Went here on 09/10 right before close. Got a bong and bowl. The girl working rang me up, did not give me a receipt and kind of looked at me. She asked if I wanted it wrapped? Aren’t the stores supposed to wrap them? She place a couple pieces of paper towels around the bong and into a bag and just left the bowl, so I just picked it up and left. She seemed like she just wanted to go home, since it was closing. I got in the car and went home. I put the bowl into the bag once in the car. I didn’t know the bag she gave me was ripped. So, as I got out of the car the bowl finished the rip and crashed to the floor. So, that was $40 that was wasted. No receipt from the transaction in the bag either. I probably won’t go back here. Main reason is lack of care. It was really uncomfortable waiting for her to figure out how to do her job. I know she said she was new, but her being new cost me money to be wasted. Disappointed.

I suggest you know what you want or at least have a very good idea before going into this store as what you’re suggested to purchase varies greatly between each employee and there’s also no way to taste the juices however they have the best selection in the area and are open very late which is helpful.All in all it’s a solid vape shop and definitely more professionally ran than some of the other local establishments I’ll continue to get my supplies from this location

This place is really nice and clean with a lot of room to conveniently check out the whole store. I ended up buying The Bee Keeper, price and quality is on point and this device is doing what its made for. The staff there are always cool and well help you look for what youre in need of. Cool Store

I had purchased a water pipe from here earlier today & took it home to do a water test. On the receipt it said no refund on glass and all sales were final. I spoke with Makayla & she recommended to go into the store again & ask to speak with the owner about a exchange. Since the piece was not used and seemed to have a malfunction I called & spoke with Chris who’s an employee who seemed pretty set on the rule for good reasoning but was willing to give the owner a call for me & see what he could do. I am very pleased with my experience & was able to get the water pipe I now love and actually had my sister purchase one for herself as well. This place has a great owner & a very friendly understanding staff. I will no question be returning & look forward to many more purchases to come. Bought 3 things from there and all were a waste of money. Pipe that clogs on the third rip, dug out makes everything taste and smell like varnish and cartridges that fall apart. Cheap inventory from China is no value. They wont take returns. Couple of stoner girls in their 20s running the store.We wont go back.

Not good went fine I spend 100+ weekly. I bought 2 vaporizers the WHOLE kit 104.99 and 79.99 along with 2 bottles of juice at 25 a bottle I asked before I bought them if they carried the coils and they said of course we do why would we sell the tank and no coil come on now word for word the manager I dont know his name hes middle eastern wasnt even willing to work with me at all I dont know what to tell you he said. I was told they would definitely have the coils they lied and wouldnt even attempt to fix it and they just got their order in and no needed coils. I have over a thousand reviews and thumbs up from Google Im not attacking them I have 5 children and Im trying to save anybody else from getting hosed.

Really disappointing, I try not to use this Place because it is a little more on the expensive side. So knowing I was going to be paying more for my Vape juice it was a weekend so I couldn’t get to my other store. The Vape juice that I purchased was off in color and when I filled my pod and took my first hit it had a different taste. I’ve been vaping the same flavor for a few months now and could notice it immediately. Flash forward to Monday afternoon I couldn’t take the taste and the awful small that it was giving off so I went to my normal Vape store. The guy there is extremely knowledgeable with all vapes and juices and I trust him with everything. We tried everything to figure out what was wrong with the juice. Come to find out it being so off in its color was the issue. The juice had gone bad, so bad it completely fried my coil within 24 hours and since I have continued to use it it fried the Vape itself. So I purchased a new Vape and new juice from my normal shop. I asked him what his policy was if something like this had happened and he said they would either give money back or exchange. I then came to this place where I originally purchased the juice and was told if something is bad they have no policy there’s nothing they do. I explain to him that it fried my Vape and my coil and I had to purchase all brand new stuff so I’m out at least 100 bucks he said yeah I’m sorry there’s nothing we can do. Will never be returning to the store.

BEWARE this store sells defective product and refuses to exchange for a working one, bought two OOZE vapes yesterday afternoon one works perfect the other one did not, just went to the store and clerk refuses to give me a working product, vlaims there is a sign stating no exchange, THIS IS NOT AN EXCH YOU SOLD ME A DECTIVE PRODUCT!! I AM OUT $25 JUST LIKE THAT, NOT COOL AT ALL!!

Worst experience from this smoke shop. To be completely honest they have the worst customer service plus return policy in which is 7 days and Ofcourse I followed the 7 day policy and came 3 days after to return it and customer service representative saids I can’t return it because it has to be a manager well there is never a manager to return with and I told them yes fine I’ll wait for a manager they wrote a note with my name for me to return later again went back still no manager can’t return so now it’s 2 weeks can’t return at all. I come back and they said they would honor my return they are just liars in that store they went back to the 7 day policy I met every employee and they say I forget their face but they have notes of customer all I wanted was to exchange but they can’t even do that ether. So with customer service and gwttting a manager would never work I am going to go to the head of the company to complain too because this is wrongful doibg on this business.

So i went to go get a replacement glass for my tank. I didnt have it with me at the time, so i told the clerk exactly i had. It seemed like he just picked a random glass and charged me some exuberant fee for a glass (ive never paid $10 for a replacement glass ever). Then when i found out it was the wrong one, he said sorry no return policy. And he also told me theres 2 different sizes for my tank thats currently out of stock, which doesnt make any damn sense. He barely even looked for what i needed. I wouldnt advise shopping here. I know for sure im not coming back.
