Super craft store! An ideal place for all your artistic wants and needs.Great deals and a helpful staff. They can customize fabrics and other materials. Helpful classes are usually offered as well to start a new craft or learn new techniques to enhance your craft skill set. Inquire in store as classes may be affected by covid protocols.

Everyone was friendly, however... for the past 2 times I visited I waited a long time for assistance in the fabric cutting area and the. The cashier were all just chatting away with each other and with no one in line. I had to walk all the way to the front 2 times to ask them for someone to assist me.

Staff is very friendly at this location. Order ahead is ready fast. Very impressed. My favorite craft store

*UPDATE* The day after I posted this review, the store manager, Ann, called me. She was extremely professional, apologized, and completely made the situation right, over the phone. She actually went above and beyond correcting the mistake on my receipt. She was excellent. I will happily continue to shop there in the future. Thank you Ann!The fabric selection is good and I buy a ton of remnants for my business, but I cant tell you how many times they have screwed up at the register and then treat me like Ive done something wrong when I say something. Today I was rung up, and when I questioned the total, the lady completely blew me off. She didnt even try to listen to what I was saying. Once I got home, more than 50 minutes away, I looked closely at what I had purchased, then at my receipt and discovered that I was, in fact, correct. She had made a mistake entering in the remnants I bought. I called because I do live pretty far away and couldnt just dash back over there. The first time I called, someone picked up, said nothing and hung up. Off to a great start! I called back and spoke to Sarah. She was immediately condescending and defensive, then took no responsibility by saying well it wasnt me, I just got on shift! Its fine that she was not the one who made the mistake, but for her to also blew me off just totally set the precedent for the call.Heres the thing, were only talking about a few bucks, it will cost me more in gas to get back there and have them fix the mistake, but its the fact that this happens often and they always act the same. They screw up and then act like they are doing you a favor by fixing it. They are condescending and rude, when they are the ones who made the mistake.I feel like I have little choice as they are one of the few fabric shops around.

I havent been to joanns in 20 years and I love arts and crafts. I took my girlfriend mom and absolutely loved it. They had such a great variety of everything you could imagine for any craft you can imagine. I always went to Micheal. Not anymore.

Disappointed in the selection of fabric. Found exactly what I wanted at Hobby Lobby.

So, it’s really the only place one can go to get affordable fabric and sewing supplies. Hobby Lobby is so limited on fabric choice and Michael’s only sells crafts. That being said, the sales are limited and you have to have their app to receive a discount/sale. Customer service, there is none. You will have a better time sewing your darn sweater yourself in the store than trying to find assistance. Good luck.Pick (only because you have no other choice).

Joann Fabrics is an excellent place to get Christmas Gifts. My grand kids love craft projects. This store has fantastic coupons, to make the deals even better. Plus, they have a nice selection of items, other than fabrics. Went here the other day with my son to get a piece of ribbon to fix a chair. The project fell through, but it was a fun time with family.

Northlake location is exceptional. The staff is very helpful and interactive. The store is organized superbly! This location is stocked with things you sometimes cant even find online. I live In Lake worth but drive to Northlake just for the same reason

THE go to place for almost 100% of all of my DIY projects! Great variety, as well as friendly and helpful service! The staff usually had an answer for any prohect question, and is well-versed in a variety of different crafting skills! Im re-upholstering a chair for the first time ever, and the staff was very knowledgeable and answered any and all of my questions.

Retail prices are just as high there for the selection that they have if not higher.

Its always fun to stop in to check out the new (fall) items while gathering up your needed crafting supplies. The pandemic makes finding some things a little harder to find, so try to call ahead before you make the trip so you wont be disappointed. You can always wait a few days for it to be delivered from an online order too (IKR, who wants to wait?!)!The staff is always ready to help, even if theyre a little hard to find (sometimes they get busy helping other people), bit they always know where to find what your looking for 😬👍

The staff are Dream Girls. Some shelves were empty or not fully stocked. My sales clerk helped me quite a bit with baby yarns. About 25 years since I paid attention to baby yarns. She really knew her stuff.💖

The store in Palm Beach Gardens is great, staff friendly and helpful. Online- awful! I have never ordered fabric online but due to current state situation, decided to give it a try. Ordered 2 different materials for clothes and accompanying notions. Easy. One hour later, received an email saying they had to cancel yards of each material. So now, I dont have enough for the items. I immediately get on my account, set up a chat to cancel the order, no good to me now. Well, they say I cant. Just return everything when it comes? They can cancel on me though? Sorry, Im done. Going to find another fabric store.

