I just went for a small dent and they fix dent but very bad paint job. Overspray all over the car my windows door handles fish eyes everywhere they painted. Swirls everywhere left door jam with no clear coat and then said they are not painting it. I had no budget so money was not issue but they are just bad. Not happy will be trying to trade car in because it’s south a bad job makes me not want the car no more.

My brand new 2020 Jeep got keyed randomly on trip to Georgia in December 2020. I had been waiting for another vacation week to drop it off. On a whim I took a chance with Tuff paint and Im so glad!! They took care of my baby despite the obstacle of the custom paint. Alex, who was completely professional and upfront with me even told me they had to take it out of the area to ensure that the color matched. Thank you so much!! I was referred to Tuff Coat by my mechanic, Butch Hale because of fender bender.When I got there, I was immediately taken care of by Ivan. Then I saw a car being painted blue and asked about painting my car once the bumper was fixed. The quote was VERY reasonable and my 1999 Toyota Camry desperately needed new paint!!In 4 days, not only my car was fixed, painted the beautiful shade of Icy Blue, BUT, Ivan also got me 2 NEW HEADLIGHTS because mine were really foggy and he thought they should be replaced!!! What a THOUGHTFUL and very kind gesture!!Please tell him Jane says Hi when you get there!!🙂

These people are the over spray Kings! 2,800 dollars to paint my single cab truck and I had to find all the bodywork mistakes and then to fix it again and after it was done and delivered to me the truck was filthy with handprints all Lynn the truck stuff and dirt in the truck and they said when they deliver it they were cleaning overspray everywhere tires wheel well they painted my wheel wells white and the wheel wells are black originally.

If you are looking for a fancy lobby with great coffee this ain’t the place. If you are looking for great customer service at really affordable prices and great workmanship this IS your spot! If was able I would give another star!!! I wrecked the front of my car. I went to the body shop my insurance suggested…. WOW I could’ve almost bought another car for what they quoted me. I was going through and reading the reviews on local body shops. I liked Tuff Coats reviews. But I also liked their responses to their reviews. I called and spoke to Ivan…. What a sweetheart. He got me there the same day for a quote. IT WAS THOUSANDS ( yes with an “S” ) LESS. He said it would take 2 days . It took 2 days . It looks brand new. When I got there to pick it up I was literally worried that Ivan was going to tell me it was going to more money because it was just to affordable… nope!!! Never got. my car on time got there still wasn’t finished. my car was left filthy and dirty from their dust. my gas cap had shed of paint on. it. the door they used was trash never coming here again. go to spectrum or ur dealer folks :)

Ever give a toddler a crayon and tell them to stay in the lines.....? If you enjoy disappointment this is the shop for you. I had collision damage to my Mercedes SUV that I had to pay out of pocket. New to town, I called my favorite, trusted mechanic, Andy at Andy’s Auto. He sent me to Tuff Coat.I already had one bid that sticker shocked me, so when Ivan jumped right into appraising the damage and shot me a price 30% lower, I was very happy. The work was as promised. On time and great quality.

I had a small accident which required several body parts to be replaced and painted. The job was perfect and done in record time. My car looks brand new. Ivan Florentina is a true proffesional and a man of his word. He gives you a great deal and he sticks by it. I give this business a 5 star rating and highly recommend them. Took my car to this place and had a very unsatisfactory experience, they used both sides on the rear seat as a stepping stool. And didn’t even cleaned it off before I saw this. Paint job was horrible!!! Scuff marks and gouges in primer and paint. HORRIBLE JOB. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!He corrected only the passenger side. I took this picture after I got home and saw that he didn’t clean the driver side. Right behind the drivers seat. You treated my car in a manner that’s very disrespectful. I trusted you to take care of it. Standing on the seat (REALLY!!!)

The people of tough coat or top-notch they told me they would have my car repaired and painted in 2 days but he came back Dee did an amazing job they people are nice the price for the work that was done was outstanding I would recommend tufco to anybody thats getting their car painted and repaired

I went to Tuff-Coat in December 2016 to have repairs made to my BRAND NEW 2016 Mazda CX3. They closed for the holidays and didnt finish the repairs timely but gave me the money to pay the additional days rental charges. A rear bumper plate was not replaced at the time of delivery of my car. Phil asked me to prove the bumper plate was on the car at purchase (meanwhile, they were paid to replace it by the other drivers insurance company). Upon presenting the proof (which I had to obtain from the dealer since I no longer had the window sticker), Phil assured me that he would order it immediately. I called and stopped multiple times (at least 8) regarding this bumper plate and was told each time that Phil forgot and was placing the order right now. Since that time, the entire rear bumper has begun peeling. I feel this is strike three and have gone to another body shop for an estimate to fix my car properly, since this is obviously not something that can be done at Tuff Coat. Ive stopped twice with estimate in hand to collect the money from Phil to get my car fixed correctly at the Mazda dealer, where I should have taken it in the first place. Phil has conveniently left for the day or been out at lunch (at 10:30 in the morning) or on his way to a wedding and not available to issue reimbursement for the repairs. Beware of Phil and his business practices at Tuff Coat Paint & Body.UPDATE: Phil called the Sheriff got a no-trespass order when I showed up at his office asking for the part he was just calling to order so many times and the money to have the repairs done at another shop. In Florida, you cant sue because the body shop has to be given a chance to fix their mistake. OBVIOUSLY, they arent touching my car again and I have to pay another $650 to have my car repainted by a genuine body shop who has to replace the bumper cover because the aftermarket item Tuff Coat used sweats oil and wont hold paint. New pics are on the way. If I could minus 5 stars, I would.

