Had what I was looking for. Had problems with my coupon, but they tried to get it fix. They called the reward people to get it fix. They went above. I do that a lot at my job, but get nothing for it.So the people that help me there today Thank You for everything you did. I give you two an A+++.

Most wonderful experience I’ve ever had with customer service in my entire life honestly. I was looking for my favorite #plugin #yankeecandle scent which is #sunandsand at the local store #palmbeachoutlets @yankeecandle @palmbeachoutlets and they did not have it. I returned a week later and the professional sales associate Jessie pulled these out for me (from the supply room) and was waiting for me to return!!! I did not leave my number or they would have called. I think this is such a #beautiful #actofkindness that you rarely see these days and I am so grateful to the attention to detail of her caring!! Thank you Jessie!!! You are five stars in your own right!!!

What they dont tell you is that those candles burn a toxic oil into the atmosphere which is just as TOXIC TO YOUR LUNGS AS CIGARETTES !!!😱
