This location is horrible. I gave them my laptop over a month ago and each step of the way I had to continue calling them to find out the status. When I first turned over my laptop the associate claimed he would get back to me within 24 hours. Two weeks later they call and inform me we need to get a new screen. I go in to pay the $50.00 deposit and I never received an update from them. I asked them to cancel the procedure but they told me I could not get my deposit back. I didnt see that policy anywhere. I waited another two weeks and the part was delivered to their store this past Saturday (May 1st). Still no call from them. I left them alone til Wednesday when they told me my laptop STILL WASNT FIXED. I got a message later on that Wednesday saying they were going to fix it today and after my call with them it still wasnt done. Im exhausted. They said they were offering a refund but Im not stepping foot in that store. Let them keep my money and laptop. Way to conduct business. Im sure people will still use them but for me, they did not care at all. AT ALL. Wow. And Im new to the area. What a way to welcome me.

I came into the shop with a mildly cracked screen, and left with my camera not working. They did not check the camera prior to working on the device (which was working fine) and also did not check it upon completion of the fixed screen. I realized they had damaged my camera that night and came back to the store in the morning and they said they are not liable. Then tried to charge me for the camera repair on top of it!I also requested to speak with the Manager and was denied. The communication was relayed from the store worker to the manager through texts.SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! I will now be buying an entirely new phone thanks to this sorry excuse for a repair shop! Good luck staying in business!

I have gone here 3 times for about 4 different iPhones and I can honestly say I left as a happy customer each time. The staff here is thorough. I greatly appreciate that they dont just fix the device screen and take your money. This company takes the time to diagnose is anything else is wrong with the device (ex. Water damage) before fixing it. From Saint Lucie county to Palm Beach County, I dont think their prices can be beat either. Below is a pic of 2 screen repairs.

I brought my iPhone to get the screen replaced and they told me was gonna be two weeks which caused me to have to buy a used phone and then two days later they called me and said the screen was in. In the interim I found out that I overpaid for the work they were going to do replace my screen but luckily they matched the price. overall experience was just OK. It cost me having to get a used phone that now I have to sell. They are overpriced. It pays to shop around. I went there before and they check out my broken phone at no charge which is a great service but definitely more expensive to fix iPhone 10xs Max

I took my laptop here for a diagnosis because the fan was working improperly. My computer was in great shape until I took it here... One of my screws was stripped so they forced the back out (never asked me). Now the back is dented and does not close properly. Couple weeks later the power button stopped working and I took it back. They did not seem to care about the permanent damage they made to the exterior of my laptop and probably interior as well. They fixed the power button but God knows for how long! Was not pleased with my service here.

I went in because my phone charger outlet was not working. Jay was able to get in cleaned and have me out of the store in 5 minutes. Very respectful and nice. Will bring my business back to this place for sure!

First off this used to be a 5 star review and now its absolutely not. Do not go here, I had an iphone x lcd replaced the screen protector repaired and replaced on 10.31.30. The repair was 180 and part 40, i asked for a screen protector with good warranty so they say which is also 40 dollars. I asked and the guy at the Northlake location, kinda pale and young looking, said okay and never explained the part price, he said that he was giving me a discount so the whole lcd fix would be 180 and i asked for screen protector since he said thats what he was going to do. I crack my screen 3 days later, thinking i had the screen protector on the whole time and i go back today 11.11.20 and tell him that i need the screen protector replaced under warranty and he said well you never payed for it and i said i beg to differ because he was the person who i saw initially. Then the store manager comes out and just is all yeah we cant do anythjng about that and doesnt really offer me anything but a discount which he wouldnt say because he acted like it wasnt his problem and i got mad and he threatened me by calling police. The manager, robert was terrible at handling the situation. First off, If i knew that they didnt put the screen protector onthat i thought i purchasd in which i think the other guy misread my statement and didnt catch his mistake and proceeded to sell me the repair without what i asked for, on camera you will find that i told that younger guy that i wanted the screen protector only because of the warranty. This is a terrible place and i am still going to get this resolved wether i have to take it to small claimd court or not because if they cant do good customer service and deal with their mistake then they are nothing but unprofessional and are trying to get away with ripping me off. At the end of the day they could only replace the lcd and guve me the protector for 100 MORE dollars. So i had to pay for protector still and another 60 dollars on top of the 240 ish i was told to originally pay for lcd repair and screen protector. I had to drive to all 3 locations just to get what I originally asked for plus paying the extra 60 for their mistake. What was worse was i had to go to west palm for lcd repair and back to the guy on northlake for protector. How nice. I am disgusted with this situation and how hard they made it for me. Obviously returning customers nor any customer is a priority to the OWNER of this establishment. They will never get my business and if i see anyone go into their store i will gladly warn them of what is possible to come upon contact.

