Went there for work they were very helpful

Not only did they take over a month to repair something they said would take a few days, but they asked me to call a parts supplier and pay for my own parts because they didnt have an account with them. This happened twice. The customer service was absolutely horrible when just trying to call and get an update, Will talk to several people with promises to call back, or just get left on hold.The Icing on the cake was after a month and a half, finally get my equipment back and the quality of work was horrible. They re-ran new hydraulic lines and left the old lines hanging. The electric outlets would not work, the generator came back with no oil in it. The list is growing everyday.Do not use these people!

Had to get parts for our company and they had them ready and was in and put in 15 minutes. Great service.

I have used this company to repair equipment. Not only did I receive terrible service, the labor costs were astronomical!Needless to say I would recommend other companies. I had a spark plug replaced on a forklift. The part costs $30...and all you have to do is lift the seat to replace it. Labor costs were $214!Crazy how thats possible.

Parts department really know their job especially Darryl he didnt quit until the problem was solved

Theres a bunch of non helpful people working here. On top of it they ran my card twice on a phone order, then claim they cant verify that it was ran twice? Needless to say ill drive the extra 20 min to clewiston to deal with friendly helpful people.

The parts deoartment is always on point, theyre very knowledgeable. Theyre a great groupd of people and akways make you feel at home when you go there. Theyre awesome.
