I found Mr Graphic on a Saturday and called because most print shops were closed. He answered right away and invited me to come by. I met with Mr. Graphic and was amazed at his shop and ordered my large sign which was finished exactly when he said he would have it done. When I went to pick up my sign I realized that it wouldn’t fit in my car! Mr Graphic actually went ahead and dropped my sign off at my house! I’ve never had such service from any other local printer! I honestly I wish I could give Mr Graphic 10 stars. I have been printing things with various companies for years now. I am so lucky to have found this place. Everything is done in a timely manner and exactly how you want it. The quality couldn’t be better. Very nice and professional people. Maybe only big companies matter but once you pay for your items beware. They made a typographical mistake on our CDs and that was from June 8th its now July and we still have not received the corrected ones yet. We lost on sales because of it. Mr Gabriel promised to have them ready for us when we were leaving as we were only visiting. Well we ended up leaving a day later and gave him an extra day before we went to pick them up. They were not ready. He agreed to mail them to my aunt who lives in Florida but to date nothing and this is after several calls to him saying he will send them. Check your items thoughrouly before you leave because once you hand over your money you are on your own.Update 7th July, 2019Further to my last review where Mr. Gabriel neglected to mail our CDs seeing that he didnt have the corrected CDS ready for us to take home with us this is what happened. He had made several promises to ship them since June 8th. Its July and we still have not got them but the sad thing is he is just now saying it cost to much for him to ship it and the post office is to far away. We gave in and on July 5th on a phone conversation we even suggested we would pay half the shipping which is $11.50 but for good measure sent $12. He then text me this today July 7th, 2019:[7/7, 4:46 PM] Mr. Graphic: Can you remove the review pleaseMe:Yes we said as soon as your end of the agreement is done and you let us know you have shipped. We never said Nabil the owner was not pleasant at least initially. We had good convo. However there has been a failure to honor his word. If you have someones paid for items and refuse to release them even after they send you money to help ship it because of your typographical error because you dont want to pay the shipping what does that make you? A delay in shipping first sad and then a refusal to ship because of our review horrible. A review is a customers right but a business man should always be a business man 💯.