So, this is a little late, but finally have a chance to write my review. This place has terrible business practices. I came here on Jan 20th of this year to have them look at my Samsung Galaxy Tab A tablet, because my screen was not showing right. Kay looked at it for literally 10 secs, and said my LCD was gone and could order another for me. I paid $30.00 and left my tablet. 2 weeks later, I called to find out the status, and to no avail. All I kept getting was a call center. I called the Orlando number and the same, only to be transferred to an answering service. I left 2 messages and no one called back. I had to take time out my schedule 2 days later to go there and inquire. Kay said they emailed me, come to find out, it was in my junk email which I never checked. They claimed they could not find the part. I told them to call not email in a few days to let me know whats going on. They still fed me the same story a week later and again said they could not find the part. They gave me a number to call Kay directly and once again, answering machines. Over a month later after going there again, now they told me that they didnt know what was going on with t because Kay closed the order?! The guy said he couldnt help me because a manager would have to look into it. They never found/ordered the part, and would not refund my deposit. They took my money, had my tablet for over a month, no communication and no apologies. If you couldnt find the part, you should have let me know, but to take my money is a dishonest gain by this business. I would never recommend you to anyone, better yet, Im pretty sure I am not the only one who has been done wrong! Be careful when dealing with this business!!...

My sons PS4 fan was making a loud noise to the point it stopped working. I took it to iFixYouri and they fixed the problem. My son was able to play his PS4 as soon as we got home. Not enough staff, every time I call they re route me to some random call center just to be transferred to the same bs dial tone and eventually hanging up on me, sick of businesses taking peoples money but cant even pretend to care or try to work with me. I sent in a phone through their delivery service and it arrived 6/17. I received an email saying they needed approval to do a diagnostic test so i approved, and thought i would have my phone by the end of next week. Was i wrong. Exactly a week from 6/17, (6/24) i had to call in and ask for an update. They said they needed to order a new screen and needed approval from us. We approved and it took over a week for the screen to arrive. It arrived 7/6 and when they installed it and tested it, they said they needed a new battery. Meanwhile, i called to check on the screen delivery while waiting for it to be delivered and the gentleman on the other line was very nice and said it was very rare for parts to take so long to deliver. it is now 6/12 and the battery still has not arrived. i was expecting them to have some parts on hand, or at least have faster shipping. I am extremely disappointed with how long its taken for the parts to be delivered. Although their customer service is very nice, i expected parts to be delivered faster.

Worst experience ever.I went there the other day to fix my iPhone 6s Plus broken screen, but in a perfect working condition. They told that it will take 35 minutes to fix it. One our later they give my phone back with a brand new screen but nothing was working. I couldn’t use my home button or the touchscreen. They took the phone back, and another hour later they told that something broke inside my phone, while they tried to change my screen, and they don’t have any idea what it is. Seriously????Now I can’t use my phone at all.They send me to Apple Store.So, now I have to change my screen and fix whatever they broke inside my phone.

Kay came in and saved the day with my phone screen except after Ive been having a few issues with my phone not working correctly. I gave 4 stars because I had to keep going back because I had to make multiple tripsdie to the technician not being trained on how to fix my screen. Other than that, good service, friendly. Id go back.

