This is our second time coming here. Frist time was so good we didnt even shop around this time. We already knew where to find the best prices. No need to shop around! Come here and talk to Mike. I guarantee he will take good care of you. We went in over the weekend looking to upgrade our bed and Mike went over and beyond to meet our needs. He gave us great prices on the King size mattress and gave us such a great deal on a adjustable bed frame that raises the head portion that we couldnt say no. Great place for all types of mattresses.

I was just accused by someone who identified himself as the owner, in the boisterous and unprofessional manner, of unprofessional business practice with Mike. Mike is purported to be in the hospital at this time. Mike gave me a discount for an inconvenience (delivery was promised for Tuesday at 4:00pm which was never made that afternoon, even after I was assured by Mike that the truck had left the store at 7:10 at night. I was unable to leave the location because I did not want to miss the delivery). On deliver, one of the mattress was the incorrect size. On the advise of Mike, I sent back the over sized (Queen)with the deliver person. However, by the time I returned to the store to settle the account, I decided to purchase the correct size (full) that I needed and to keep the queen size as well. The delivery was intercepted by a call by the owner accusing me of side dealings with Mike and a threat to cancel the order.

Fantastic service. Couldn’t have felt more comfortable with Michael and his colleagues. They were open and honest from the start, no frustrating sales tactics. I got an amazing price for an amazing mattress. Would 100% recommend to anybody wanting a quality mattress.Thanks so much Michael!

I have shopped at a lot of places, and the customer service you get here is amazing! I went in to purchase a mattress and even though there was someone already being serviced, I was acknowledged by “Mike” and told he would assist me shortly. While waiting for my husband to arrive, he spent a lot of time explaining the details of all the mattresses, and gave me time to think about what I wanted. I got my mattress delivered the same day, which I appreciated. Sometimes you go to these places, and you feel like you’re just a number, but I never felt that way when I shopped here, and I must tell you it makes a huge difference. Keep up the good work Mike, at half-price mattress!

HORRIBLE Experience. I paid and ordered 2 twin box springs on Saturday, 9/11/21 with a scheduled delivery date of Tuesday, 9/14/21. Tuesday rolls around...crickets. I called, spoke with Mike who tells me this lame story about a truck breaking down and that there was a delay and he would call me back to let me know when they will deliver. Crickets..no call, I called a total of 5 times and left voicemail messages for a call back for a status on my delivery...Again, crickets, nothing! Today is Friday and I still have yet to hear from these scammers. Headshaker and just unbelievable. Poor way to do business. Never again! 0.00 Stars, however had to click one in order for this to post! :-(

I genuinely wish I could give this place more than 5 stars. If you’re buying a mattress you would be doing yourself a disservice not going here. The manager, Michael, is fantastic and the money you save is almost too good to be true. Do your research and you will see that the deals you are getting on a mattress can’t be found anywhere else. Most the mattresses you are getting are more than half the price you can find anywhere else. Both the service and price you get can’t be beat

The worst customer service Ive ever received! They lost the sale before I even went to the store. I called and asked for a bed size and was it available, I noticed that the employee was out of breath. I simply said you sound very busy I will make this a quick question. His response Why are talking to my like that (BRO) thats rude, Im in the middle of loading three cars we have no delivery today I tried to explain please dont take it the wrong way I can tell ...... and before I could finish he hung up on me. So good luck with that disgruntled employee in the future. I did however find a very nice deal elsewhere.

My husband and I came tonight to buy a mattress at 8:30pm and according to the schedule you guys close at 9pm, the worst part was when we knocked the door somebody came very rude yelling at us in a really really bad way showing us the time, we don’t understand why the sign says you close at 9:00pm

I dont really like writing bad reviews but I had to for this bed that me and my boyfriend purchased. I believe the bed cost $350 queen mattress. To begin with the bed is so uncomfortable I wake up every morning or middle of the night with sooo much back pain!! I never had a bed that was this bad at first when we took a look at the bed of our purchased day the owner said the bed in a week or so it was suppose to feel soft and just like the other king bed we saw but to say that me and my boyfriend have been so uncomfortable that we have to buy another one we havent even had this bed not even a month I feel so disappointed please when you buy make sure it the bed you want and feel comfortable in!

