Get my old changed in a timely manner service was fast and decent price. However there was a problem ia few weeks later when the car lots hold it oil. Apparently the oil filter was installed incorrectly or was effective. At least that was the explanation given to me. They quickly apologized and refilled the car with New oil and filter. At least they were courteous and Timely.
We went to the dealership just to test drive a car. That car ended up not being available but Gary made sure he could find one that I wanted. We explained the situation (total loss of old car) and Gary helped get me the car to drive that day. Pierre in finance was great also and was able to find a slightly better deal for me than what my pre-approval was. Overall, this was out of our way but we will go there again in the future and recommend our friends as well.
Rick was great not pushy and took hours with me to make sure I made the right choice. The sales manager Dion also was great and friendly. They were happy to answer any questions I had and put me into a new car. Finance went over the entire invoice and made sure I understood what I was signing. Alfred was very kind, he kept me updated on the Building of my Yukon. Even though I built the Yukon XL and that what I expected when I arrived. 1st service for the car i bought at that dealership it’s too far from my house to take the shuttle so they gave me a loaner that was great not sitting there for 6 hours. Got ceramic coating for the car didn’t know that they did that.

Nestor is great came in for my first service on my Tahoe and he found a recall and had that fixed while I was there ... this dealership is great and I will only take both my vehicles to this location .
I had the oil changed, they found a nail in my tire and plugged it and they replaced my antennae which I broke off as I was in a hurry, not necessary but did it all with the best manner and efficiency as necessary as possible. True professionals and the guys actually opened the doors for me. Bob Jenkins is the best at putting you at ease, that is why I come to Schumacher Buick for my checkups as I know they will be honest and efficient.
Dropped my vehicle off with a list of things that needed to be looked at. When they called me 4 days later saying it was done I arrived to pick it up and only 1 thing on the list had been fixed, my leaking back window. My steering wheel leather was prematurely peeling and they said GM denied the claim. I called GM corporate and was told to take the truck back that they would fix it. Also when I picked the truck up the hood was popped indicating that they had looked at the bearing noise issue but they says they could not hear it or locate it. A deaf person would be able to tell that there is something not correct with the noise being made. I was told an advisor was going to contact me when to bring the truck in to get it fixed but that never happened so I arrived at the dealer a few days later Abend was told I had to bring it back the next morning. My schedule didn’t work out to bring it back the next morning and I have not been able to bring it back in. I am assuming the ticket is closed now is why I am receiving this survey.
Went for an oil change and waited 3 hours. Been using this dealership since I purchased my truck over 2 years ago for the proximity to my home. This will be the last time. Gets worse every time. Just to setup an appointment online is a hassle. Asking the service advisors a question about warranty seems to be a bother. The service department needs some work.

I had a 10:00 appointment for an oil change, they did not take my car in until 10:47am. They then took it to the car wash, and it still had dead love bugs on the front. Waited way to long.

You’re kidding right? You knew from the beginning (and the expectation) was a military order at the time was as provided - along with military code. It was suppose to be 63 and some change. You took advantage of a military member and you should be ashamed.UPDATE** After long discussion with Customer Service (Schumacher) The quote was In the fine print, GM can change any program without notification Again....really bad approach and resolution. Meanwhile, dealerships are flying around in private jets. Remember the bailout years ago by tax payers? Last American car and purchase and from Schumacher.
The service advisor Bob Jenkins is an unrecognized talent at Schumacher GMC, who goes above and beyond, and deserves a raise.
My husband and I purchased a brand new (no miles) 2020 GMC Sierra at Schumacher on Okeechobee Blvd - shortly after an issue with rear end and traction occurred. The dealership where the truck was purchased just let go of there mechanic so we were told they had no one that could look or fix the truck. I was advised I had to go to the dealership on Northlake- 6 times later in the shop - twice they serviced my truck and addressed/treated the wrong transmission. I was then told I couldn’t bring the truck in on a Wednesday afternoon because they don’t work on vehicles on the weekend. I have now escalated my issue to GMC and now 3 weeks later have no answers or follow up. I was just advised that the person that is assisting me in “escalating” my problem can’t call me because his phone isn’t working. Buyer Beware when buying from Schumacher as they don’t have the knowledge to fix any issues or a phone to call you back!!!!
Dan is the man. Hands down one of the smoothest experiences at a dealership I have ever had and my car is running like a champ. Hopefully I won’t be back soon, but when I do run into another issue, I’ll be coming back!

