Mike was really helpful. He was extremely busy, but still took the time to periodically give me updates on what what going on with my car. He was also very nice and understanding.

I just moved to Florida and needed my car checked out due my check engine light coming on. After reading reviews I decided to come to AAMCO and the reviews only touch the surface. Mike is such a kind soul, seriously. Was thorough, told me what is going on with my car, walked me through what steps they would take to fix it, and didn’t leave anything in the dark. As a younger woman who doesn’t know anything about cars I without a doubt trust this place and know that I’ll be taken care of here. Mike is also personable, friendly, and down to earth. If you need anything done to your car, this place will take care of you. Mike wasn’t pushy, left the decision up to me, and only told me what he recommended. I will definitely be bringing my car here for future repairs and maintenance.

I took 2 other vehicles here and had no issues years ago. Vehicles were repaired properly, Was not the cheapest around but were fixed right. Recently I took my truck in over a service light coming on. Was told it needed some special type of check that was about $500 to figure out what was going on. Then they told me one thing and told me it was gonna be like $1300 to fix then more stuff and more. Next thing I know he tells me after they put the motor back together to test drive it that they found a construction screw in the motor and more stuff needed replaced.Which is crazy because they were the only ones to ever open my motor up so how did it get in there?! Well a month later after I took it in they tell me its fixed and the bill is $4,400.plus said I needed $200 cash because they had to order a Part from petty cash. I payed them and took the truck. Next day oil pressure lights pops up, They put the wrong oil in my truck and then what they said they fixed was not same issues still going on.Called and he seems upset that I bothered him and said they were busy and would get to it whenever they could. I use my truck for work without it I dont make money to take care of my family so I couldnt wait another month. Took it to another 2 machine shops. Both Said things were not replaced that I got charged for and I had one of them fit it. Now its running fine. Contacted corporate many times and no one has reached back out to me. Would never recommend them to anyone. Never been so disappointed in a company as I am now. Now Im out of 4k that I gave this company for them to literally make my truck run worse. I have never sued anyone before but they have yet to get back to me and its upsetting.

Mike was very professional in helping me with my radiator problem. He made the cost and pricing of everything clear and upfront. I needed the job done quick and he made it happen. I would recommend this place for anyone who needs work done to their vehicle.

I was referred to AAMCO by a local mechanic to get the transmission oil changed. They found a leak in the oil tank. Mike explained what needed to be done. They had to take the tank out to seal the leak. Mike was very professional & courteous. They did the work in very timely manner. I would highly recommend this place.

Just spoke to the most patronizing, condescending man about my cars a/c. Having had the same issue in the past I have a pretty good idea of what the problem is. It should be a simple fix, not taking more than a couple of hours. First, he tried to sell me on diagnostic sets of tests. Then when I told him about the problem and the issue and the fact that I have had prior experience or previous experience with it, he told me “well you know you’re gonna have to replace the entire AC unit do you know”.I that point I just said thank you and concluded the phone call. I need to have my issue fixed and I don’t believe that I’m going to get good service from this shop.

My car had the check engine light on this past weekend and I didn’t drive it around until I made my appointment with them for monday. I came and mike was very helpful and knowledgeable. They diagnosis my check engine light and wanted to to the right steps to get my car up and running properly. They did a tune up on my car and my car feels like it is brand new. There is no wasted motion with mike and his mechanics. His knowledge was very appreciated because I kept asking his advice on what I should do with my car when I got it back. Mike F was the prime reason I left my car for service at AAMCO on Military Trail and Belvedere Road. When I called the shop the day before, he took his time asking me questions about problems I was experiencing and thoroughly explained what may be happening. Mike was able to get the car in the next day for a diagnostic and pinpointed the problems in great detail. Though the news on my car seemed like a lot to me that would ordinarily be discouraging, Mike brought out the positive points about my engine that helped me realize the situation could be far worse.Mike is a standout professional who knows what hes talking about and how to treat customers. He even stayed a few minutes late so I could pick up my car. Mike is personable, detailed-oriented and went the extra mile to make me comfortable with having service completed at AAMCO. Had worried about a leak on my jeep I thought it needed work I was out of town taking care of my mother. I had my girlfriend drop it off because my warranty was up In A couple days They were able to check it out even though they were booked solid. Luckily he said there were no leaks and my jeep was good to go !! Mike took great care of me and really helped me out I really thought I had a problem! Sent me on my way with peace of mind and I didn’t spend a penny! Mikes the man! Wouldn’t take my jeep anywhere else