My charging port was messed up and made charging difficult and headphones impossible. A friend told me itll be $50 to get it cleaned, so after trying to clean my iPhone 8 for the last two weeks I finally gave in. After speaking with Ty, he told me to come in and after cleaning it, it worked! Asked how much I owe him and he said no charge. Incredible! Definitely recommend 👌🏼

Dropped my iPhone in a bucket of soapy water while washing my truck. It worked after drying out just fine but the screen had a water mark on it. Brought it in and the tech confirmed there was no evidence of existing water damage. I thought a new screen would get rid of the water mark but he gave me a straight answer and said it wouldnt vs. trying to sell me something I didnt need. He did all this for me at no charge right on the spot. I would definitely use these guys again!

IFixYouri was amazing today! They fixed my Macbook Air in just hours. Their customer service was amazing. I am never taking my computer or phone anywhere else when another problem occurs. I cant recommend them enough.

They will make your devices worse. Just go to one of the kiosks at the Outlets. Been trying to schedule an appointment for over a week to fix the LCD that would continuously shut off after they repaired the broken glass, but now the screen has cracked again and of course that’s not covered by their warranty. Go elsewhere. Don’t even listen to the company when they post their artificial “we’re so sorry to hear this” cause they don’t care. Theyre in it for the money.

This is the worst experience I have ever had. I brought my phone for a cracked screen a few weeks ago. They told me one price over the phone and once I got there, the price went up. I said you know what Im already here let me get it done. When I got the phone back the camera was not working, but didnt discover it until after I left. I had to bring it back and they told me they had to charge me more to fix that camera, and then when I started to complain they said they could do it for free.... couple of weeks later (today) I had to bring my phone back because it stopped working in the middle of a call. Just a black screen I brought it back for the THIRD time, and the guy decided to restore my phone unknown to me and I didnt have my phone backed up. I am now having to use a back up from nearly a year ago. He also had me standing there for an hour saying it was backing up and then I finally looked at the phone and realized that it needed icloud verification which I couldnt do because I didnt have another device with me. These people are inept and unprofessional. I will never go back there again. If I could give them zero stars I would.In addition while waiting in line I heard them tell three people they received the wrong part for their phone blaming the company that they ordered from. I dont believe that for a second. Three wrong parts, three different devices please. Poorly run DO NOT GO THERE!

I have been here twice! And have had nothing but exceptional service here. On both times I had my screen fix the service was done quickly (30 mins tops!). As stated by the gentlemen there. Without any hesitation I would highly recommend this place.

I had a tablet with a sim card that had slid down inside of it. It was for my 7 year old and we were traveling on a plane the next day. (3 hour flight) I was worried and desperate. The guy Jay said he would put a rush on fixing my tablet and try to do so in the least expensive way possible. Luis got the sim card pit without damaging the pins in the sim card slot. And they did it without charging me an arm and a leg. I was super happy when I was able to pick up my fixed tablet in like 2 hours!!! I was super impressed with the professionalism. These guys saved my butt by fixing my daughters tablet. If I have an issue with any of our electronics in the future this is where Ill go. They were super helpful and compassionate since I was an anxious mess LOL Thanks guys you saved my bacon.

Both my phone and my husbands phone was cracked, so we went to get the screen fixed. Not too long later, both of our screens popped up from the frame. They fixed mine, but when they replaced it, they got rid of my screen protector. They were out so they told me to have my husband come by and they will fix his phone and they will give him my screen protector. Well, since they didnt put it in the notes, they wouldnt give my husband the screen protector and they wouldnt fix his screen. On top of that, they have HORRIBLE customer service. I called about 7 times and finally got a girl on the line who lied about what my husband said. Overall horrible experience, and Im never going back.

Bought a battery replacement, and had it installed in my Iphone that had immediate shelf life issues. Less than a year later the battery life is completely shot. Turning my mobile device into a landland. I can only assume they gave me a USED BATTERY. Also wanted more than the price of my tablet to fix a cracked screen.

This place was amazing!! My headphone jack broke inside my headphone and I was extremely worried about my phone. I walked in and the staff member told me that he will try to fix it free of charge. A couple minutes later he comes back out and hands me my fixed phone free of charge!! I will definitely go there the next time I can!

