands of dollars in repairs between figuring out and fixing the brakes issue, the steering gearbox, the a/c compressor, the leaf springs and the roll-up door wheels. When I informed Peter about the issues with the truck, he told me they dont cover any of those issues, only the engine and transmission. So, after he told me that, I just cut my loses and not waste my time arguing with them. I hope no one else has such a nightmare of a truck experience as I did. I havent fixed any of the issues since. I mostly have the truck parked up. I have used the truck 5 times in the 2 months that Ive owned it. Its a nightmare to drive. And the repairs are in the thousands.

I purchased at 26 box truck from here. The truck was beautiful, cleaned, and well maintain (thanks for the new set of tires). Peter and the staff, were very direct and detailed with the purchasing process. After leaving with my truck, I called Peter back to inform him that the A/C wasnt blowing cool. Peter said to let him know the repair charges and shop, so he can take care of it. Turns out that there wasnt anything or problems found with the A/C.The staff were friendly and great to work with. I cant wait to purchase another from Transportation MarketPlace.

Warning: They dress their trucks up to look good but they dont know anything about the mechanical shape of any of these trucks as they only have them on the lot for a short period of time before re-selling. My dump truck broke down the day we drove it off the lot. Ive had this truck in the shop 3 times in the last two months with issues. Each time Ive had to have it towed and it left my crew stranded. Watch out for old batteries and re-tread tires that will come apart after two months.

We bought some trucks from our fleet in Transportation Marketplace.The service is very good, Mike and Peter were always very kind to us.The trucks are in very good condition and since we bought them we had no problems with them, they are working excellent, driving trough all the States.Definitely recommended.

BUYER BEWARE!!!! This company is ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!!I purchased a used Isuzu box truck recently and here are the details.George, the salesman who is the only good thing about this company, drove it over to Fort Myers from east coast. I have driven it less than 200 miles (not even 3 tanks of gas) and already have to replace the dozer injector and mixing chamber at $2,000 as it is mixing with the fuel causing sensors to go off. So then on the way to the shop the transmission begins to smoke because there is no transmission fluid in there!! Remember I have driven this less than 200 miles.Owners will not do a thing to help out with costs whatsoever.DO NOT BUY FTOM THIS COMPANYThis is a response to your answer. The truck has not been fixed yet. I have only brought it to the shop to have it looked at. So no repairs have been done.

These are total clowns . They make endless excuses and blame buyers. They never have truck on hand but they tell buyers trucks are ready to go and will release as soon as they get funding . Once you provide funding they will start making excuses and then you know they dont have trucks ready to go they get trucks from.other party and that could takes weeks and they will never provide you location of truck to come look at and sell you different truck then what you originally purchased. And they out slots of pressure for funding but after funding no one answer calls.Updated . Now I got my truck in yard for inspection this is what I found it does not have brand new tires as promised it has recap. They sold me N13 engine but this truck has maxxforce motor in total RIP off and unlawful . Hoses have no clamps leaking alternator red wire had epoxy on it and now truck not charging battery epoxy broke off see pictures. All work done is not maintained by multi billion dollar company as they claimed look at wires and hoses all left lose to leake .

Transportation MarketplaceTransportation Marketplace failed to deliver a refrigerated box truck to us after payment in full was made. We had no alternative but to rent a truck to service our accounts while waiting for the undelivered truck. Transportation Marketplace promised to pay a portion of the truck rental due to the delivery delay. They refused to honor that commitment.When the truck was delivered, 8 days after promised and 10 days after payment in full had been received by the seller, the refrigeration system was not operational and out of commission for another week for repairs. Transportation Marketplace promised to pay for the repair. Again, they refused to honor their commitment.Several attempts were made to contact the owner, Peter, the manager Mike Jr., and the managing partner, Christi Mitchell. They did not return phone calls or answer emails. No effort was made to compensate for the late delivery or the refrigeration system repairs.We ended up paying well over $4,500 more than the purchase price. Adding insult to injury, poor customer communications and service and abject failure to honor commitments.Buyer beware!

