I took my phone there to get fixed & this service took a lot longer than expected, after multiple phone calls, when it should have taken 1 day. After receiving my phone back, it was in worse condition than when I first brought it there. I thought they were supposed to be good, from the reviews at least, but I would not recommend them.

I purchased a new phone and need help setting up my iCloud since I am an android user. The staff took the time out to help me set up the phone so that I could enjoy my new device.

I needed to trade in my phone to tmobile but couldnt because of a small crack in the front. Tmobile recommended me to fixit proz and within 30 mins my screen was looking better then ever. Sadly I traded my phone in but now I have the iphone 11. Thanks fixit proz.

I went the Fix it Proz today on a pickle. I was hesitant to have someone other than an Apple Authorized store touch my work phone. But I was desperate, a piece from my charger got stuck in my charging port of my IPhone. I didn’t know what I was going to do but I remembered passing this business last week and made a mental note jic I ever needed to have a phone fixed and today was that day. I rushed up here to see if they could help me and they did!!! Hector was AWESOME OMG! I need my phone for work to log onto my server. He was a lifesaver today. Well I dont even know were too start . this place is simply amazing . i found them online and called for pricing for not only my screen but my rear facing camera and the gentleman told me come in for him to look at it . when i went in they had no problem answering my questions about the products they were using as well as it was super fast with the repair . they also showed me my old LCD and told me it was china made parts which is why my phone was acting so wierd and certain things werent working . i couldnt be happier with my service even though i only got my screen fixed due to them having to order the rear camera i will for sure be back . i will recommened everyone here as to the place i went before . its super cheap compared to everywhere else and they do a fantastic job . sorry for such a long review

Complete rip off. Do not use this place. Destroyed my phone, left screws out, now wifi doesnt work and he will not fix it. Screen cracked 3 days after he worked on it. Was told by Apple it was because screws were left out.