Brought my iPhone in for water damage treatment. I was told the phone has to stay there for 4 to 5 days. It took a week and they were able to get my phone to turn on. Thats all they did for $50. The phone Touch ID didnt work nor could I unlock my phone. For more money they could POSSIBLY fix the other issues but no guarantee. Waste of money

For months, I had been having problems with my iPhone 4S randomly turning off and acting like the battery was dead only to be plugged in and show a full charge -_- I did everything suggested online like restoring, software updates, calibrating the batter to no avail. I finally caved and decided to take my phone into iFixYouri expecting to pay a lot to just have the phone looked at and was completely wrong. They were AWESOME, super nice and seemed to know exactly what was wrong by just listening to my symptoms, they checked out the phone and confirmed the battery was water damaged. After a quick switch, my phone was good as new! Sooo happy since buying a new phone would have cost 5 times more than the new battery! Def disappointed I didnt ask the experts sooner.

Brought my phone in for water damage. I got my phone back 3 days later with a$140 fee. After paid fee they still needed to replace rear camera because it was still broken, front camera was smudged from them replacing the glass and my phone was glitching while trying to text. Brought the phone back 3 more times And the only thing they fixed after repeated asking is the smudge front camera. They gave me my phone back with a broken privacy screen and not one word. Will not use an ifixyouri again.

Dropped off my phone to have it diagnosed. Told me I had to put in my Apple ID and SIM card after dropping it off even though it already had a SIM card and did not require an Apple ID. Misdiagnosed my phone and ended up charging me extra. When I received the phone the frame was bent (not sure if this was before or after I dropped off) and the screen was raised. Its simple practice for stores like this to inspect your phone and let you know of any flaws so there arent any surprises. I would not come here again.

My boyfriend broke his iPhone 6+ screen so I brought it here it get fixed. The very next day while it was in his pocket the screen broke and then the LCD screen broke. When I called to tell them what happened I was told the warranty was voided, so I ended up bringing in the phone and paying $175 yet again that week. Since then my screen has been replaced 4 times because the touch screen only works sometimes. The only way he can get it to work is by hitting the screen until it responds to him touching the screen. I went in the other day to try and talk to the manager about the problem, mind you I had called 15 minutes before to make sure he was there, by the time I got there he was gone and I asked for him to call me. I still have not gotten a call. The screen on the phone is only attached on one side and is pretty much falling off. My advice is to bring your iPhone to Apple, they will fix your screen for the same price of not cheaper.

Screens they fix your phone with aren’t really Apple screens. My friend asked before he fixed his if it was like Apple which he was told yes and it was awful. The screen is raised, coloring in screen is faded & the touch on screen doesn’t work half the time. He took it back once and they replaced the screen. It’s not working again. Pay the extra couple dollars and go to Apple.

My screen was cracked on my iPhone 6plus... Figured it was easy enough fix..... However I got a knock off replacement screen instead of genuine Apple parts.... Dodgy place... BEWARE!!

This is my second bad experience with this company!!!I brought my IPad to replace the glass about two month ago. I picked my device and paid for the repair but it was not working properly. Therefore, I brought it back the same day.They were working on my device for about a month and after several trips to the store they said that it could not be repair and that they were going to replace it.Another month pass by and finally I went to pick my new device last Thursday two times but they said that Apple did not replace it that was ordered online and I supposed to pick it up on Friday; of course nothing happened either and no one call to give me any information.I had spoken with several managers, general managers, techs etc... for two month and they cant get it together.If you take any device to this company be aware of their practices!!!Two weeks has passed since my post! Finally I got a call yesterday to pick my New Device as mentioned by the manager!!I am very upset since the unit that they gave me was scratched, dirty and had 12 GB capacity only unlike my device had 32GB.The manager requested for me to take the negative comments but I dont have anything positive to say about them yet!!

Would give this place 0 stars. Unhelpful lazy staff. Walked in to no one in the store and a cold uncomfortable feeling surrounded my poorly installed cameras. I dropped a $2500 laptop off with intent of a quick diagnosis b.c it was time sensitive to get repaired. Was told should get a response in a couple hours. 8 hours later i had to call to find out that my computer wont be looked at for another 2days b.c its a lot of work and the one person who works on computers is off? I even requested to be called an updated in a couple hrs Like when were u going to tell me this friday. I go in pick up my computer and another girl basically taunts and makes condescending comments of the damage to my computer laughing how it doesnt work?? Anyways went somewhere else and INFRONT OF ME the guy took out 6 screws and 15min later diagnosed and was on my way. Dont even waste ur time with these lazy ppl.

