Honest and reliable. I recommend this company.My old awning was in bad shape, one company said the only solution was to replace it, then Tom from Premier Awnings came in and advised that my awning could be repaired. He helped selecting the fabric, they replaced it, repaired a broken part and did some maintenance on the frame that left it as new! I saved good money and learned new tips from Tom for taking good care of it and extend its life.

I hired Premier Awnings to replace the fabric on a very large existing awning. I got estimates from several companies, but when I met with Tom from Premier, I just felt that this was the best quality company and that they would do a very professional job. Excellent customer service. The owner returns calls immediately. Installers removed old screens, painted and filled in holes which was very helpful. New screens look great. They cleaned up everything and were very polite. Highly recommend this company.

I must say that the large retractable screens installed by Mike Green, Don, Dan and the rest of the crew are one of my favorite projects in my remodel. The loggia has taken on such a cozy, functional feeling where we can relax and have dinner or watch TV without the concern for no-see ums or mosquitoes. It also adds privacy and protection from the sun without diminishing our view of the water. We used them for the first time, and got outstanding results. Very happy with the superior quality, construction, and ease of use. Ongoing available services give us peace of mind.

We needed our large 8 year old awning repaired because the system was not working and we could not figure out what the problem was, the motor, the remote, etc. I called 4 different awning companies in the area trying to find one who could come out and figure out our awning issue. One did not answer and their mailbox was full. I left a message for another company, but they never called back. A third company said they would call back, but never did. Premier Awning was the only company that answered the phone, said they would have the repair guy, Tom, call me back, which he promptly did and actually followed through with the entire job. Tom told me he would call me at the beginning of the following week when he would be in my area. He called and came over within 30 minutes. He was professional, informative, and best of all, honest. We thought we would need a new $600 motor, which he brought with him, but the problem ended up being just the $69 remote which he was able to replace for me. He checked the rest of the awning including the wind sensor and made sure it was all in good working order. My wind sensor casing was not installed properly by the original awning company (no longer in business), so Tom changed out the casing. This job cost us way less than we had anticipated and that really made our day!! Premier Awning is a stand-out company and I highly recommend them for any job - a new awning or a repair to an existing awning. Should I ever decide to replace this awning or add an additional awning to my home, Premier will be my only phone call!!

Had to follow up a few times to get an appointment set, now it’s been almost 4 weeks since that appointment and still no quote even though I followed up twice. Was told to check my junk/spam mail but when I said that I don’t have anything, I got no response.

I have never done business with a more professional organization. The leader Mike Green is an expert on awnings and his installation crew is knowledgeable and efficient and did an outstanding installation. I received a reasonable price and an excellent delivery time. The time required from the time the contract was signed until the installation was complete was only 10 days. I would never go with any other company for awnings. I just wish everything that I bought would go as smoothly and unstressful as this.

Michael J Green is a liar and thief selling awnings he never plans to deliver. Do not fall for his advertising or presentation. He sold me a $4000.00 awning knowing he did not have a Business License in Martin County.Martin County fined him $2000.00 on my complaint. This was his 3rd. offense for operating in Martin County without a license.I am out my $2000.00 deposit and will have to take him to court to try to get it back.PLEASE BEWARE OF THIS CON ARTIST!

These guys installed an awning at my house in 2006, provided service in 2015, and service again recently. They are easy to deal with and I love the shade.

Ordered a screen, could not get return calls, only 1 word texts. Had appointment to install, no call, no show and found out through a worker that screen on back order. No communication or honesty. Canceled order, hoping we get a refund.
