We had American Awning install an automatic outdoor shade for a huge picture window in our house in Wellington and we absolutely love it! The whole process was a very positive experience from the initial sales call to the final installation. Very professional and a job well done!

Rude Salesperson! Did not listen to what was needed. Gave them a chance to correct the issue (at my cost) and basically was told take or leave. Would not recommend.Update: I changed rating because the installers did a great job.

RUDE & DISRESPECTFUL!!NO good customer service!!Salesman Dan accused me of lying because I would not discuss my business with another company.When I called back to politely tell him I prefer to not get a quote, he said “ I already decided I don’t want to do business with you anyway.”CAN YOU IMAGINE??!!There are plenty of reputable awning companies out there. No need to do business with AMERICAN AWNING when they lack social graces and respect.

Unfortunately the customer service of this place is pitiful. The lady at the from desk was extremely rude to us even though we’ve been their clients for a long time. Anyways, I do not recommend their service and clearly we are not longer clients from them anymore.

The sales person to rude, he wanted to sing a contract without having a proposal first. I do not recommend this company.
