I had placed an order for flowers to deliver for my mother for her 92nd birthday. This place said it will be delivered before 12pm.At 1pm no delivery, and I called 5 times after that someone picked up and hung up. When I did speak to someone on 3 occasions they were unable to understand my English. No flowers delivered as of 4:48pm today. Don’t use this place at all. They are useless

Ordered flowers for my girlfriend with 3 hours still to go with same day delivery as advertised. Not only did the flowers not arrive same day and ruined any surprise, but they were delivered to her office on Saturday WHEN THEY WERE CLOSED!!! I emailed them to cancel my order before they were delivered and have yet to get a response from them. I highly recommend you choose a different way to have flowers delivered as advertised. Especially if you are looking for same day delivery.

I order a bouquet of flowers, with ribbons and a balloon for my daughters birthday, with same day delivery. It was the worst experience ever. The arrangement was not even close to what I ordered. Flowers were wilted. No Birthday balloons or ribbons. I called and they said they are a 3rd party for arrangement and delivery. There is nothing they can do.. The only good thing was the same day delivery. NEVER WILL I ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN

I am confused about why the reviews were so low. They were the only flower shop open on Sunday and the bouquets were lovely. They replace old flowers if you want to give you a fresh bouquet. Flexible people.

The quality of service and product are of the same caliber; disappointing.After calling ahead of time to request delivery of premium flowers for the next morning not only did the flowers arrive late, I was told twice Im 5 minutes away by the driver. Delivery driver thought it was a good decision to leave $150 worth of items ordered after 8:00pm while it was dark.I returned home and the flowers were gone. I called twice, emailed, contacted on facebook messenger, and they are ignoring all of my attempts to contact them.I filed a complaint with the better business bureau. Im hoping they can help convince the shop to do the right thing and stop ignoring me.Its not about the $151.47 at this point. Im so disappointed Ive been ignored. It shows me they are so financially successful that they can ignore any issues and just move on to the next paying customer. They apparently could care less about my story being told on social media.Ill oblige them by sharing this with as many people as possible. The quality of flowers and the arrangement were unprecedented. My mother loved her flowers and they have lasted over 2 weeks.

Not only did they lie about delivering an order that they never delivered, the owner of the shop was rude and disrespectful when I called asking for an update on my purchase. Been there twice. Super clutch place bc all the other places close at 5, which I work to everyday. They are open till 7 which was a life saver... great service each time. Reading other review it looks like they have issues with deliveries but going to the store is much better. Huge walk in fridge with tons of flowers. Built a rose bouquet the first time with help for anniversary and then for V day went again. Super busy but was in and out in 20 min. Took an existing bouquet and added to it, with the help of one of the people that worked there, there was like 15 people working so it was quick. Advise going to the store so you know exactly what your getting.

I came 4 days before to order Valentine roses. I ordered 6 dozen in different colors I arrived sharp at opening time on Fri. They had totally forgotten about my order. It took them 3/4 of an hour to get my flowers together. Some of the blooms were tired. The stems were shorter than I ordered and they didn’t have the some of the colors I ordered left. I wasn’t the only unhappy customer in the line. They are clearly unable to handle the volume of customer they attract.They won’t see me again! (And probably don’t care)I returned them and got a refund

I have been disappointed twice with my orders through Flowers to Go, First with my 36 year anniversary delivering the wrong order, then my wifes birthday delivery delayed and missing an important purpose which was very inefficient and unreliable to say the least. Please make sure you dont ruin your special occasion relying on these folks you would be highly disappointed as I was.

I stumbled upon this local flower shop one day driving back from work. I saw the $8.99 rose special sign and I figured Id walk in and buy some for my living room. A lovely lady named Britney showed me around the shop and the cooler where they keep all the flowers and I said to her I just wanted something for my living room. She said how much do you want to spend? I said $10. She gave me the most beautiful arrangement of roses, daisies, carnations and fillers wrapped in gorgeous colorful paper and ribbon. I couldnt believe that bouquet was $10. I could tell how much thought Britney put into making this arrangement. Definitely coming back.

I placed an order online Tuesday afternoon for delivery Wednesday. The website was very easy to use and free delivery is hard to turn down. I called in the following morning to confirm the order, the service rep was very nice, was able to confirm exactly what flowers would be on the arrangement and an approximate delivery time. The flowers were delivered exactly when promised and looked exactly, if not better, like the picture online. Two days later the flowers bloomed and look even better. I will most definitely be coming back for any future orders.

