My first time shopping at this store and I had a bad experience 😢. I went in and found so many awesome things. I paid and the cashier convinced me to open up a rewards card account and so I did. I was distracted from paying and answering the questions. I grabbed my two huge bags along with my two curtain rods and placed them in the shopping cart. I was in a rush and threw them in my trunk. I did not get to open my bags and put the items together until 9:45 pm tonight which is when I realized that I had 2 missing items there were two small items but very important ones because now without them I cannot hang my curtains. I was so trusting that my cashier (a sweet older woman) had placed all items in my bag. Now tomorrow I have to drive over there after work to ask them if they still have my two items. I’m so upset.

Good stuff. Very busy though, crowded aisles. Nice staff. Lots of stuff packed/parked in the middle of the aisles, makes it hard to move the furniture to get to what is on the shelves.

HG has a large selection of fashionable, reasonably priced items for the home. My wife and I have recently done some renovations and purchased two area rugs, three end tables and a table cloth. All quality products.

Big fan of HomeGoods as most people are this location had many different options Especially the kitchen I got really nice dishes and new silverware the fall and autumn decorations are amazing highly recommend this location

Love visiting this new home goods! It is very organized and most times not too over crowded. What I like most is that you can move a shopping cart through the isles without bumping into things or getting in the way. Most recent time I was there MANY things were on clearance, I think they are trying to make room for new items-works to the buyers advantage! Isles are in great order. Will definitely return!

I’m really disappointed in this store. I had retuned something about a month ago, at which point I had asked for a store credit since I shop at home goods so frequently. I came in to use the store credit (it was for a very small amount) and because the original cashier had not “written my name on it” they would not accept it.

We get lost in this store. Walk in for one item and walk out with 20. Strangely enough there is also a good amount of healthy/gluten free food options here as well. This is such a bad place to go for so many good reasons lol

I went into store to buy side tables- generally if an item has defects a manager will be called and will grant a 10% discount. Both tables had obvious defects, one more than the other. The manager acted like it was a bother to be called to assist. Then refused to give any discount, although she saw the defects. We walked away but could see her carry the worse of the two to the back room? I really liked the tables so I went to the pslm beach gardens store. They too had the tables but one with a broken draw front. I bought the good one then went back to wpb to get the other that had a defect but not so bothersome. My service that day was disappointing!

This Home Goods is located at the Palm Beach outlet mall and it is stocked full of really good stuff for the holidays. I do believe that this is the largest HomeGoods store I have ever been in and I am certainly glad that I made the effort. I must have hit the store at the right time because I did not have any line to stand in to get to the cashier. The staff was very very helpful and the cashier was very special an even offered to get me help to bring out to my car. Its a bit of a trek for me to go to this store but I will return. I was so overwhelmed by all the products to buy I forgot to take photographs. Please accept my apologies

Not as large as some of their other stores but just as rewarding. The shelves are neat and well stocked. Checking out is a nice experience. There are helpful people out on the floor. Its a great addition to the outlet mall.

The girl literally stands at the front of the store and stares at you while you walk in and you say “hi” and she barely acknowledges you. Nice first impression home goods 😂👌🏼

I love Home Goods. Problem is I always find something to purchase. I find unique items & usually great buys. I also like the food items. Some are very unusual items & priced right. They have some furniture pieces & art works. Great gift items and if a holiday is close they always have lovely items relating to the holiday.

Although the staff was pleasant, the store is way too crowded. Aisles are almost impossible to navigate, let alone if someone is coming the other direction. And it took forever to check out. When I got in line, it was a small wait which filled in behind me quickly. There were 4 cashiers at first, but I watch as 2 of them closed and went to lunch! One of the remaining cashiers called for available cashiers but no one came. She finally called for a manager who opened up an additional register. 2 cashiers should never be allowed to be off at the same time let alone when the customer line is 15 people full.

This place is captivating, intoxicatingYou can never go there for just one thing. So much variety of inventory...all labeled with less than Retail prices. Impulse buyers welcome...and encouraged. LOL

The newest HomeGoods is so close in the Outlets at Palm Beach, Im tempted to redecorate my house . Its so easy to find beautiful and unique objects - some you didnt even realize you needed. Just walking through the store is a treat since it seems like the stock changes almost daily . Rule of thumb here, dont wait until tomorrow to think about something you love bc it wont be there when you decide you want it. The selection of spices, crackers, sauces, teas, coffee, is widely expsnded at this HomeGoods . If youre looking for a gift, this is the place to find something for anyone including wrapping paper and cards. All are incredibly inexpensive . I love everything Ive purchased here for actual pennies. Better than a musty old consignment shop with clean, new, modern spin on everything.

Very nice and clean.

Seemed so disorganized. Every aisle had same merchandise as the one before. Perhaps indicates they had been picked over. No planting pots left but plenty of pillows, and dog supplies. Good selection of lamps. Sheet sets seemed to be all one color, same with rugs. Must have come after a big sale but will wait to go back so they can get organized. At least this time the computers were not shut down for over 2 hours!

Hot tip: Dads, get your wife a photo from here. Throw a photo of your beautiful/ugly children in there, and voila, a tear-jerking Christmas gift. Shout-out to the cashier too, I think it was Brittney, who despite a massive line of people, still found time to make me laugh.