Rip off. The issues I described werent fixed. I explained what was going on over the phone and again when we got there. Now I owe $2,600 and I have a slashed tire, the tire pressure gauge on, and it sounds the same as it did when I dropped it off...still shifting issues.

I was told that I needed a blower motor resistor, blower motor fan, and a re-charge for $986.I searched the parts, and they cost less than $300, and took out the blower motor and resistor MYSELF, in 10 MINUTES, and tested my old blower motor, only to find out that my blower motor was working FINE, and that I only needed a resistor, and no recharge whatsoever.Long story short, the owner lied to me and wanted to charge me almost $1000, for unnecessary parts and services, which actually ended up costing less than a $150 and 10 minutes of labor (which was unscrewing about 5 screws...).Not surprising, but expected, especially since most mechanics are known for running their business poorly.

Lied, and were only concerned about money for them, then stole my vehicle. Went in with a car, left with nothing but a big bill. If you want to be cheated and stolen from this is the place to go, because they are very good at taking advantage of the less informed about cars. Go at your own risk!

Mike and the team were great. They got me an appointment first thing in the morning even though I gave them last minute notice. I had my brakes replaced and they were the best price in town. Other places I called told me I would have needed to replace my rotors but Mike and the crew inspected my car and let me know all I needed was pads which saved me a considerable amount of money. I only come to this aamco whenever I need anything done to my car, all the staff are extremely polite and helpful especially Mike he is just a great human overall he cares about all of his customers. Also, I’m a single mother and the option of financing my car repair is extremely helpful because lord knows I don’t have that type of cash on hand.

My car was slipping when it went to change gears because the previous owners hadnt changed the fluid in the 10 years they owned it before passing it down to me. The car has been running smooth as butter since I got it back and I feel a lot more confident driving to Orlando in a week for my birthday.

Very professional and fast and have good convenient prices

We were heading back from the Keys and a bearing on our boat trailer broke. It was a holiday weekend and they were closing at 1pm but stayed open until the job was done. Nobody else in the area would help us. While we are sure this was not a routine repair for them they stayed and worked on the trailer until it was fixed. We worried that since we were at their mercy they could totally over charge us but they were honest and totally took care of us. Thank you for turning a bad situation around!!! Totally recommend these guys.

To start, I’m so glad my gut feeling led me to this place. They are beyond awesome with their services and such good-spirited people. I took my Chevy Impala from Roger Dean Chevrolet a few weeks ago after they called me saying my transmission was having problems again. Now it has only been a year since they “supposedly” fixed it and the prices for them to just touch my transmission was ridiculous. I understand a transmission will be pricey but seeing how it’s only been a year and im having these problems again but worse, I didn’t trust it. A family member told me about AAMCO and I gave them a call. Mike was beyond generous and helpful to all the questions I had and the work he, Sharon and the entire team put in was just the reassurance I needed to know that my car was in the right hands. Mike, was very helpful throughout the whole process of getting my vehicle repaired. Mike first off got my vehicle towed to the shop after hours and the very next day was able to diagnose the problem. He got the parts promptly ordered and vehicle was repaired within 3 days. Price paid was the price quoted. I will continue using AAMCO of West Palm Beach for future vehicle repairs.

Michael “Mike” Fiorillo was excellent as well as the mechanics. Two rotors and 4 brake pads replaced, great service, price and work was completed 20 minutes faster than quoted time which also was very reasonable.

