They showed up promptly when they said they would and stayed in contact when on way. They inspected the boat quickly and had paper work ready when showed up. Made a deal for a boat. Secured a storage yard, they sent me the vin# at 10:24 this morning g so I could secure boat insurance. At 3:00pm same day I get a text, not even a call, that they sold the boat to someo else! Terrible way to do business! Dont use this companyNot honest, cant trust them. I had problems with my boat which was going to cost more than I could have afford. I contacted TD Marine and they responded within the next day. I spoke to Elie who requested pictures and he gaved me an estimated quote. His quote was reasonable and he was very understanding in giving me a week to think about his offer.After accepting the offer, Elie came out the next Saturday and inspected the boat. He paid for the it at the time of his visit. He is very professional, thorough and understanding. I would recommend TD Marine to others. He also sells boats and based on my conversation with him, he seems to be very genuine.

I recently entered into agreement with T D marine to buy my 17 Boston Whaler Montauk.I came to an agreement with Eli on a price. He sent his employee Across the state of Florida to Tarpon Springs to see and critique the boat. As an out of state buyer it is always stressful to conduct business without being there in person. The staff at TD Marine Liquidations made it very easy and accommodated everything I needed, from meeting my brother-in-law (who was only in FL for 2 days,) showing him the boat, and, at the last minute, rushing around to accommodate an unscheduled sea trial. Elie even held the phone - while on facetime - so I could watch my brother-in-law water testing the boat. I had Elie (owner) over yesterday....he drove an hour and a half to me to do a thorough, honest evaluation of my boat and gave me as fair as an offer as I could imagine, without any sales gimmicks, or shady tactics.....like to try to deappreciate the boat overstated all major problems you must have missed while kicking the trailer tires....His assesment and offers make sense, is methodical, and trustworthy. He is a dying breed of business men that still understand old school business models that are based on integrity that is hard to find these days. (FYI, I DO NOT work for this man, Im not the type to write review regularly, but good work deserves to stand out--less HA & fruststrating used car sales guy personalities to deal with is always welcome.....am I right? Uhh yea!)

Myself and my husband drove over 3 hours to buy a boat we seen advertised and when we got there we were pleasantly surprised at the condition it was in and how well the owner had taken care of the boats on the property. The owner went over the boat with us Showing us about the boat and how to take care of it And tie it down to trailer it. We purchased the boat that day and took it home and had it in the intercostal the next day. We are very happy with the purchase and Eli said our title rgeestration and plates would be in the mail within 10 days and we received them as promised! I feel we got superior treatment and service! Not very many of us can afford a new boat. They are just too expensive. However, if you are even a somewhat experienced boater, then Eli is the guy for you. He has a changing selection of older but gently used boats in the 16-30 range - both outboards and I/Os from various manufacturers. As a buyer you can inspect any of his boats yourself or you can hire a surveyor do it for you. Sea trials may also be arranged. All boats (new or used) may have some issues, but if you shop well you can get a bargain at Toy Depot Marine Liquidators. I just picked up my 2003 Chaparral and Eli and his staff could not have been more helpful. He was a pleasure to do business with.

I purchased a 1998 16 Larson Flyer from the Toy Depot. The ad indicated starts and runs great. NOT!! I am a single woman, not expecting perfection due to the age of the boat, but would expect some honesty. The boat started up just fine on his lot, but when they delivered it and dropped it in the water, it wouldnt accelerate, and continually stalled out. I had my daughter and grandson along for the maiden voyage too. It is a wonder we even made it home!! I have not been able to start it on my own since this time. There was also an issue with the battery switch and the trim lift switch as well. The battery switch never turned off, even in the off position and the trim lift operated on its own and continually screamed at me when in operation. Of course all of this was not apparent sitting in his lot. I asked him - would you sell this boat to your mother? And of course he said - Yes it would!! I would stay away from this guy unless you know alot about boats and what is what. This guy is out for himself. Very disappointing.