I ordered flowers for Mothers Day Delivery for my Wife, Mother, and Sister in Law 5 days prior to Mothers Day and my delivery for my Wife showed up at 11 pm Mothers Day night left outside by my front gate, my Sister in Law didnt get her delivery until the following Day in the early Afternoon, and the order for my Mother never showed up. Definitely not a dependable company to order from and would highly recommend not using their services.

Terrible Experience. I ordered flowers on Feb 12th for a Feb 13th delivery date (day before Valentines day). Its now 5:00 on February 14th (Vday) and they are still not delivered. What a joke. I called them and they said they were very busy and it was still on the truck. No apology or remorse! Take your business elsewhere! This place sucks!

What a great company! I received an arrangement of daisies with roses which was beautiful in a happy face mug. The roses never opened up so I called to inquire what I might have done wrong. They sent me a BRAND NEW ARRANGEMENT with just the yellow roses! Now thats an amazing company:):)!!

I ordered flowers online - as a surprise for my ill 83 yo mother - the website notes if it is a surprise - do not put the tel number of the recipient - put your own- as I did . The delivery person Glen called me for directions - I told him I am not in Florida, but had put my number on the order since it is a surprise. I asked him if he doesnt have a GPS on his phone. He said, probably, but he doesnt know where or how to use it...THIS IS A DELIVERY JOB - HOW DOES A DELIVERY PERSON NOT KNOW HOW TO USE A GPS?He said he would call his store for directions - the store apparently looked up my mothers tel number in the White Pages and GAVE IT TO THE DELIVERY PERSON WHO THEN RUINED THE SURPRISE BY CALLING MY MOTHER FOR DIRECTIONS! I DO NOT UNDERSTAND THIS STORE - HOW IS IT OKAY TO LOOK UP THE TEL NUMBER INSTEAD OF GETTING DIRECTIONS . WHY DO THEY HIRE A DELIVERY PERSON WHO DOESNT KNOW HOW TOP USE A GPS. THE MANAGER BRITTANY THEN DECLINED TO GIVE ANY REFUND. I DONT REALLY CARE ABOUT THE $ - I CARE THAT THEY ARE INCOMPETENT AND DO NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE LACK OF SERVICE- THEY SHOULD HAVE OFFERED A REFUND/CREDIT AS AN APOLOGY.

Vasily:Worst experience ever! The order was not delivered on time. When I called and tried to find out when my order would be delivered, I was put on hold 3 times for about 20-30mins wait time, they kept redirecting my call and then they just hung up on me. I spent about 2 hrs trying to reach someone – no luck. When I called next day in a morning they said they would deliver my order today when I asked for refund of $140 I spent they redirected my call to a manager who asked to wait a minute because she needed to check something, I waited but manager never returned then a guy picked up the phone and when I said “Hello” he hung up. I called again and the same guy answered, I started all over explaining why I was calling and that my order was not delivered…to summarize the talk was unpleasant, the person answering the phone was rude, arguing with me and even shouted at me. I do not recommend this company – they do not seem to be professionals. I would never ever place an order with them again.

I received a balloon arrangement for my birthday from my mom. They were delivered on the day of my birthday, and they were very nice-3 Mylar balloons and 6 latex balloons. One of the latex balloons was under inflated, but I didnt think much of it. I was excited because I was having a party the next day and they would serve as a beautiful centerpiece! The next morning, all 6 of the latex balloons lost their helium and sank. Typically, good quality balloons should stay inflated for at least 24 hours, right? It was pretty disappointing and I know delivery places like these are not cheap, so god knows what my mother paid for balloons that went limp in 12 hours. The guests at my party thought it was pretty lousy that the arrangement couldnt last at least 24 hours, too. Its sad that this is the new normal when it comes to quality.

Amazing place to buy flowers from, as I walked in I was helped immediately and the young man who helped knew about flowers too. The employees working there seemed really nice. They even had Peonies which was about impossible to find in the West Palm Beach area. I will definitely be coming back and telling my friends about this place.

Ordered flowers for Valentines day like everyone else, and my order did not get delivered the day of Valentines Day. Obviously you order flowers for Valentines day to get them ON Valentines Day, but this was not the case with this company. I called twice the day of, to make sure everything was on track, and that they would be delivered the day of. Each time the person said they were on the truck currently being delivered, but as closing hours came around i never got the confirmation from my girlfriend that she received them..Called first thing the next morning to make this wrong right, and they blamed it on the fact that it was a new driver who made a mistake, and didnt see anyone home so he took the flowers back to the shop. Note: I was never called by the delivery driver or notified of them doing this. If there is a number on the invoice to call if there is an issue, it should be called instead of the driver making his own decision to just take them back to the shop. If i was called, like any other delivery place if they are having an issue, this would of all been avoided. My order was delivered the NEXT day with an upgraded package for the inconvenience, which is appreciated, but the whole point and surprise factor of receiving flowers ON Valentines Day did not happen. I understand mistakes happen, but this could of all been avoided if this company wouldve handled it properly.

