On the positive side, I love my new patio set, even though only 3 of 4 chairs was delivered. Delivery and installers were great, but customer service ends when they get your money. I called customer service and explained that I needed the chair no later than one week out. Customer service told me a request for redelivery would be submitted and she would follow up with me within a couple of hours. I called back at 5 and stayed on hold until 6 30. I called back the next day and was told a request was never submitted. So now I have to wait until September for a chair. I also called the store and was told by the associate answering the phone, that she didnt handle my sale so she would not help me. I left my name and number and no call back from the store manager.
I just purchased bedroom sets for my two children at Rooms to Go in the West Palm Beach store. I was assisted by the store Manager Blake. He was such nice, professional and pleasant person to work with. He did not pressure me at all during my shopping experience! He was very informative and knowledgeable on the products he was selling in his store. I will definitely come back & I highly recommend working with Blake to anyone!!! Great sales person! Thank you!
Upon arriving at the Rooms To Go-West Palm Beach patio furniture store, on Saturday, July 17, 2021, Mr. Blake Levy greeted me and proceeded to offer his assistance and support in finding the type and furniture model that I desired. He was extremely professional and very knowledgeable, which enlightened me to make the correct decision concerning my patio furniture items. His courteous demeanor combined with his vast knowledge, also allowed me to be more focused and relaxed, in order to make the right patio furniture purchase, which was very adequate to my needs. We were greeted immediately. Brandon was awesome. He gave the space and room to walk around and didn’t hassle or pressure us. When we found some things I liked, we called him over and he was great to assist us. He even pulled out a tape measure to ensure the items I looked at would fit in the space. He was very friendly and professional and offered advice when he saw I was at a crossroads in deciding. The whole experience was really good and I did end up spending more than I anticipated but I’m not sorry one bit and have no buyers remorse. The furniture is beautiful and will go nicely in my home. The whole experience was great. John Delgreco greeted me at the entrance door and asked me if I was looking for anything special. I told him I needed patio furniture. He showed me where they were, and made himself available if I had any questions which I did concerning product availability and financing. We were able to complete the sale in no time. John was professional, courteous and knowledgeable.This was the third Rooms to Go stores I visit in the past 24 hours because I wasn’t sure which location had the patio furnitures, and each location, the sales associates were courteous and offered assistance. I hope other furniture stores in the area take notes.I will be doing more shopping in a near future for the rest of my house.

The furniture looks great in the store. There are different delivery dates for different collections and within collections. I have had two deliveries so far of multiple pieces and each time I have had badly damaged items. The customer service follow up is abysmal and then out of the blue you get a text with an exchange date. It really sours the experience that you cannot trust the quality of the goods. I will be trying other companies to try to improve the quality of the whole customer journey - sadly it broke down with Rooms to Go Patio.
We stopped in to add some umbrellas and decorative pieces for our patio and James was there to make it all happen for us !We needed delivery by next weekend and he checked all the items we needed that were in stock and delivered in 2 days ! Next time your in Rooms to go patio make sure to ask for James - he will make sure you leave the store happy and with what you need when you need it !

I purchased a kid daybed and trundle from Rooms to Go September 2020 and I cannot believe I spent $1200 on such poor quality furniture! The bed is falling apart! I’m furious, when I call to speak to a customer representative with issues I’m on hold for 1+ hours. I initially sent a request for a repair with the trundle after 1 month of receiving the bed, then after 3 months of waiting on Rooms to Go I was sent wheels and screws inside of a bag, very UNPROFESSIONAL! I wasn’t given a follow up call and now I guess Im responsible for fixing it myself??? It’s not fair that people spend their hard working money and get nothing good in return. I’m a single parent who’s trying to make it and $1200 is not cheap in my opinion, so I expected at least somewhat decent furniture.

My visit on the 7th started off poorly but ended well because of Christine. When I arrived sometime around 4:55pm I was greeted by a male salesman who asked what I was looking for, pointed me to it and walked away never to return. The awesome team player Christine happened to walk up front so I asked asked if she would help me because the other salesman walked away. She did just that, no worries about commission, or that it wasnt her job, she simply helped a customer in need. Thank you Christine, I made my purchase because of your care and service!!🙂

While the staff were friendly, I have had nothing but problems since ordering my furniture 4 months ago. It has been 4 months, countless phone calls, and 4 (going on 5) separate deliveries to get all the furniture. For a business that advertises the concept of being able to just purchase a whole room at once for convenience, nothing is in stock and everything is backordered. Had I just gone to Ikea, I would have gotten everything done at once, for fairly similar quality.