When you purchase a boat for the first time you really have no idea where you going. Just bought a seadoo speedster boat from marine liquidation for my kids.Price was fair, buying process was easy and Elie did the utmost to make us feel good about it.Try on the water ... didn’t work... change the sparks plug ($ 12) the boat runs like a beast! I purchased a 2006 244 Funship boat and trailer through Elie Mazmanian & EBay on 10/18/19 for $12,500. He said starts and runs great only needed to have trim checked and skeg broken off and could be purchased for $70 and welded back on. Checked with marina in NY and said could do that. Bought boat. Got shipped from FL and trailer coupler bent upward and had to flat bed for extra $1000. Trailer was homemade and not adequate for boat. While switching to new trailer I was informed by NY marina that the driver was a Volvo XDP drive and discontinued as numerous problems. It is a composite PLASTIC drive and you cannot weld a skeg back onto it and only fix is a drive switchout from Volvo that only runs till 12/31/19. The estimate I got from the only Volvo dealer who would even look at it was $16,032. I advised Elie and he said my concerns were irrelevant and to resale it on Ebay to get my money back. That is unethical and I would be sued too. I went to EBay and even though their site says Money Back Warrenty It doesnt apply on boats over 10 years old and who knows how helpful if newer. EBay wouldnt even let me leave a review as I was at day 65 and trying to resolve before leaving a review. EBay had no concern of the sell even though I had all the document to prove. FL licensing is only required on boats longer than 32 ft. I now have a useless boat that has cost me $16,400 to date in cost and would be an additional $16,000 to fix. The boat is only worth about 19-20k. The only option IS/WILL be suit which I am pursuing now. Mr. Mazmanian is a slick salesman who is obviously unethical and knows exactly what he sold me. He is an experienced dealer that knows plastic from metal and a discontinued drive with major issues. The site didnt list the drive and actually said V8 5.7 motor when it is V8 5.0 Google Volvo penta XDP drive and see the nightmares this man would fraudulently sell and misrepresent to a buyer. If you want a nightmare for months on end buy from Elie Mazmanian and Toy Depot.

False advertisement . The very friendly salesman Eli explained that a boat I was considering to purchase had only 120 hrs on a 4 stroke motor . Thankfully the uneasy feeling in my gut told me to hire a mechanic prior to purchase. Well easily enough, after hooking up a computer to the motor, I was told there was more like 3,500 hrs on it. The hour meter was disconnected, and Eli had told me he had the motor checked by a mechanic. ANY decent mechanic would have known the hrs. BUYER BEWARE . So Im out 150 for this lesson.

Payed quick for a cheap 1995 Hydrasport 1900 boatSold it to him for three grand.Later accused me of a lie. Said plug thread was stripped at the head which it wasnt considering I did a compression check prior to selling. I told him everything wrong with this boat and even left trailer tag on for transport. He said he would mail them back bit never did. His courier also got a toll ticket sent to me for only 20 bucks but Elie never replied to pay this small bill he is responsible for. He is now selling the boat which is great but with my tags on the boat. Meaning he has broken the law by not transferring registration not to mention his pictures showed my tag number so anyone could look me up. Thats called a law breaker. Poor business sense allowing anyone to look you up and possibly your family. Definitely do your homework or just dont deal with them. Also took him 14 days to pickup the boat after purchase. None the less he ledt me negative feedback on ebay after 58 days. He cleaned the boat up but please be careful. Only good reviews are from his family. Do your homework and not from eBay. ANYBODY WITH A PULSE CAN GET NEGATIVE FEEDBACK REMOVED ON EBAY. Again be careful.

A bid which won the boat advertised on eBay by Elie Mazmanian, the owner of Toy Depot. The boat was a 2000 Regal and described as having great compression, runs very strong, and in Great Condition. What Mr. Mazmanian hid was the facst. The engine had been pulled out of the boat and re-installed incorrectly on the engine mounts. The engine, electronics and engine compartment had been submerged in salt water. Most of the electronics and sensors on the engine were inop and the sensors, like the oil pressure for instance, were bypassed and wired directly. Not something that would be very obvious when doing a routine check. The outdrive was not in operable condition. I felt safer buying a boat from a dealer, however in the case of Toy Depot and Mr. Mazmanian, I would caution buyers to do a very thorough pre-purchase inspection so that they do not find themselves in a similar situation to mine.
