At the recommendation of a friend, I took my 2004 Ford Excursion for evaluation of an oil leak. To anyone looking at my truck, it is obvious the tens of thousands of dollars I invested in various conversions and modifications. After 48 hrs and no call from the shop, I began to leave messages inquiring as to the status of my vehicle via voicemail as well as verbal messages to a less than enthusiastic front desk receptionist. I received a call the next day and finally spoke to Fez, who informed me of various recommendations and improvements that could be made at the time of correcting the oil leak when the bed plate seals would be addressed. It seemed reasonable, and as I related to him that I would go forth with the project once he had completed two other truck motor revisions presently ongoing, in addition to the time required to order parts. I would return to “bulletproof “ my vehicle. We mutually agreed the bigger project would proceed in two weeks. In the interim, he would fix a wiring issue to a rear brake light given the likelihood of a fine imposed by police. Two more days passed with no update from the shop. Once again I began to leave voicemails, very politely asking for some kind of update. My vehicle now 5 days within their shop, I finally reached the “less than enthusiastic “ receptionist. After inquiring of my vehicle, she once again gave me her standard response, “ I left the message on his desk”. I offered a message of constructive criticism. I informed her, that they need to work on their communication with patrons. A simple voicemail or text message would suffice. I offered as an example my practice as a surgeon and how accountability and communication is vital in keeping patients appeased. We concluded our conversation, with her response, that she would pass on the message. It would be fascinating to have been a “ fly on the wall” to hear how that conversation was related. Two hours later, I received a call from Fex stating “ you can pick up your vehicle”. I asked, “ ok, you fixed the electrical problem “. He replied, “ no, we will not do any work for you. You can pick up your truck in the front of the building”. Needless to say this is a very poor and unprofessional response to this matter. It is reflective of a degree of egocentrism, that wishes to express “we’ll call you when we are ready”. As if to say they are the only “game in town”? If they were busy, simply state we can’t get to your vehicle at this time. I could have taken it elsewhere for. evaluation of the electrical issue. But to accept they would hold on to my vehicle for 5 days with no progress is equally inconceivable . If this is a hint of how they manage potential new clients and the prospect of significant return of monies, then I can neither recommend nor trust the quality of workmanship. The owner should have handled this differently in that I was prepared to spend over $15000.00 in repairs and upgrades. I gladly received my truck and will seek services elsewhere.

DO NOT RECOMMEND! Will not be back. Paid over $4200 in cash because they were afraid I would dispute my card. The repairs were not done on time nor did they use OEM the parts like they said. Very unprofessional! Extremely overpriced!

DO NOT TAKE YOUR DIESEL TRUCK TO THIS SHOP!!!!! Basically had a new lift pump (airdog) installed 11/20. Just spent $10k on my entire fuel system because the injection pump (CP4) went out and introduced metal flakes to my entire fuel system. After I install all the fuel components my truck still says “Low Fuel Pressure”, it’s said that ever since I left this shop last November. I finally put a guage on the lift pump and it read 30-40psi. The stock pump puts out 56 psi. So basically starving the injection makes it deteriorate and send metal shavings through the whole system and is catastrophic..... I’d pick negative stars if I could! STRONGLY RECOMMEND GOING SOMEWHERE ELSE TO HAVE ANY DIESEL TRUCK WORKED ON!!! Long story short, due to the pressure setting being too low on the lift pump they installed, it cost me $10kfor a new fuel system since starving the injection pump makes it fail.

I am not pleased with them trying to scam me!!!!!! Made me pay $650 in diag for my truck for my fuel system getting air in my fuel lines, for them to tell me I need to spend 10,000+ for my heads to be replaced took it to Chevy for a second opinion and diagnosis was a bad fuel pump feed line do not go here!!!!!

Own a Ram 2500 6.7L Mega Cab and had my stock fuel filter system upgraded to a FASS Titanium series system. Posting for my grandma, brought in a diesel truck that was running. They “fixed it”, long story short it didn’t run a couple days later. Took it to a different mechanic. All the work they supposedly did... never happened. Do not trust them.

Excellent service. we have used them for a diesel truck nobody else could fix and they did and used them this morning for a jet boat and its fixed and running. I recommend them very highly.

I had about 3 mechanics look at my F350 6.0 diesel truck they where clueless, I spent lots of money on parts that I didn’t need thinking that was the problem. I gave up working on the truck myself, so I took it to BIGG BOY AUTO REPAIR. I had it towed to there shop and the next day they had it working. Turns on fast and rides beautiful. Fez was AWESOME! He kept me updated on everything. Love the customer service. If I ever have problems with my truck again I’ll be bringing it to BIGG BOY AUTO REPAIR.

Fuel injectors costing$ 7549.67.They put old o rings on.Not anything new other than fuel injectors.Pick truck up after a week drive home oil, diesel everywhere.Repeat this five times over a month and a half.Took to another shop where they documented everything. Engine was a complete mess,wrong bolts,bolts missing,bolts stripped.To fix Big Boys incompatible services $4000.Totally dissatisfied.
