I cant say enough about this Goodyear Auto Service station. I came in close to their closing time with serious tire damage to my borrowed car. If they hadnt been willing to help me I would have been stuck with my car not operable and I would have been stranded. However the store manager assured me that they would take care of my car and replace my tires. They could have completely exploited me and overcharged me but they did not. They took their time and explained to me my options and sold me new tires at a really great price. Im not really a car guy so I was sorta clueless but the Store Manager, Matt was patient and helped me understand what I neededI was really impressed by how clean the facility was at the end of a day. Everything was spotless. There was complimentary coffee and water. A TV to watch (they were showing the Premiere Lacrosse League which made me super happy) and comfy seats in the waiting room. I cant tell you how grateful I was for the Goodyear team and for how well they took care of me. I think Im a Good Year customer for life!I was bored so I took a bunch of photos!

The woman today at the front desk (Im sorry I forgot your name) is awesome. She is so accommodating and friendly. We will continue to take our car to the Goodyear in downtown West Palm!!

I’ve been taking my cars here for 20 years and have always had a positive experience. Saturday was another repeat positive experience. As usual, Sherrie treated me with respect and was honest and transparent about the wait time and the estimated cost.

I have used them for oil changes and tire rotation‘s and new tires. They are convenient and accommodating for people that work in downtown West Palm Beach. Only complaint it would be nice if they had some thing a little bit longer than bankers hours. 8 to 5 can be a little challenging. To fit into the workday . Sherrie the service manager is A pleasure to work with.

Sherry always greats me with a smile and promptly goes about taking care of the services I need done to my auto. She always informs of any discounts available and recommendations.If something else comes up during the servicing she calls and advices me.Let’s me know when it will be ready in a timely manner so I don’t have to rush to get there before closing.Sherry is the reason I use the downtown store. I paid for just an oil change, but their helpfulness and intelligence also fixed my electrical problems—for no charge. With an oil change, they also inspect your car and top up air in tires and fix other things they find. I thought I had an electrical problem like a short, so if I had gone anywhere else, I’d have been charged a fortune. But the folks in the office were listening & hypothesized a loose battery connection, and that fixed all symptoms.I will continue to go to these smart, serious, kind people! To see how good they are, just read the reviews. The very few negatives are about personalities, and you can’t know who was rude first.This kind of conscientious, take-care-of-everything professionalism is what Kennedys and Buffets get, but we all get it at Dixie & Hibiscus Goodyear.

This is my go-to place whenever I need tire services. Theyre great with communication and you wont get ripped off. I always work with Sherry; she is polite, respectful, and genuine. Im not great with cars, so I asked if my brother could call her to make sure there wasnt any funny business going on. She explained the situation to my brother, and my brother told me I can trust them. Very happy and highly recommend!

I was looking for a new local place to do tire balance and alignment after bad experiences at other places. I saw this Goodyear had good reviews, so I called and didnt expect to even get in today on Saturday, so close to holidays. Sherrie answered the phone and told me to come on in. I left my car for a couple hours, which is fine, with no appt., first time customer, no waiting room due to Covid, etc. I was very impressed with Sherrie and her professionalism and nice personality. Price was reasonable and they didnt try to tell me I needed other work done, as other places have done. I am happy I have found a new place to go for regular maintenance not far from home. Thanks to Sherrie and Kemar for great service. Ill be back!

We took our car for an oil change. The check engine light has come on. After closer inspection of the engine, the air filter was not even attached.

Amazing customer service. I only wish they associates at this store were closer to.my home. They took over and above care of both my vehicles and with short notice. I recommend them to everyone . Sherry and her team will take care of you.

This store is fast amd thorough. I had a drywall screw in a tire. They got me in quickly and out on me time.

Wish I could give “0” stars! I had my car serviced a couple weeks ago and Shari is truly an awful person and should not work in the customer service industry ever. She is nothing but rude and deceitful. I will never go to a Goodyear again, thanks to her. She needs a work from home job where no one has to deal with her ugly personality.

Ive long known you need a good Dr., an honest attorney and an honest mechanic. This place will not charge you for somthing you dont need. Tire needs a plug they plug it if it needs to be replaced they replace. Battery dead you get one. If it isnt you dont. They dont have the size tire they get it. Period. Honesty goes a long way.... Very well managed and friendly staff.

This was my first time going here for an oil change the prices were wonderful and the service was even better. They told me a few minor things to look into but never tried to push additional services on me. The store manager Matt made me feel like a VIP and treated me like we were lifelong friends. Best experience Ive ever had with an oil change.

Was sent here from another dealer who didnt have my tire in stock. Nick checked stock and made an appointment for me. They covered the repair under warranty and told me I did not need a new spare ( the other store was not covering under warranty and insisted I needed a new spare) HONEST PEOPLE!!!! Quick,clean and super friendly! I will go out of my way to come back here! Thanks guys!

My check tire pressure light went on so I visited this local Goodyear tire business. The rep checked the air pressure filling each tire a small amount except one which took more. Upon further inspection a small bolt was located embedded in the tire. I left the car for tire repair and returned a short while later. I was asked to sign the invoice and I asked what the charge was. I was told by Mike that there was no charge, a free service that they now offer. Occasionally Ive heard of this. Made my day thats for sure. The shop was clean & looked well organized. I was treated professionally and recommend this business!

This location has an employee that almost ran over my husband and myself driving on the sidewalk past the Marriot on Hibiscus street where children were playing. We were told this happens all the time. When we asked to speak to the owner of the car we were told his name is Nick and then were cursed and told to leave his property. This person would not even listen to how dangerous the actions of the employee were to the children in the area. If you are walking in the area please watch for a 2014/15 black impala, that parks between the sidewalk and the Goodyear building on Hibiscus street. Keep your children close and be safe.

This is my second vehicle that I put tires on with Goodyear. Sherrie and Nick are very knowledgeable of their products and the mechanics do great balancing and alignment. I wouldnt go anywhere else.

When I purchased new Eagle tires for my car, the staff at this location was very polite and professional. I never felt pressured to buy anything extra and my car was treated with white-glove care even though it is 10 years old. Unfortunately, any product can fail when subjected to the right circumstances. I do not know the cause, but one of the new tires blew out on the highway the other day. I did not have my receipt for the tires with my car, but the gentleman who answered the phone found the record of my purchase by my last name and honored my road hazard warrantee. Again, I was treated like a VIP and my car was ready to go with a new tire in about 20 minutes. This is the kind of representation that generates loyal Goodyear customers. I will return to this location for future tire and service needs.

Had a nail in the tire last night, this morning they were super nice and took the car right away, fixed it with a patch and even repaired an old plug that was still in the tire, all at no charge! Thank you!

I was hunting for some hard to find tire, Im told it is an odd size, stopped in just to check on some prices.The two Matts at the counter were very helpful, one even searched TireRack with me, while I was in the store. He found some Dunlop tires there which were priced in my range. They beat the On-line price and got them in the next day. They clearly wanted my business. I found it refreshing not to be pushed into a sale. The installation went without a hitch.. Good friendly guys..