I had a simple maintenance appointment. I did ask that they check the tire pressure system since it was indicating extremely low (13-18psi) yet the tires did not look flat. Eventually both gauges on the passenger side were giving me false readings. They rotated the tires, inflated all tires and all tires were correct but the readings are dropped by the end of the day. I am monitoring the situation but I worry that the issue will spread.

The service I received April 14, 2021 was not as I expected. When I made my on-line appointment I was disappointed when I did not see Kevins name for service. I have worked with Kevin since 2018, his level of service allowed me to have tremendous trust in his word. If he said something was being checked I knew it was. He answered all my questions, personally stopped by where I was waiting to se if I needed anything, this was after the text is generated telling me if I need anything to reply. Never heard from Nestor until the car was completed. Nestor said the service to be provided was tire rotation and oil change, no I checked the 22.5k mile check up when I made the appointment, he seemed a little put out that I wanted a 22.5 mile check up, asked to have the engine filter and A/C filter in glove compartment changed, he advised there would be a charge for those. I expected to pay for those items. Kevin always showed me the parts that were replaced, Nestor did not so I am taking it on face value they were changed. His demeanor did not build trust with me. First time I left Schumacher dissatisfied and feeling like my being a customer was not that important. Thats too bad.
Worse experience I have ever had trying to purchase a new vehicle.I’m at the dealership, in the salesman’s office going over figures and they sell the vehicle I am trying to buy. They don’t even tell me they sold the vehicle, they just picked out a different one for me. A higher priced vehicle of course. Some shady stuff goes on at that dealership. Be careful and go over your paperwork!
The service advisor good, which I didnt like was when I got the car, they didnt wash it like they always do when I go and I ask the person who gave the car to me why they didnt wash the car and their answer was that I was too busy to get it to cleaned up he leave the car on, removed the tag number and left, I dont know what its his name, but he dress in black always, Ive been a customer since 2011
If I had an option to give no star at all I would.Had an appointment for an oil change today 9/20/21 at 9am waited there for 2 hours then spoke to the adviser to ask whats going on. he tells me my Truck is next, hour later he comes up to me and tells me he pulled my truck out of the bay and said they wouldnt be able to get to it today. I wouldnt waste your time with this dealership for any service issues go some where else.
My husband and I purchased recently the 2019 GMC Canyon all terrain, Duramax-Turbo Diesel, we love our truck. Today we took care of the first oil service and everything went great. Good job for the service department. We would also like to give a shout- out to the sales department especially to the managers Dion& Robbie for offering an excellent customer experience! Initially, I was dissatisfied with the buying of my car. However, Schumacher immediately responded to my concerns. They apologized, made good with the car deal we negotiated, and placed me in the correct car. Kudos to management for their quick and forthright response to my concerns.They were gracious and I would absolutely do business with them again.

Disappointed that GM changed the rules on redemption of rewards! I was under the impression from GMs ad for the Gm card that said there is unlimited redemption so I built up $1648.94 on my card. To me that is false advertising because I was only allowed $1000.00 on my new Encore GX which is my sixth Buick in a row from this dealership!!!

Nick Suhyda was the next man up on sales team when I walked in to Schumacher GMC in West Palm Beach, FL. to buy a new Yukon XL Denali. Nick helped me order the car since what i wanted was not in inventory and kept me up to date during the 10 weeks while it was being made. I took delivery the first week of May and Nick was pleasant, professional, and organized. Id buy another vehicle from him as well as definitely recommend him to my friends as my guy. Additionally, and most surprising, was my experience with Craig Grunewald, Finance Manager at Schumacher GMC West Palm Beach. Craig is also a veteran. He was prepared and organized and moved me thru financing and extra options quickly and efficiently. Hes as good as Ive ever worked with. Hats off to the Schumacher team in West Palm Beach. Looking forward to my next purchase from this dynamic team.

By far the worst service experience I have ever had in my life. Told to make an appointment with NO A/C so stayed in a hot car for over a week. Picked it up and was blowing warm within 24 hours again. No loaners available and service manager just says I will look into it This place is ran like a chop shop. Horrible.
Horrible service repair department. Do not take your vehicle there for air conditioner repair. The service manger and overall manager has refused to return my money that I paid for repairs even though the repairs were never done correctly, my disappointment in Schumacher service department has caused me lost of moneys non functioning air conditioner and days lost from work, I give them 0 stars