Salesman gave me a window but it was instead all day delivery. The delivery guys showed up at 7am and didnt give me the chance to figure out which elevator to use. The customer service girl was extremely helpful and was able to get a reasonable delivery date with an actual window.
I had a very bad experience with Rooms to Go Kids. About three months ago I decided to buy a bunk for my son and after waiting more than two weeks for delivery when they assembled the bunk there were missing parts and there were others that were scratched, when I filed the claim it turns out that I had to wait almost two weeks but so that they could come and bring the remaining parts and what was damaged they did not change it, they only put paint on it, seriously? I returned to make another claim and this is the date that I have not yet received a response, I paid for something new not for something damaged, be more responsible with your customers, I for my part First and last time I buy in this store. I do not return the bunk because my son loves it just for that. I do not recommend this store.
Had the most positive experience with Sales Associate John DelGreco who went above and beyond in helping me.Never did I expect such service at RTG. He had experience that was helpful in all products and followed up with information after I left the store,I was able to place my order from home thanks to everything he set up!

Very bad branch ... staff were so rude, I went to rooms to go outlet in Boca the day before, and the staff was amazing and the manager Michaela was very friendly, helpful and professional ... I went to this branch to purchase the unit I liked after I made my decision, I was asking for somebody to come and help me and they were absolutely rude . Ended up leaving and go to boca branch and get it from there . And I was wondering why nobody is in except me! And no reviews either on google.. I love to pay for quality and SERVICE NOT ATTITUDE!!

We waited and waited a sales rep came over and informed us she couldnt help us because she was the only one there. I called back after leaving to speak to a manager and Christine answered and could care less! She hung up with an attitude!!! Ill take my business elsewhere!
We were looking for a bedroom set for our daughter. We found one on the website and came in the Rooms To Go Kids to see it closer. But didn’t find this set at the store. We were about to leave, when Regina Goldner (035702) came to us.Shopping with Gina is like shopping with your BFF! She listened to our needs, quickly determined our style & was on point with her suggestions with absolutely no pressure!From the warm welcome until we purchased the bedroom set for our princess we were feeling so happy and satisfied. Can`t wait for our new furniture to arrive!Rooms To Go Kids has a great furniture selections for the kids bedrooms, that combined with Gina`s talent makes it the Best Place to Shop!Also we would like to thank her manager (I believe his name is Blake) for very pleasant conversation and such a great customer service!Highly recommend it!

Since Rooms To Go blocked me from their Facebook page after leaving the below review, Ill just leave it right here too. I was so patient over the course of the week having to call Customer Service every day and look at the disaster the delivery guys left in my sons bedroom.The furniture delivery did not include all of the hardware or even the correct instructions to assemble my sons bunkbed. The delivery guys told me lunch for the 3 of them was on me because they had to lift the furniture over baby gates installed at the top and bottom of the stairs and other deliverers would have rejected delivery because of them.Then onto dealing with customer service.. They said they were going to overnight the missing parts within 2 days, which did not happen. The order hadnt even shipped when I called on the second day to track it. Then I spoke to a supervisor and still got the incorrect parts delivered twice via UPS. Now I await the furniture to be picked up and a full refund! What an awful experience for my son after picking out the bunkbed he wanted and waste of time for me waiting on deliveries multiple days! I will never buy from Rooms To Go again and this was my 3rd purchase.

When writing up my order they maybe a mistake on wrote a 17 month no interest loan instead of a 36 month no interest loan. The mistake was not discovered until after delivery when my first payment was due. I spoke to the finance company who stated that the store would be able to adjust my loan. When I spoke to the store manager, they stated that they were unable to make changes because my order had already been delivered. I find it difficult to believe they are unable to make the changes. What if they had accidentally put in 1 month or 2 months...would they then expect someone to make those payments? Horrible store, horrible customer service. Stuck with a loan payment almost double what I was told. They also refused to give me the general managers contact information.
Purchased a bedroom set for my daughter about two years ago. When rearraning furniture in her room, we discovered that the headboard book case was never properly attached when Rooms To Go Kids delivered the furniture. Had this fallen on her head/neck, she couldve been killed. We tried to reaattach the pieces and bolts, and the furniture fell apart.The bedframe also only had three supporting slats, indtead of the normal 12 -- which caused the boxspring to crack.When my wife reported this to the store manager, he refused to help.Really bad experience.

One of the sales woman needs a few lessons in customer service. I was there with my wife and daughter and she said your kid might break her neck if she gets a bunk bed. I thought that was a little harsh. Maybe say shes not old enough and may get hurt.

The worst in service inexperienced vendors sent me furniture that was not lost three days of work, to go to the store because customer service can not help you the furniture is sent to you with damages and scrapes by the person who came home, completely wrong polite and rude treating the furniture without care and after all that they call me and tell me that they got the price wrong. Really a nightmare, I have to mark a star because I need to express everything that happened to me but I really would not give them any stars