I needed to have my rear bumper repainted. Was quoted a very competitive price. Was concerned it was too good to be true. Job was offered to be completed in only one day. It was and Im happy with the work. No apparent orange peel or over spray! Very pleased with their work. Would definitely recommend!

They dont finish the job and when you call or email them to let them know they missed spots they were supposed to fix. no one returns your calls. They are very eager to get the money from the insurance company though.

They do a great job fixing car damage for an affordable price. Phil, the owner, is very friendly and helpful. They gave me a ride back to my place after I dropped off the car and it was ready the same day before the time he said it would be. I would definitely recommend this place and will be a repeat customers, but hopefully there wont be a need for that.

Brought my car in for some minor body work and they did a great job. The owner was willing to work with me on the price and was super friendly. Ivan and team were good to deal with. I have to say they went above and beyond with small details that made the overall job look good.

They may be affordable and friendly to your face but they dont tell you the truth. It took about a month to fix my car and it wasnt that it took so long, it was the fact that whenever I called (which was 3-4 times), they kept pushing it off to the next week. When I picked it up, they werent even finished replacing all of the parts and at that point, I didnt care, I just wanted my car back. Would not recommend.

I brought my Kia to Tuff Coat p&body shop to fix a scratch on the front bumper. I dropped my car off on friday afternoon and picked it up on monday afternoon. They did an amazing job!!! The bumper looks like new. It cost me $371. They also cleaned my car on the outside so when i picked it up my car was sparkly clean. I have no complains at all. The owner was friendly. I would take my car back to this shop again. Great experience! Thank you so much

My 2007 Saturn now looks like it did when I drove it off the lot! Found a couple of small bubbles here and there and took it back to talk to one of the owners who said its almost surely overspray and nothing to be concerned about, however if any of it became a problem he said he would definitely take care of it for me. Great place!

Friendly service. They offer a $389.95 paint job 2 year warranty which is great but apparently thats for cars with nothing wrong with the existing paint and surface with no oxidation, nicks, scratches, tiny dents, etc. The $389.95 cost ended up being $1000 for the job when I went their to get the 389.95 deal. It was a waist of my time bringing it there thinking I would get the $389.95 paint job. It is very likely you will have the same experience. BEWARE for the Bait and switch !

Outstanding paint job! I had a 2003 conversion van painted after getting several estimates around WPB that ranged from $1500 to $4500. I went mostly by the 3.7 rating (I saw at the time I made my decision) because the 4.5+ choices were all in the $4000 range. As it turned out this was an outstanding deal... perhaps a few very, very, very minor imperfections... but my van looks better than it did when it was brand new. Incidentally, I didnt select Tuff Coat because they were the best price (which they were). I selected them because Joshua appeared the most savvy and personable of all those I had talked with at the other shops. I cant offer anything regarding the warranty since my paint job is new. If problems develop (which I do NOT expect) Ill revise my review... but for now it stands as a 5+... once again outstanding job! One more thing... yes tuff coat had less expensive options but Joshua explained them all well to me and I made my decision to get the best they could provide... Im glad I did

Gave them only 1 star because of Kevin who was very nice otherwise they would get a big 0. Couldnt match paint on bumper to rest of the car, lettering was all crooked, overspray on other parts of car. They pay no attention to detail, wouldnt recommend this place to my worst enemy.

Tuff coat paint and body is a complete rip off they claim to be affordable when in reality they are a cheap shop that like to cut corners and dont pay attention to detail at all there warranty is complete bs they claim that if theres anything wrong that they will fix it i had my chevelle painted by them and body work done and the quality of the body work was fair but the paint is where they really put the nail in the wood after paying 480 to paint gun metal grey i got my car back with a broken mirror and the other side glass missing the owner of the shop told me thats how i brought it in didnt care to get into it with him then after checking the paint i realized that the whole car had orange peel on it from front to back and alotta chipped paint i took it back to him to have it re painted and he most of thought that i was a sucker because he tired to charge me 600 for the same job i did the first time i asked him if he could try and take more time on it if he needed to take the orange peel out of the car he then took me out back and showed me his gun which is illegal to try and intimidate me i didnt wanna deal with the old man and told him go ahead and spray the car and call me when its done i went away to Tallahassee for a month and i came back and it still my car had not even been moved from where i had the tow truck drop it he painted the car finally 2 weeks later i went to pick it up again orange peel everywhere on the car at this point it cost me 1000 so far and still not the way i wanted it not even a washed paint job when i came to pick it up dust everywhere on the car sand paper all on my windshield this was one of the worst shops in town i dont recommend this shop to anyone huge waste of money if your looking for a good shop and an honest mechanic and body shop go to andys auto repair which if right down the street andy has been a huge help and took my chevelle and did it right the first time he did my motor my paint again for 1000 but right and super wet paint job

It was cheap and fast but i just wanted a small dent and chip fixed like 2 and a half inches long not bad but you can kind of tell there was work done if pay attention and they got paint on the plastic cover that goes above the wheel not a big deal but i will not go back i rather pay more for better quality and service

In this place they only tell you lies. I take my car to paint when I take it, they told me that they were going to remove the small bumps but they painted it that way without removing the bumps. It had small metal bites and thats how they painted it. It took about an average month. When I picked it up, the job was disgusting and a man told me what he wanted if it was an old car. Well, after a year it started to de-paint. In that workshop they are not professionals. I do not recommend it.
