Technicians were on time and neat. The price was the one that was agreed upon. Of course the water is great.

This company’s service not even deserve any star! There is not any service even not poor one, horrible company.They gave me an appointment after 1 month wait, then they did not show up instead of call and say sorry they texted to inform me that Technician will not come This is very unprofessional and they never answered me back and when I call them again they gave me the new appointment date for another next month without any apologize very unprofessional company and service I have ever seen and heard. I told them many times that we have terrible sewage smell at water for one month.It can be dangerous postponing this problem 2 months!!! I can’t believe what kind of company they are!!!

I had been with culligan for over 15 years. These guys were disrespectful and dont have their stuff together. They are happy to take your money and claim they service your equipment but dont do it. They swindled my poor mother into getting rental units claiming they would service it. They never checked in unless it was for payment. There was a leak in the system for over a year. On the visit to fix the leak and switch filters the technician looks me in the eye and tells me one of my filters hasnt been changed for over ten years. It just happens to be the only system I had purchased and not rented. His solution switch it out with a new rental unit or pay a couple thousand for a new purchase. That is the worst customer service. I just told him pack your stuff and take the rentals with you. I just bought a system and had my local plumber install it. All for less than a year of their rental prices. I wish I could go back and never use their overpriced services and rentals. Yet they are still trying to charge me for the rentals I told them to take. In the words of the great GOT poet shame. Shame. Shame.

Greg my culligan guy ;) is fantastic! He is professional and very informative about the system I purchased. He has been so available and takes his time answering any questions I have. The water is amazing. We have it through out our home and I love it!

We recently purchased a house that has the Culligan water system installed. It has been our first time having this water softener system. First shower was AMAZING! Calling to ask for assistance was wonderful. They were very knowledgeable, patient and helpful. The technician who came for the yearly check-up took his time to explain how the system works was awesome. The customer service to date has been impressive. We love the feel of the water overall plus the taste is good. We would recommend this company to anyone considering adding system this to their house.

Great overall service. Salt delivery driver makes sure my tank is filled and equipment is working. I love that when I call the office I get a live person and not a machine. My skin and hair hasnt felt this good in my whole life due to the great softener and carbon filter Culligan installed. I utilize the drinking water system in my kitchen for everything not to mention I make sure my dog gets the filtered water. I would recommend Culligan to anyone interested in a filter system.

Culligan made my life easy, they are organized, efficient, professional and courteous. They have a very good customer service policy too When something is not right they are quick to fix it . They listen to your needs. Manager is on top of it all.

Horrible service, technician manager comes to my home high and is very unprofessional. Products are overpriced. I have used this service for not long but definitely will not use service again. Hire a better manager who can work without being under the influence! Definitely will be contacting the Better BBB.

Awesome company 5 years ago I was diagnosed with cancer, so I wanted the best and cleanest water and Culligan gave me that. My nephew was visiting and said “aunti this is best water I have ever drank” from a teenager go figure!!!!!
