This location has been here a long time !! You might even call it a Flagship Store.Lots of Selection, plenty of friendly Staff, always a good shopping experience.They could use a better selection of juices, iced tea, and mixers .

Very nice! Went there and they didnt have exactly what I wanted but the clerk gave me a great lesson about wines and recommended some good alternatives. She was very nice and patient and looked like she loved her job! Brautiful

Decent store, seemed well stocked. Counter man had my order ready and I was in and out in 10 minutes.

Bad. The worst of the worst liquor store. I have to return a bottle and the do not refund the tax. I was ther for more than 1 hour and with out resolution. Just be aware.

Home town favorite here. Youll find the best deals here. Buying some liquor? Have a six pack for free.Need some wine? Go ahead and take a little whiskey with you to help wash it down. No need to stay sober to hit this venture up.Drink at your own risk, people. If you or someone you know has a problem please seek help. We dont need someone being belligerent while the rest of us are trying to take advantage of good deals.

Well lit, expansive store which has a social distancing procedure in place, as well as plexiglass shield protecting 2 cashiers. They also have good adjacent parking. The reason I did not give them 5 stars is that they had some holes in popular inventory, namely mixers.

They have a surprisingly decent selection of cigars in their humidor. Id recommend going if you dont know a place that does hand rolled.

This was my first time visiting ABC Fine Wine & Spirits Ive heard so much about them so I decided that I would go and purchase something from them for my husband and my mothers son-in-law customer service there is just impeccable and they also go over and Beyond to help you very polite and efficient and that is something that my family loves concerning a business and I will be back to visit ABC Fine Wine & Spirits again.

They are owned by the largest liquor and wine distributor in the world, so I am led to believe.... and yet this is the third time I have gone in for different items that they CLAIM to stock.... and no stock! So I do what I always do, go to Total Wines!So I give it 2 stars only because the store is quite nice.... just never have what I am looking for.

Been coming here for years and for such a clean, nice place the prices are surprisingly low. Comparred to some others they are about $2-$3 less than other liquor stores close by. Great customer service too!

Decent selection for the size of the store. Not very clean though, dusty and random empty boxes sitting around. Workers are rude and extremely pushy. Wont be back. If you have time to drive, the ABC on Northlake is much nicer - clean with cheaper products and very nice employees. Ill be going there from now on and Id recommend it to anyone else.

I am a tourist. Im in Florida 4 months ago I came to this store many times before but today the man who was attending the store did not want to sell me a bottle of wine. I am 31 years old. I have a consular ID and my passport I told him. He told me that he couldnt accept my consular ID or my passport, because to buy in his store I need a military ID or a florida ID He says its the law. It seems super racist and discriminatory for me. And thats not true thats not the law because Im a tourist I dont have an ID from United states thats why I have a passport and consular ID. I repeat I have been in this store many times before with my passport because it is my only ID and they always accept it. This means if you are tourist or if youre not Military or If you are not from Florida you cant buy liquor in ABC?????. DIXIE Hwy. SO SAD THIS KIND OF PEOPLE EXIST. THEY HAVE TO READ THE LAW BEFORE WORK WITH CUSTOMERS

ABC has always been a top choice when Im looking to explore new drinks. They have a wide variety of options with detailed descriptions for whatever youre searching for. Good prices but this specific location is a little small so they dont offer as much as Ive seen at other ABCs. All around though is my go-to place before a good night.

It was a nicely presented store, everything looked clean. I went in looking for some sake, and was able to find a small selection. I was a bit disappointed because I was hoping to try one Ive never had before, but it was not to be. Overall a nice place, if not a bit standard.

They usually have what I’m looking for but their prices are a little higher than Costco. I’d give them five stars if they had my favorite beer: Left Handed Brewery Nitro Milk Stout. Other than that, this place is worth stopping by.

Terrible costumer service on behalf of the assistant manager. Overall a very terrible shopping experience. No one has any knowledge of the products they sell, or asks you if you need assistance. I would be so disappointed if my employees treat potential costumers this way. I was declIned service for entering with my younger sister, after that my other older sister tried to purchase the items and was declined even if we are over 21. I felt very embarrassed as both women working there basically kicked me out. Will never return and will tell others about my experience. Owner please change management.

I Ordered things online and went to store to pick them up.they denied everything. i called back to see when they could return my money..they said call corporate.i was hung up on 4 times and tisha and the guy working with her have shady personalities.wheres my money? This was on the 14th you all are thieves.i would never shop at this store again.still no feedback on my experience 6 days later.

Recent staffing does not belong in a retail environment, inattentive, lazy, obnoxious.For the last 3-4 months on Friday evenings there is stock in boxes blocking most of the isles, beer cooler shelves are unstocked. Patrons waiting five or more deep at the counter while employees argue among themselves and play with cell phones. I find it hard to accept that one of these individuals is the acting store manager, something has gone wrong in the management of this particular store, I have shopped here for the last several years. This is unprecedented, I now travel 1.5 miles South to Winn Dixie for good service.

Ive visited this place many times, but my recent experience left me wanting to take my business elsewhere. I went here with a few friends and we werent able to purchase because one of us forgot our ID. We said we would be back shortly to make our purchases. We came back in 20 minutes at 9:07pm, to find out they had closed at 9. Not only did the employees not tell us that they would be closing before we left the store, but they refused to acknowledge us through the glass despite our purchases still being on the counter and only being there 20 minutes earlier. Lazy and rude customer service, I wont be back.

The place has been renovated and staff changed out a few times but one thing I can say every staff is helpful and nice. After the renovation they added a mini room that holds cigars and they seem to carry more wine and ample amount of beer selection. They also have a section for Vodka, Jager . orange juice, Red Bull etc. The place is well lit and clean. I am a cardmember with them but stopped using it because most of the points you get tend to favor wine (im a beer and Jager fan). If youre a fan of wine this is the place to go.
