Miguel and the guys were great. Diagnosed the issue, had two wait two days for replacements to arrive. Everything went extremely smooth.

I was having some serious issue with my truck. I was burning through tires like crazy. So I took it to a few shops. All these shops told me because my truck was lifted I needed a special alignment for a lifted truck. They all told me to come to Weber. So I did. I was in and out in less than an hour and the front end of my truck now rides like a dream. I’ll come here again.

These guys are great! I had my 2014 Dodge Ram in for front end alignment and had new tires already on wheels, but had Weber high speed spin balance them for me, waited for work to be done in waiting room, done in decent time! Came back to have a rotation done at 5000 miles, which was about a month later. I mentioned to double check alignment and also felt a shaking at 78 mph.Re-adjusted alignment and found one rim was slightly bent...most likely Highway construction caused it! They did the rotation, marked the bad rim. Then they said no charge! What!They were professional and courteous AND HONEST! Would definitely recommend Weber Alignment to everyone!

I won’t go anywhere else after my first experience with Weber. I was in need of a wheel alignment which they booked me promptly, and they also fixed a plastic piece of my car that was hanging off underneath. You’re in the best of hands here.

Pricey but worth it. You absolutely get what you pay for. This is the only place Id take my car to get it aligned especially since they specialize in lowered vehicles, where most places werent able to align my tires because it was too low. Definitely recommend.

I had a great experience going to Weber. We have a Ram Promaster whose tire light kept coming up. They quickly diagnosed it, fixed it and had me on my way quickly. Seriously, this is the best tire place in the area!

I left a review roughly 8 months ago, felt the need to leave another. Ive been back to Weber probably about 3 or 4 more times since my last review. Miguel and the Weber team are still doing what they do best. I WILL NEVER allow another shop aside from Weber to touch my car. It still blows me away with how dedicated they are to ensure that their customers leave happy. My lug nuts broke off and nobody could get my wheel and tires off to put new wheels on. Everybody quoted me from 500 to $850.Webber charged me $32.00. Thats it!!!. And they used there own special lug nuts so I didnt have yo buy more they are expensive this place is badass!!! Customer service is fantastic

Ive only had to go here twice, but both times were absolutely phenomenal service, expertise, and overall experience. If you need suspension work done theres nowhere else worth going to. Do keep in mind that good work aint cheap and cheap work aint good. If you love your car youll bring it here.

All 4 of my Continental tires looks like that. Alignment was done at Weber when they were brand new. This is not the first time I will have to replace my tires due to poor alignment at Weber. This place was great years ago, not anymore.

Front office guy was nice and helpful. 3 stars cause I paid for a service and never fixed the problem. Will change later if they can fix it.

Second time using these guys and there customer service was horrible today I have take the since last week to make an appointment for today at 8am got there on time one truck was a head of me and the gentleman took my keys fill out information off the vehicle and then thirty minutes later he came back outside telling me hes not able to align my vehicle today because one of his guys called out and he didnt even offer to reschedule me another appointment I think that was very unprofessional and bad for business. A mean have some respect for people time and I would like to know if because one of your guys called out the customer have to suffer the consequences. Ill never go back there or recommend anyone to them.

I have a 2018 expedition that has been in and out of 2 ford dealers multiple times trying to diagnose and solve an issue of high vibrations at speeds +80mph. Miguel set me up with Matt who drove the car and was immediately able to diagnose it. It was such a simple fix that only a trained eye would see. They didn’t even charge me. This was my first time there and they will forever be the only mechanic I use for any suspension/wheel related issues. Highly recommend!