Bob in the service department has been so helpful, kind and attentive! Even though my oil change took 1 1/2 hrs yikes but he was so nice and friendly I appreciated his care. I was over charged almost over twice the amount other dealerships quoted me! I was forced to have the work done with them because if I didnt they were going to charge me $389 just for hooking the computer to my truck to get a reading. After I paid nearly $2,000 for a AC condenser and the freon. I found out the condenser was only $195 and the freon shouldnt have cost no more then $235 I was very upset! Im a single mom of 4 young children. That nearly $2,000 definitely hurt! Then I always thought if your truck has service at a major dealership once they are done they atleast wash your truck. Nope!! I had grease from the workers hands all over the outside of my white truck and all over the inside of the door arm rests and all over the steering wheel!!!! The worst part I have had my truck services here for oil changes and all. I now have to find a place to take my Tahoe for services now. I wouldnt even dare have a simple oil change here again!!!!! Very unhappy!!

Absolute worst vehicle purchase experience I have had purchasing my new 2020 Denali. Beginning once I arrived at the dealership and was first acknowledged by the salesman. I asked about a vehicle I had seen online, and the salesman gives me attitude stating that vehicle was sold days ago, how was I to know as it was still showing for sale on the website. Then I was treated as I was looking at vehicles I shouldnt be and doubted when I asked to test drive the first vehicle, I had interest in. During the test drive the salesman did not care to talk with me about the vehicle as he sat in his phone the entire time and was short with me when I asked questions. Once the test drive was complete, my girlfriend and I were to look at the remaining options ourselves because the salesman did not want to help us. The service was so poor, my girlfriend even asked if we could get a different salesperson to assist us.I then made the decision to purchase the vehicle I test drove which began the process of sitting around waiting on the salesman clock as he had me waiting in his office as he was continually in and out of helping other customers coming in to look at vehicles. There were times I would sit and wait for 20 minutes without seeing him. At this point my girlfriend was so frustrated she left the dealership.I was then presented a price for the vehicle after about 30 minutes and I informed the salesman of my available supplier pricing and Costco member discounts I am eligible for. I ended up receiving the supplier discount but did not get to take advantage of the Costco member discount because the salesman said there was an issue when he put the code I supplied him from the voucher which ended up costing me an additional $1,000 that he did not offer to help me out with or investigate further to get me the discount.Fast forward 2 hours later of sitting in the salesmans office as he was in and out constantly, I was finally ready to with the finance member to finalize the purchase of the vehicle. I was greeted by a man who clearly was in a hurry and wanted to rush throughout the entire paperwork process and when I had questions or requested clarifications, he was not happy to answer for me. Other people kept coming into the office as we were reviewing paperwork and asking him questions and giving him other paperwork, he was piling up on the desk behind him. I am assuming these were other deals that he had to work on once I was complete. I even chose a zero down payment option for the deal and then was called three days later from the finance member asking me for a $5,000.00 down payment that he never received (he never even asked for this while I was there as I requested to put $0 cash down and I was rushing through the paperwork so I never caught that he put this into the deal.I completed the deal without ever being congratulated for the purchase or receiving any type of thank you for Joining the Schumacher Family that you hear in advertisements. I then waited another 40 minutes for the vehicle to be cleaned so I could leave. The vehicle was then brought to the front of the dealership and was certainly not detailed. There were hard water spots throughout the chrome, scratches on both side mirrors, deep scratches on the driver’s side window, gashes in the plastic under the windshield, sticker residue on the tailgate from another dealership they had taken the inventory from, heavy dirt build up throughout the trim from sitting, oily footprints in the bed, no floor mats inside the truck (upgraded all weather floor mats that I paid an additional $210.00 for), and no spare key for the truck.Remainder of the review has been cutoff as it is very long and exceeds google character limits.I would not recommend anyone to purchase a vehicle from Schumacher GMC West Palm Beach. I believe this issue goes much further than the sale team as the management clearly does not have any idea how poor of service customers are receiving and they have not cared to help out or offer assistance.
I brought my 2020 Enclave in for service. I was not greeted by anyone, although there were several employees walking about. I had to get out of my car and approach someone. My service advisor is very good, however, this is the second time my car did not get washed.
I had a nail in my tire and showed up without an appointment. My usual service manager was available and took care of my problem. The service department had me back on the road in very short time.
Jonathan was very helpful over the course of my two visits to the sales department this past weekend but the sales manager was downright rude. I had a mail coupon (I am a 27-year customer of Schumacher Auto) and he literally became belligerent and shoved it back into my hand when we couldnt come to an agreement on the price of a new car. Needless to say, I wont be getting any more autos from this dealership. I have nothing but good things to say about the service department (especially Bob J.) -- always professional over the years. But sometimes all it takes is one extremely negative experience to completely turn you off. Thats what happened with this longtime customer.
Service was great. Price seemed a bit high. Might consider getting out my wrenches and doing the work myself if I had it to do over.