The people at this store are awesome. My Macbook Air (2014) had water damage and after I had a bad experience at the Apple Store I found IFixYourI online. I came in and the staff was very helpful. They did the water damage repair service and were nice enough to plug back connections that were disconnected at no extra charge! My mac is working like new thanks to this store. Im sorry to say but they failed to fix my iphone. Aside from being more expensive than other places, Horrible customer service. Instead fixing my phone, they made it worst. I only needed lcd to be replaced, phone had no display but was working fine, i was using it with my apple watch for two days. They put the wrong screen color, and after they replaced lcd screen, device was on for one minute while i paid for $120.00repair. Then phone started resting itself right in front of the tech and never went back on. Wanted more money for further troubleshooting on what they broke. I requested refund but they refused. Called my Bank and stop payment on the charge. Took my device to other phone place and got it fixed right on the spot for less money. Very disappointed.

This store really sucks not only they kept my laptop for 2 month to tell me they couldnt fix it but they also had me wait two days for my deposit wich i paid cash because they didnt have enough money on their register. Finally i had to put the refund in my credit card so I dont have to deal with them anymore. And still had to wait two more days for refund to hot my bank account. Defenetly dont recommend tis store at all.

Ran over my phone with my truck, called around for screen repair monday morning and this place opens an hour earlier (or more) than the competition, they qouted me the best rate, said it would take 25 min to fix (everyone else said an hour) Stefan is who I spoke with on the phone and in store, 100% on everything he told me and i had a brand nee screen 25 min later. Beong in outside sales my phone on a Monday morning is imperative, these guys got me taken care of as best as i could have hopes for! I would say the new glass & led is almost impossible to read with polarized sunglasses on and its way more sensitive to touch (my face) when im using it but even if i knew that prior id still go here again!

I diligently drove around Palm Beach county, googled every place imaginable, went to apple, seeking an iPhone service to revive my precious iPhone which encompasses over 3,000 plus contacts! Needless to say, no one was able to help! However, once I arrived at IfixYourI located at 1900 Okeechobee Blvd West Palm Beach, Repair Specialist, Daniel Grant, emerged from the back of the store. He looked at my soaked phone, with broken LCD and all and was totally optimistic. I reluctantly, told him, I even attempted to turn the phone after it was SOAKED... most places online advised that the phone was not going to operate! Daniel Grant, IfixYourI, EXTRAORDINAIRE, provided professional SUPERB service. My phone is back in like NEW condition. My advice to anyone with a WET IPHONE, CRACKED screen, battery issues, etc, dont walk, but run and go see Daniel Grant! He seriously is the most professional, highly knowledgable iPhone repair EXPERT out here!

Great experience went in with a iPhone 5 which I was vey frustrated with. They diagnosed the problems within minutes which showed my battery being shot. They replaced the battery in a matter of minutes. Very satisfied. Thank you

Please be aware!!! This place is absoutley horrible! Theyve replaced my battery 4 times. The screens they give are cheap and break 5x easier than the original Apple glass. My phone has been searching for a signal for a week now. Every since I first took my phone here there has been multiple problems. I hate this place. They have cost me me hundreds of dollars. Avoid the bs and only take your phone to Apple. This place is trash! If I could sue I would, Im also reporting this to the BBB. Id love to speak with the ceo or the owner of this black market business! Stay away!!!!

I was told my phone will be ready in 30 mins they were putting it back together. I showed up waited 2 hours for the manager to leave and pick up phone from warehouse. He calls the store to tell me the piece on back order for a week. Bad in-store service they wont call you to keep you posted or email on delay. I have still yet to hear from anyone higher than Online Tech Support.

They were able to fix my iPhone within in minutes . My screen was not working after numerous times of dropping my phone . They fix it right away and feels like a brand new iPhone . Glad I came here . I recommend for sure !!!!
