We had a very pleasant experience in this store. The representative that greeted and assisted us was Stephen. He was very professional, sold us multiple items without being pushy in any way. I had such an amazing experience shopping at this location. Stephen (I hope I got the name right) was so helpful and knowledgeable I was amazed. Literally the best salesperson I’ve ever met. He was enthusiastic and patient, answered all of my questions and helped me choose the cookware I needed. I’m really happy with my purchase and I will definitely come back.

If I could give NO stars, I would. I came in to purchase an entire set for my nephew’s wedding and I left with NOTHING after seeing how absolutely unprofessional the salesperson MARIA was. I have never met such a rude and hostile woman in my entire life. Who is running this location at the outlet mall? Le Creuset should be ashamed to have that woman working behind the counter. The only reason I would ever return to this location would be to see Karen, who was a breath of fresh air inside the store. Do better, Le Creuset.

I was in the store on Sunday June 28 for almost 2 hours! Karen was amazing and helped me leave the store super satisfied with my purchases. I saved for a while to own a Le Creuset dutch oven. So leaving there with my own dutch oven was a dream come true! Thanks again Karen!! I will be back.

Karen at the Palm Beach outlets was fantastic. Very knowledgeable, gave great suggestions, and couldn’t have been more professional or accommodating. Would highly recommend anyone who is considering Le Creuset products to take the trip to see Karen in person. You won’t be disappointed.

Can never go wrong here. Although some of the workers can try to push you to buy certain things when you’re looking for a specific item.

Stopped in to browse on Sunday as I love the cookware, but never purchased any. Angie was helpful and extremely knowledgeable about the products. She and her colleague shared their cooking experiences of the products I was considering. It was truly a consultative sales process which made me comfortable in purchasing my first 2 items. Hats off to Angie for being incredibly knowledgeable & enthusiastic as well as delivering excellence throughout the entire process!I have the upmost respect for Le Creuset for investing in their team, most likely providing them with products and training making all the difference !

Went to the le Creuset at west palm beach outlets, Karen Blasius helped me out and it was a wonderful experience!! Extremely knowledgeable and helpful about the products in the store. Answered all my questions and helped me to pick out a set of cast iron and nonstick for my family. Will 100% go back just for her!!

The service here is incredible. Angie was able to answer all of my questions and concerns about buying from the outlet. All of the pieces are first quality, and the seconds they do have available are clearly labeled.

STAY AWAY.. ITS A SCAMI gave a one star because google doesnt allow me to comment here without selecting one.Its a SCAM.. dont ever buy stuff here.This company doesnt stand behind their products. The most ridiculous thing i heard is that they take returns on only unused purchases ( which btw was not mentioned at the time of purchase) . Now they must explain to me how can anyone verify or test their products functionality without using them. RIDICULOUSEven though i purchased their product a week ago they still declined my request to accept a return and was given a toll number to call and deal with this myself. No help was offerred.

The manager and the assistant manager are the most amazing people ever! If you are looking to buy this type of stuff, go see them. They will take good care of you! Ask about the pink spatulas.