I had an appointment for 10 in the morning, and at 12:30, I said that I was taking my car, because I was already upset to wait so long for an appointment, just for an oil change.
Even when I’m not happy with the expense Bob Jenkins seems to find a way to make it all better.He offered me a solution but GMAC that turned out to be much better than I thought. And again this is why I will go nowhere else.

I would never go back .it all started off good i stated i was just there to look and try to find out if it was due able because my current gmc has a takata airbag recall (metal in airbag) that my wife and i dont feel comfortable driving out kid in and no fix as of now . Then once we sat down to work numbers it all started to go down hill. i stated i need some time to talk to wife and make sure it we were able and then manager stated obviously we werent going to make a deal and to have a good day . just rude and felt belittled. im sorry but when your about to throw 70k plus into a car you might need a moment or few to mole things over .also if you go on gmc main wedsite its called a black book you can go on and get a trade in quote now i know its just quote but they came no where near it

The Schumacher on Okeechobee Blvd is absolutely amazing. Angelo in the service department is what I consider a valuable employee. This was my 2nd trip to the shop and he remembered who I was, after only being there 1 other time. He takes pride in his work and it shows. He made sure all of the repairs were completed in a timely manner. After a horrible experience at the Schumacher on Northlake Blvd., Angelo will be my go to guy for all my future interactions with Schumacher.
Was there for diagnostic and estimate, had 10am appointment and was out by 1130. Was told text would be about hour so having text done and car washed in 1 1/2 hours was great.

Sevice advisor very helpful and parts staff was a, well I needed parts pricing and schedule serrvice for new tires. Everrything was explained very well and I look forward to getting the work completed.
My service advisor Kevin @ GM Schumacher was very pleasant and accommodating that made my visit so welcoming... especially since Im visiting from Georgia... My repair tech Mike deserves a 5-Star as well because he took the time to talk to me about the repair and made sure I understood what needed to be done... Both of those guys are great and both deserves recognition for their great customer service to GM customers!

I called on a Wednesday for a Saturday appointment, I got there and the service tech was ready, they told me it would take about an hour, I needed an oil change, tire rotation and safety check for an upcoming trip. I’ve never had my car serviced here before, I’ve been to other places and have been taken advantage of, here they listened and did not “take me for a ride”. They did just what I asked, advised me of things that will need to be done within 7500 miles and I was out of there in an hour as promised.

The carpet on the front passenger side was extremely wet and had white residue on it. Once it was determined what the problem was, the repair was done in 1-1/2 days. However, when I picked up my car the carpet and floor mat still had residue stains, was damp and had not been cleaned. Dan immediately cleaned it up. A couple of days later it seemed the problem was still there, the carpet was wet again with white residue. I returned to have it checked out, which meant I was another 1-1/2 days without my car and was subsequently informed that the problem HAD been fixed but that the excess water from the problem had not been eliminated which caused the wet carpet. Dan assured me the carpet would be dried and cleaned. He was true to his word. I lost the use of my car for 1-1/2 days because the problem had been fixed but not treated to its full extent. What was done the 2nd time should have been done the first time. But as I said before, kudos to Dan for making it right.
I purchased a brand new Van that I found to have scratches and dents hidden by the dealer until after the purchase. They said they would fix mentioned issues and never did.Also I have had a problem with my AC, and come to find out there is a class action lawsuit against GM for said part. I scheduled an appointment for repairs and have digital confirmation. When I went to drop it off they said they had no technicians for my repairs and tried to deny my confirmation. Then they said their Tech couldnt get back for 2 weeks. I will be filing my own lawsuit with the Better Business Bureau.

Came to the service department to get a new tire installed with an appointment and on time. Told them it needed to be replaced because of a screw puncture in the outside edge of tire.3 hours later they come back to me confirming it needs to be replace and then telling me they need to go buy a new tire and that it would be at least another hour.Awful service.
It will take too long to create a diary of the recent service experience. It was a TOTAL FIASCO from start to finish. The service rep did what he could. Not all the problems were Schumachers fault but none the less it was a nightmare. On top of that the fender flare on the rear passenger side was rubbed up against something and took some of the paint off. Im still waiting for an answer about whether that will be taken care of and when. I am a GM customer through and through.Since 1988 All my Trucks and companyvans are Chevys. I am very disappointed in this last experience that cost meclose to a thousand dollars. And took almost 3 weeks to complete
