Close to the worst customer service Ive ever experienced. They showed up a day after they said they would for diagnosis of my issue (after I had to call to find out where they were), they were supposed to call me with a quote on the parts which they didnt. I had to call to find out the information myself after not hearing from anyone. I was told the part was on order even though I hadnt authorized the repair since I hadnt received a quote. After getting the quote I authorized the repair and was told someone would be out the next day (Friday) or the following Tuesday since Monday was a holiday. No show on Friday....no show on Tues day. I called Tuesday afternoon and was given excuses again while given another commitment for Wednesday. Again no show, no call. Its now Thursday morning. I called again and now am told theres nobody there I can talk to and had to leave a message. Apparently my business needs are something they dont care to or are unable to meet.
