Having dealt with a few different printers in the past I found one who actually appreciates its customers. Its like they actually want your business instead of acting like you are bothering them like others do! They are very nice and professional. My office has been a customer of this business for many years and recently I am very disappointed in their lack of attention to deadlines and care for customer service. If a project has been agreed to be ready and delivered on a date, that is exactly what it means. The customer should not have to follow up 2 days past due date wondering where their order is. Oh, your running behind and my order is not going to be ready for another 5 days. Did you ever think you should contact your customer to let them know??? Derek tells me, it will be noted in my account to contact me if my order is NOT going to be on time. Thank you for your lousy customer service Derek, being on time is not a courtesy but YOUR JOB!!!!Needless to say I do NOT recommend this business to others.

If I could give them negative stars, I would. After delivering a product late, which caused us to miss our marketing opportunity, they had the audacity to tell us that they had not delivered the product late and that they would not credit us a significant discount for the materials. They then threatened a lawsuit against us if we did not pay them.The whole reason we used Sir Speedy was that they would complete our order fast and on time. They did not, and on top of that they were extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. I will never use them again.

The owner of this place is old school. As in arrogant and poor customer service. I come here because its convenient and I like to give business to the locals. But every time, the owner is arguing or defending himself to a customer. I really wish hed improve. Its unpleasant to walk in a store and be a victim or witness bad attitude.