I ordered some things online a month ago and one item didnt arrive. After contacting them via phone and email several times, I still have not received any correspondence. Someone at my local store said they are so busy and due to the pandemic are short staffed. But---a MONTH??!! Come on, no excuse! Hire a few more people...so many are out of work!Edit: Yet they just emailed me only to tell me that the review I left with their company (which they prompted) did not comply with their regulations! But still have not addressed the issue of an unsent item for which they charged me. Unbelievable!

A little over priced. And I hate that I can never get my coupons to work!!!!!!! Super fine print. The stuff thats not on sale that you can use your 40% to 50% coupons off of are all 300% marked up. But I love crafting and for last minute items it has good variety but if they wounder why they are losing to there competition is that ALOT of there stuff can be ALOT cheaper with the same quality Else where. But I do admit they have great sales on things that are out of session. If only you have the patience to hoard and hold onto it for a year.(Unleash the Dragons 🐉)

The ladies that work there are friendly and so very helpful. However it was a bit sparce.

My family and I went into the store to buy fabric for my wife. It is her birthday today and we went to a couple aisles to look for her sewing needs and the people that worked there gave us dirty looks and made comments to put our masks on. We had our masks on but it went just below our nose so we can breathe. The ladies there were rude and they had a guy by the name of BRYAN who was even more rude was arguing with us to put our masks above our nose, while his masks was the same as ours. He left us when he made that comment. So when we were checking out, of course BRYAN is at the cash register and we said you lost a lot of business because of how you treated us and he said fine sarcastically. Never going back to a place that treats customers like garbage. Especially when they make us feel uncomfortable and on my wifes birthday.

Its a big store you will find what youre looking for and not enough staff

Oh my, my, my ... pinch me. I thought I was in heaven. I took time for myself today to just meander through their aisles and let my imagination take flight. The thoughts and inspirations just came flooding in. For artists, children, crafters, everyone ... if you want to experience something super extraordinary ... gift yourself with a couple of hours of me time and stroll very slowly through their aisles ... and the great thing ... it is free to trigger your dream(s).

So much fabric its hard to decide which ones to buy.

I purchase material for my granddaughters curtains today. And was so helpful in cutting my Fabric and helping me figure out how much I needed. There are so many fun things in the store!

Clean stopped. Felt safe. Employees are makes, hand sanitizer in front for customers.Shelves are still bare but the stock is returning. No FAT QUARTERS yet, :-(

The staff was very nice and helpful. They were attentive at the cutting station and the checkout line moved fairly swiftly. The store is kept clean and also cool (which is fantastic in the summer!) This store also has a classroom area for hosting various learning skill classes.

Three and a half stars- the ladies in the back (with the fabric) were super nice, male cashiers up front not so much (one was polite, but not much help- the other couldve been anywhere else on Earth but at work and it showed). They did have the hard-to-find (in a brick and mortar) product I was looking for when I didnt wanna wait two days to have it shipped.

I literally drive all the way to this location even though I have a store 5 minutes from my house. They have so much stock all the time and the staff is so friendly!

Sorry but the three items I was looking for, you did not have.

If you need anything at all framed, this is the store to use. Dawn in the framing department is fantastic! She has framed 2 Crosstitch pieces for me and I can’t believe how beautifully they came out. Dawn is meticulous in her work and extremely helpful in suggesting mats and frames to use. I can’t say enough good things about her and this store. Highly recommend using them.

Superb help finding bobbins for my 40 some year old Kenmore while all they sell is Singer. The woman helping was also a sewer and knew exactly which would work. Praise G-d, not only was I able to sew but she taught me that you shouldnt put new thread on a bobbin already started with other thread. I only had one lesson when 11. Yet, thanks to the staff who work there: when my nieces were young, Id make matching dresses for them and those women helped me with MULTIPLE TRIPS generously giving me their TIME and TALENT! I give them 10 stars!

The staff was super helpful and patient. The selection was vast - almost overwhelming. I came for fabric, piping, and a pillow form to display a piece of needlepoint. I also needed a certain type of separating zipper to repair a garment.

Nice store with a helpful staff. Fabric cutting can be a wait sometimes, but that is to be expected when its busy and someone else always comes to help out.

The workers were very kind in helping me although it took me a long while to find tulle. It was placed in very odd locations. There were two complete opposite locations for tulle . One was in the wedding section, okay makes sense and the other was in the front of an aisle, nowhere near anything similar. I was actually pretty excited to see cricut accessories to be on sale so my purchase today was awesome.

Large well stocked store. Wish staff would circulate in the isles more. Can be hard to find help when shopping.

Huge store with a great variety of merchandise. Spent an hour looking through everything, better than Michaels in that they had fabric in addition to craft supplies. They also have flower arranging, sewing and kids art classes. I hate Northlake blvd traffic though, so legacy place Michaels it is.