A friend of mine asked me for help to pick up a mattress for him that he picked out. So we went to the store that had it and the pictures were of a much nicer mattress than was listed on there website. So we looked at other mattresses that were way over priced for such an inferior product.So we ended up talking to Mike at 1/2 price mattress and told him we were looking for a value mattress. 5 stars to Mike for helping my friend get into a nice 13 with a pillow top and box spring for less than guys were selling them only a few miles away. Disappointing, not even a complete year and the bed was sinking in the middle. Not to mention they attempted to sell me items I didnt need at the time. The delivery guy is the one who told me it wasnt needed, and was chewed out for advising me. The frame I purchased was great, thats it.

I am a current junior in college and just moved to Florida. When I walked in I told the owner what I wanted and he helped me right away. He didnt try to play me or jip me off. I got a twin set, soft and hard with box and frame for about 180$ he does good business and hes an awesome person. He also delivered it himself. Its been 4 or 5 months since then and my bed is still as comfy and nice as when I bought it. Great place to get a bed overall.

Moving into West Palm from Minnesota, but buying everything new, I needed the right mattress (of course), but needed it delivered the day we closed on our condo, which was the day after we were scheduled to fly down.After searching on line and reading reviews, I called up and talked with Justin. His first words: Dont worry. Try out some beds in Minnesota, call me when you know what you want, Ill have some mattresses for you to try when you get here and well deliver the one you choose after you close.For some reason, I believed him. We did what he suggested and called him when we landed at PBI to tell him we were on our way. We walked it to a store jam packed with mattresses, tried the two mattresses he had gotten in for us, chose one and the next afternoon, after we closed, he delivered it to us as promised.Justin is an old school retailer. He knows his merch, has really good prices and does what he says.Even better: he does more. In truth, the delivery was postponed due to a huge West Palm downpour. He called to tell me he could get the mattress there an hour late. It is a full warehouse of mattresses and beddings/ accessories. These guys know their stuff and have almost all brands and all varieties under one roof. Its a huge area and hundreds of mattresses lined up. They give you great prices and top it up with same day home delivery with minimal or no charge depending on day/ location.I got a Serta memory foam mattress 8 and it came with box support and metal frame. I am liking it. It cost me almost half of what it would have at City Mattress or Mattress Firm. Complete scam artist, beds were used and comfort returns. They are not new. I contacted the manufacture and found out that they have zero warrantee because they are store returns. Horrible. I went here with my son and bought a bed for him and it sagged in a few weeks. Justin gave me the run around and basically told me I was out of luck. I would not buy here again and I would reccomend anyone shopping do your research. Apparently channel 7 did a video on this company detailing the used mattresses. I wish I would have known. My fault for paying cash.

Mattress was damaged so we did not accept the delivery. After not so pleasent conversations I wanted my money back. They told me to go back to store to give me a refund. When I did, they did not refund my money back giving reasons like the person who can do it is on vacation for 2 weeks and cant remember the code to refund the money so I called my credit card company. I dont like when people think others are stupid to believe what they are saying. I was a customer before but dealt with someone else who worked there before. Will NEVER do business with them again.

We are from NJ and I never knew my expedition of buying a mattress would land me from ordering one from Florida through Justin, over the phone. After researching loads of mattresses in local stores (for our Master) I remembered the best sleep I ever had was on the mattress my brother had down in Florida. So I called him up and he drove to this store to check if the same mattress (Beautyrest) was available. Justin provided the best guidance to me over the phone and assured/answered all my questions/concerns patiently. We brothers ended up buying 2 mattresses as the price and service was just excellent. Called them, their most inexpensive mattress was an off brand queen matt & box at $229. I asked about what else they had. I ended up going in person and getting a Simmns Beautyrest Classic non pillowtop set for $395! Good firm matt, good quality and great rest! Same matt was on sale at Macys for $999. Good deal!