I was super happy about Mike getting me the part I needed at a much cheaper price. As for his mechanic, the one that worked on my truck is really good too. I couldnt be happier with the service I received. It was either get a new truck or get mine fixed. They saved me a bunch of money for my situation. I want you to know you can trust Steve and the guys at Aamco.  Very friendly service - I had a few options for my transmission and he laid them all out in clear detail.  There is no hard sell or drive to push you in a direction for unneeded work.  (To give you perspective my air conditioning had gone out on the car and Firestone told me it would cost about $1300 to fix and I declined.  I had cause to go to another mechanic who was working on another matter and said you know your air is out.  I told him I knew and I knew the cost and he said he would look at it if.  He came back and told me one part was bad and it was $80 to fix the part.  How I felt about that mechanic is how I feel about the guys at Aamco.   You can rest assured I believe that you are in great hands. Worst experience EVER!Save your money and go elsewhere.1100$ initial price for invoice below.Chewed them down to 836$They did umessesary work and kept vehicle much longer than they promised. I asked for my old parts back and the last pick is how I got them.So not to draw this out in text there are copies of my invoice for 1991 ford E150.And of course... no parts box should be complete without an orange peel.Never never again for aamco!

This place was amazing. I hate dealing with mechanics, based off of past experiences but Mike at AAMCO really wowed me. First, this was not an expense I was planning on but he did everything he could to get the cheapest fix while still doing it right. Saved me almost $1000! On top of that he personally called Enterprise and got me a super cheap rate for a rental car while mine was being fixed. If I ever have transmission issues in the future I will only come back here.

Yes I went on 4/1/2020 a guy named Michael took care of me he was the most Courteous and thoughtful person I can tell that he really loves his job and he does it extremely very well he checked and double check Work I was having done to my car he went above and beyond the call of duty I wish I could write him a 10 star rating!!! This is my go-to auto repair shop. My husband and I have taken two of our vehicles here and they are beyond amazing. Mike is wonderful at customer service. He updated me the whole time and got me set up to pay off my repairs. I will be back to get my AC fixed.

Mike (Fiorillo?) @ AAMCO was phenomenal. He actually called me back when my original phone call to them went to straight to voice. I didnt bother to leave a message -- he just called back and asked how can we help?No one does that. Not even my local dealer! He could answer my questions on point and took care of my oil change with some courteousness and happy attitude. No problems. Just gratitude. Wow.

I definitely recommend them. I was referred here by my regular mechanic for transmission work. Very friendly and I felt like they were very thorough with making sure it was an issue with my transmission before even taking it apart. Its been a couple weeks since I got my car back and cars running great.

My husband had some issues with the work on his transmission but Aamco responded to our review and went over tooth and nail our concerns and took his car back in for a complete recheck and all is well. They even through in a couple free oil changes as restitution. We appreciate their concern for customer satisfaction and will return for future transmission or other car issues in the future. First appointment was for an oil change. New to the area so I was looking for a new mechanic. Ken had great customer service and Jerry was my technician. They let me know of some things my car needed. Printed me out a detailed plan of what I could have done and pricing. Ken said we could go over what was a safety concern and what I may want to fix first. No pressure to get any work done. Had a second appointment, Jerry was technician had all work done on my car and everything is going great. Ken I dont think is still there but Sean took care of me in the front and his customer service was great as well. They have a customer in me.

I spoke to Michael and hes very nice, he listened to me about the problems that I was having with the car and the brakes in the back. He gave me a good price and change them everything went really well and smooth I recommend this place 100% to go to he will work with you.

AAMCO only in name but not in ability! over at AAMCO transmission on military trail between cherry and belvedere where after 2 years of dishonest workmen and constant staff turnover and excuses and thousands of dollars handed over to them only to have them attempt to remove car parts perhaps to sell them for money this place is awful and is running shameful practice. Car returned to us in worse shape than it was given to them.