It is a good place to fix your issues with your car, very professional, punctual, and a lot experience to find solutions . The environment is really good, with a great waiting room. I ordered an alignment for my tires, but I had to return the next day to get the alignment corrected. Thanks to Miguel Valiente for his excellent customer service. Camber’s where bad on my back end was toldBy Honda they are fixed and do not have an adjustment for them and it was throwing my ailment out immediately, took it here after calling another place that couldn’t work on it, advised Honda does not make a kit but an after market could be installed after being told some where else they are not available. I was riding on about 2 inches of tread on my back tires Took it in at 8 am done by 12. Very nice and professional would recommend in the future

Not only would I like to thank the entire staff, but Miguel and Dave especially! I own a rather.....rare car more or less and I always have issues finding a reliable shop to work with....let alone having the knowledge/patience to work on a car that doesn’t follow the same layout as most “cookie cutter” cars.Miguel has always taken care of me. Great service good price

I’ve deleted a message recommending Weber Wheel Alignment that I posted months ago. That company was the best in the business at one time but has been sold. The new owner tried to rip me off 2 weeks ago, insisting that he couldn’t do an alignment ($100) before replacing my lower ball joints ($500). The place was empty and I just didn’t believe the guy. My regular mechanic whom I trust completely told me there was no way I needed lower ball joints period and that Weber had been sold and that he no longer sends customers there for similar problems with the new owners.

Always went there, 10 years ago with a restored 64 1/2 Mustang which they did an excellent job, and later with my normal cars. Called in yesterday to get alignment for a car, after they asked me which car was ( BMW i3 ) the woman said $ 250. I told her that i saw in another reviews that the prices were lower, and she said the price was because that was an special car ( its same or easier than most cars ) I ended doing it in another shop for half the price. Will never go back there

Highly recommend!! Had some tire sensor issues after I got the alignment (not related to the work they did). They fixed the problem and made me aware of a serious brake issue all at no extra charge. The whole staff is very friendly, from the young lady who organizes appointments and billing, to the mechanics who do the alignments.

Very knowledgeable fast service will gladly use again.

Didnt use them too expensive price to high shysters I rather have done a string shade tree mechanic alignment for $ $0.29 put the string even cheaper for kite string theres no other reason

I took my truck to one of the major chain tire places a year before my visit to Weber after getting brand new tires. The other shop attempted to align it 3 times and it still pulled harder to the left than it did before I brough it in. A year later and a $1,200 set of Toyo MTs later I had enough I bought new tires and took my truck to Weber. Best decision I ever made. They mounted and balanced new tires perfectly and got my alignment 100% accurate. The price honestly isnt even bad I have no reason to take my truck anywhere else now.

I took my car to a MIDAS first for an alignment, and the guy did such a terrible job that my entire car was out of shape. My door didnt shut right and hit my fender. The entire car was twisted/contorted. I took it to Weber and they aligned my car absolutely perfect. Steering wheel straight, car drove straight, and my door no longer hit my fender. This will be my go to place for alignments.

I had brought my car that had a clicking sound from the front end that started after an alignment (at another place) to be checked out. Due to them being an alignment and suspension place i felt they were the ones to use. I paid a 100 dollar diagnostic fee to be told that my right side tie rod end needed to be replaced. I was quoted 800 dollars for the job including the alignment. The car only had 24000 miles on it, never hit or in accident, i found that very strange. I brought it to another shop, they put the car in the air, pulled on the tires without any give or wobble, reproduced the clicking by turning the wheel and tires, They zero inned on the click and double checked using a car stethescope and found out it was the shock bushing up top and showed it to me. Put a little wd-40 and now it is gone. Probably will have to do shocks down the road but as long as I didnt put tie rods in that werent needed.

Weber Alignment, West Palm Beach, FlOk so I make an appointment to get an alignment on my car this morning. I go in stand at the desk give the lady the key and look to my right and right in their with the insurance papers, the operating license, etc. their is a $0 dollar bill with the presidents picture on it. It goes on to say many derogatory things about our president. So I sat down and started to try to read but I was very unsettled that they would be so comfortable displaying this ...so I go back up to the desk and ask for my keys and tell the lady that I am offended by the display. She says oh Im sorry. I left and to the Lexus Dealer I go to pay more and I dont give a diggity about the money.Im am so over these people being so disrespectful ......The only reason I give them 1 star is so that I can post this......