Uh...I am looking at alot of the delivery reviews and they are awful. That is unfortunate. I hope that can be fixed.BUT, my first experience as a walk-in was very, very positive. The associates name was Brittany and she was excellent in helping me pick flowers for my wife for our anniversary. The owner was in the store and did a wonderful job arranging my flowers and made the experience really nice for me.I found the most stunning bouquet that I have ever seen in almost 12-13 years of buying flowers for my wife...and she loved, loved it.The selection in their cooler is really good and they were open till 8pm on a weekday, which differentiates them from their competing florists locally.I wish this business the best, I do hope they can get the delivery process back in order, if it is truly a persistent issue, so I can use the delivery process in the future too.

Received my Birthday flowers with (2) under inflated balloons and smelling of cigarette smoke. Please be aware of your delivery personnel and their smoking habits. It was overpowering, sad to say.The flowers were fine. Presentation not so much.

My husband ordered flowers to be sent to my office on valentines day. They arrived the day after and were half dead when I got them. My husband called to complain and the woman he spoke with was incredibly RUDE. She only offered to have someone come pick up the flowers for a refund. No credit, refund or even an apology were offered otherwise. Do yourself a favor and buy flowers from somewhere else. These people need to learn how to run a business.

Horrible! My boyfriend ordered a teddy bear with flowers for $60. The picture showed the teddy bear the size of the vase and what I got was a freaking joke ! He also ordered the deluxe and I only received 3 roses. I also got it at 1130 pm!!! The person kept calling, I just told them leave it outside because I was so upset . We are currently working on our wedding for September. The people were nice and hospitable. Felipe continues to work hard to help us find the right arrangements and everything else we need. Moreover, when we visited them in person we were with my Fiance grandmother. She was celebrating her 96th birthday. They made her nuce special arrangement as a surprise. Pure class! We look forward to the flowers for our wedding...more to follow!

My mom ordered my wife flowers for her birthday very beautiful presentation, actually had to call and ask if the orchids in it were cut or an actual plant spot on service will definitely use them next time I need to get flowers.

As soon as i walked in, in desperate need of a professional touch, the staff here immediately showed me a perfect solution to a basic carnation arrangement that I needed. Needless to say my mind was blown. I was worried about the price, however, since what they showed me was so amazing, but turned out to be half of what I thought!

First off flowers were delivered too early which means my mom never recieved them herself, they were just sitting at her job. Then the next morning (not Mothers Day) she told me someone finally told her they were hers, she said it was just a card with her name on it so she didnt know who it was from and also I purchased 2 balloons and she only recieved 1! I called to let them know what happened and She says some people didnt even get their flowers (even sadder 4 them) also saying now that they dont guarantee time delivery. Waste of a money and a good moment! UNSATISFIED! Never again!!!

Flowers were ordered for a funeral and they delivered it after the actual viewing and service. It was requested to be delivered the day of the viewing and they made the decision to change the delivery date without our knowledge. I have requested thato a.copy of signature from funeral home be sent and still have not received documenta. Very poor customer service.

My Valentines day order was a disaster! Not only that but the flowers they found to throw into a vase started to mold after a few days. Used 1800Flowers, which was also terrible.

Absolutely awful! Do not use this florist! My friends from out of state sent me flowers, I never received MY flowers, but got someones thank you flowers for their mom! When I called the person who answered the phone said that they might have a driver around that could come exchange them, but then tried to convince me to keep them and call it even! I dont want some poor mothers thank you flowers!!!! Horrible experience! They excel at not caring.

I have had multiple wonderful experiences with Flowers To Go over the past year and one half, so going back to the middle of 2011. To begin, every arrangement I have purchased has been fresh and lasted longer than arrangements I have purchased elswhere in the past. I have since learned that Flowers to go adds Flower Food to its water through an expensive proprietary system and that is why the flowers look good for so long. Additionally, whether I stop in personally, call, or recieve a delivery I am treated well by an obviously experienced staff that knows what they are talking about AND knows how to design well. What a waste of money. Birthday bouquet was cheesy, looks like they used the reject flowers. Crooked tulip and 2 burned up sunflowers. Obviously the person who made the bouquet could care less.Id rather have weeds.
