An exclusive Yeti location is an excellent addition to Downtown West Palm Beach. This location has all the Yeti goods and supplies with an excellent on-hand inventory. Paul, our salesperson, was professional, friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. He went out of his way to assist us in finding the items that we were looking for. We look forward to visiting again and seeing what new items this store has to offer.

Im very impressed by this store, their staff and the friendly environment. I walked in before dinner this past weekend and was kindly greeted by Jordan, she asked me how I was and we chatted briefly. I felt at home like I made a new friend.. I actually asked her to give me a tour around the store together because I was blown away by how many new products Yeti has to offer and her knowledge of them. Go in and take a look for yourself! Great gifts and my favorite part was the one-of-a-kind handles and Yeti clips ONLY offered in THIS store!

Tried to exchange a brand new cup that was a birthday gift. It was just the wrong color. I had everything except the rap around sticker, they would not exchange it. Its already overpriced stuff, but they wouldnt budge on it. Nowhere on receipt does it say anything about the sticker being removed. I wont waste any more money here.

Finally a retail store that has everything yeti! I was not familiar with everything yeti until i found it in Rosemary Square in West Palm Beach! The staff is well versed and n every product which is so helpful. They are informative but not pushy. Nothing worse when going into any store and being bombarded by one sometimes 2 sales people! Did you know they even have dog bowls! I bought one of the bigger water bottles, a couple of the ramblers and a kids cup! Lifesaver! I hope Yeti opens more stores. I believe it is new. Sending friends in! Not sure how long its been but its a great store to compare side to side. They said the pastel teal was going out. Hurry before they are out.

What a great addition to rosemary square in WPB. Upon entering staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I wanted the turquoise tumbler and luckily they carry the whole line! I have used the skinny can insulator every weekend and I have no idea how I have gone so long without one! Looking forward to adding to my collection soon!

I visited the West Palm Beach store last week and was greeted immediately and introduced to the new product. I was helped by crystal and she showed me all the new items and was very knowledgeable. The store was bright and very well merchandised. I ended Up buying 2 traveling drink ware and will be back for more. Thanks for the amazing service.

Rude, she was making us feel bad about the fact that we were already going to purchase cups and then i wanted a strap to hold it and she said 2x we didnt need to open it to see the strap. So my friend freaked out for being scolded, and he was paying so we didnt get anything.

Bayleigh & Jordan were very helpful and professional. Their knowledge of the different types of coolers and accessories was on point and really helped me in my purchase decision. The store was very clean and organized.