You pay 220 dollars for an alignment and after a week it comes out of adjustment. Took it somewhere else and they said no one did an alignment on the car before or if they did they had no idea what they were doing. Thanks Weber for stealing my hard earned money.

Went there the other day there prices are outrageous now quoted me 100 dollars higher then the competition and was firm on price. They are an amazing price for the extra hundred dollars id rather take a chancr somewere else

The day of my appointment on friday . I left my truck to get a alignment $110.00. I just got new tires all four. about 10 minutes later they call me to tell me that they cant do the alignment before they do lower ball joint first. Ok i ask how much for this $894.77. . All i wanted is aligment that was $110.00. If I need the ball joints they would of told me at the tire place because they did a check list of all i needed. Ok so weber wheel aligment are a big rip off place . I cant believe people would go to these places and get ripped off for things you dont need. . Come on people where they came from . My god we need good business to help people not to scam them out of money. You 2 customers that day cause i will never come their to a ripped off place.

SIMPLY THE BEST.I took my truck to four different shops, Tire kingdom, Pep Boys, Chevrolet and finally Weber. Paid each one what they requested to do an alignment. At Pep Boys, where I started. They told me their machine was broken, but tried to do the alignment anyway. The alignment was so bad the tires were wearing on the sides and the steering was constantly pulling to the right. I took it back, they tried again, while their machine was working, same results. Which led me to Tire Kingdom for new tires and... an incompetent alignment. Yes, the tires are satisfactory. Though, while I had my truck in the garage area of Tire Kingdom. I kept an eye on the employee. I then asked the manager, if the employee is working on my wheels, why does he have the hood open and wrenches in his hand in the engine compartment? I caught him doing something. The manager fumbled any realistic explanation, and watched them finish working on my truck like a hawk. ALMOST AS SOON AS I LEFT TIRE KINGDOM. MY AIR CONDITIONER, WHICH WORKED FANTASTIC FOR MANY YEARS, STOPPED WORKING AND IN THE SAME MOMENT, MY MOTOR HAD MYSTERIOUSLY SPRUNG A OIL LEAK. I bought this truck from a dealer with 2 miles on it. Everything worked and it never dripped a drop of oil, until I brought it to Tire Kingdom. So, knowing I would never return to that chain again and still not having anyone Ive already paid to do the alignment actually having done the work without causing more damage to my vehicle, I brainstormed. I came to the conclusion that, who better to fix the truck than the people that manufactured the truck. I then proceeded to take the truck to the dealer. I brought it in. The gave me a courtesy shuttle to where I needed to go and at the end of the day the sent a transport to pick me up and bring me back to my truck. I got in and for the first time in a long time, my truck drove straight. Though, only for 2 days and then it went back to pulling to the right. So, then I started asking every human that drives a vehicle larger than a personal car where to get an alignment. 9 out of 10 said Weber wheel alignment, I took it there and left it for the day. At that time all I had was hope. Well later that afternoon I got the call from who I think I recall was Amanda, saying my truck was ready. I went, paid and drove away. They said the front end was in good condition, though, recommended I pay attention to the rear end in the future. I waited for near a month before I uploaded this posting. For, I did not want to make a positive post in haste if the wheels started pulling. They didnt. Weber did what every other person I had paid could not. Including the dealer. I gladly paid the fee of what I recall to be $120 for the alignment. Considering I just paid near $400 to 3 other companies to do an alignment the total for my alignment is over $500. I write this long review, so, no one else has to pay $500 to get their car aligned. The dealer and Tire Kingdom, I took my truck to, as I understand, simply, did not tighten the bolts beyond their bookwormed specifications. So, when they did the work, the parts came loose and fell of.Et al : of the 4 different places I took my truck to for an alignment, 3 of which being large corporations, which claim to have the most technologically advanced equipment, only the 4th, what I believe is a much smaller, privately owned company was willing and able to put the extra effort and insure the work was done with quality and deserves to receive my stamp of approval. Which may not be much. But your organization deserves a trophy in this community. Definitely the best for this consumer reporter. Keep up the good work. Your dedication will keep America strong.