Christi, Peter and Mike, went above any beyond to convince us to buy a truck. The truck didn’t arrive on the compromised date.The truck looked perfect cosmetically when it arrived to California! Yet the AC was not functioning properly it’s going to cost us over 1k to fix. A week later it had a double check engine. I took into the shop and they told me all the expenses where on me! $500 later and a month later it has a double check engine again within 2 months it has had to go into the service department 3 times! And I am on my own because neither Christi, Peter or Mike are willing to assist with anything anymore, no Waranty NOTHING!!!!! I’m on my own! I was planning on buying another truck with them, yet now I’m taking my money to a place that can provide a reliable dump truck! To top it off the dump bed is detaching and having holes in between the walls now! I truly regret purchasing a vehicle here!!!! You live and learn!The funny thing is when I told them I was interested in another truck all 3 of them where calling me daily! Once I expressed my concerns on the disfunctional truck that they sold me the calls stopped and I’m still waiting on Peter and Mike to call me back on how to fix this issue! I will highly recommend this company to people who want to be taking their truck for a double check engine light and want a non functioning AC in the summer!!!! Please save yourself the headache for your business!!!!!!

I bought a 2012 truck from this vendor for Fruti-Mat Transport and it has broken down 3 times since the end of April (when we picked it up). We were sold a 2 year warranty (which was highly recommended) and none of the repairs we had to make were actually covered. Every excuse in the book was used so they wouldnt cover it and this has cost MY business about 14,000 dollars! One excuse was that the part that needed fixing wasnt INSIDE the engine, it was only attached.... even though it was still part of it? I am highly upset because we put faith in this company to keep their promises. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE.We even tried to contact in order to cancel that warranty we were sold (which was about 3,500 dollars) and its been over a week. The message was read, but we have yet to receive a response.TERRIBLE SERVICE. Hopefully this review will get them to contact us about that and help others be careful before buying with this company. Or we will probably be flagged since every negative review has been (how convenient).

I saw a truck I liked online, came into the dealership and ended up leaving with a truck I LOVED! My old dump truck was beginning to cost me more money in repairs than it was worth. Don’t take Peter’s word on anything. $6,000 spent on a truck before i can even use it. I’ve called and texted him but no response. Very unprofessional. I really thought i found a dealer where i could get great deals on semi trucks. My first was my last. I will never again do business with them. And Peter should be ashamed of himself for taking advantage of his customers. Lying to close a deal won’t get you very far in your career. Don’t be quick to sign anything!! Don’t take Peter’s word on anything. Have a mechanic check out anything before you buy it.

I purchased a 2012 Isuzu NPR-HD off of the internet and was initially nervous to move forward with the purchase but these guys really made me feel comfortable to complete this major purchase for my company. I purchased the landscape dump with a custom aluminum body for my landscaping crew. They went above & beyond and all my nerves quickly disappeared. Also, Mike JR was able to get me financed with affordable terms despite my challanged credit. Ill be a repeat customer.

I went to their warehouse to buy a used Isuzu dump truck and ended up buying a new one. Peter, the salesman, promised me that I am gonna have included in the total price the title fee, the full tank of diesel, coupons for 2 free maintenance. After paying the truck I went to pick it up: no cover for the battery, the tank almost empty an no cupons. He promised he is gonna have all these in the next few days. After 3 weeks I called him asking about my title and he told me I have to pay $470 for that and they have to take care of it with DMV. Still no cover for the battery and no cupons. You know what the owner said? Was not on the Buyers order. Be aware!

I looked for about 3 weeks for a sprinter van for my flowershop and I was referd by a friend to a place in lake worth the other day inbetween subway and a funeral home, called transportation marketplace im pleased to say im now making deliveries in my nice New sprinter can thank u to all those at the truck marketplace
