We got our ATV serviced here for its break in service and we couldnt have been happier. Pedro was our service advisor and was awesome. He communicated everything clearly, and got our machine back to us quickly. The service manager even followed up with us about a week later to make sure we were happy with the service we received. Would 100% recommend.

Ross was an amazing sales associate. He has passion and is very knowledgeable about motorcycles. Even though I communicated to him via text initially and didnt show up at the date expected. He never once treated the situation as a window shopper he followed up when he said he would and was really honest about what was better for me vs a normal sales rep who wouldve been driven by the price. I’ll be honest, we walked into an out of town dealer 2 1/2 hours away from home with ZERO expectation of actually purchasing our sxs . Was greeted by Duke who gladly showed us what we wanted to see without a single sales pitch. The unit we wanted unfortunately sold and immediately he offered the top of the line unit at an added price premium without any promise of price adjustments . The service and attention was so outside the ordinary pushy sales man vibe we decided he’d earned out biz . Mind you without knowing how we’d get the unit home. Paperwork done without a hitch and up comes the manager and duke. “It’s done you’ll have it home tonight “( it’s 7pm at this point) never asked for a penny to bring it and sure enough 11 pm out brand new sxs was sitting in our driveway . If you want to be treated like a customer walk into any dealer, if you want to be treated like a friend or go as far as saying family go see Duke ! HANDS DOWN THE ONLY REASON WE PULLED THE TRIGGER !

The experience was great. I got the bike I wanted and knew what it was at the time of purchase. I am a little disappointed that the sales people didn’t quite know which model it was and after doing my research I knew I was getting it at a fair price. So I let them sound like they knew what they were talking about. Regardless of that the bike is beautiful, clean and I’m happy with my purchase. Would I do it again or go back? Of course. But I would change anything in the way I go in. Do your research find the bike you want go in and make sure you inspect the details.

These people blew me away with their Professionalism, friendliness, and expertise with just about any mechanical issue you could have. Matthew on the showroom floor, Tim as one of the mechanics, Josh and Kayla in the service office, and Gabriel, who delivers products from store to store, store to clients, etc. All of them couldnt have left a better first impression on me as a customer....and a customer i will be, as long as this location exists. I hope one day soon they put every other small time motorcycle/scooter shop out of business.

For the most Broward Motorsports in palm beach is the best no bullcrap there straight forward and honest.all staff is excellent I was assigned a guy named duke at first I was like duke but when I met him it felt like I new him forever offer me lunch drinks great respect…had a bad experience with Broward Motorsports in davie.got a score of over 750 with 100 on time payments no leans no loans nothing and they denied me because I was not fit to have a high score in there eyes looked on my Inquiry and seen credit card airlines which I’m still looking into why they sent my info to these company that is a possible identity theft business finance?!!!!

Just want to let everybody know I didnt have enough money in the beginning I thought I did I had to cash and after they told me I didnt have enough I walked while I began to walk home disappointed with my head down all the sudden as I was walking down the sidewalk along the highway the sales manager came out screaming my name telling me to come back that whatever I have is enough and dont worry about the rest no one has ever done that before they even threw in a free helmet for me the three people that were involved I dont have my cards with me right now because Im at work but they were all fantastic and they wont gentleman and they didnt care about that they werent making any money off of me they just wanted me to be a satisfied customer no one has ever done that to me before looked after me before the store that was awesome that something that should be on the news I gave them five stars Plus

A few mos ago we purchased THREE ATVs at one time at your place. Austin our sales rep was phenomenal. I recommended your business to everyone I spoke to. Recently my husband decided he wanted to look into trading 2 of the ATVs in for a UTV to better accommodate our situation. Fully aware that we would take a hit but it was worth that for him. We of course contacted Austin again expecting to be taken care of just like before. The first day was great, he was on it, in constant communication and ready to make it happen. Then it stopped. My husband provided all the info he needed to get payoffs and we never heard back. My husband texted and called, no response or return calls. I then called the store. I waited on hold for Austin for 15 minutes before I finally hung up (no one picked up the phone to take a message) I called back to be told that he was in a meeting (wonder why they couldnt have told me that on my initial call) and that he would call me back. He never did. Moral of the story. As a manager in the auto industry, loyalty is important, and you wouldve had a lifelong customer, instead we went to McKibben and youve not only lost a customer you lost any additional I wouldve sent your way.

Wasted a lot of time and energy just to sign into my google to post this. Great price on the Maxima sc1 high gloss coating. I use it on my rc cars. Purchased my rm250 years ago at the David location at a steal. Left the wpb location very upset with the 3% fee for using a credit card. Really! What if I bought a 500$ helmet and 100$ boots, 100$ gear the fee would be like $30.00-40.00 dollars. That’s bad business, period. Who get that money? It was only .33c for me but it’s the principle. Oh, and by the way all sales are final. You need to be upfront about that bs.

I walked around the show room floor for at least 15 minutes without any salesperson asking to assist me, I was interested in purchasing 2 jet skis, but with this horrible customer service, Ill definitely find another store to spend my money. Apparently they dont want my money, or the other visitor that shared the same experience in the store today!!

I bought a 17 ft boat 2021 key west bran new for 10 thousand more than a wave runner from them, they have only a few of each item will not budge on price even when we had cash, kid was nice but never go here for anything Yamaha they want as much interest as a car almost 12% buy a boat 3.9 % with what our credit score was! They wont sell unless you pay sticker price for any water craft or anything from there store just terrible! Will never go back ever

I’ve been interested in looking for a bike that would suit a first time rider, and going in I was welcomed by Austin with friendly service. He showed me all the bikes he had available. He explained all the differences between the different brands. At the end I was I introduced to one of the managers, Alex, and he also helped narrow my search down to something more suited for me. I called the parts department to get a decal for my boat. The guy hung up on me after I asked for the part number to make sure its the same decal as I am looking through their website. Called them 5 times and 2s someone hung up, 3 times to voice mail. This is crazy. Have to buy it through the website instead.

I originally left a 5 Star review. 25 days later the belt snapped off the motorcycle I purchased from them ( Bike is a 2016 Yamaha Bolt with 9K miles) I put 100 miles on the bike and the belt exploded while in the middle of a turn. I called the insurance company that they made me use (Safe Co) to use the roadside assistance I was told was part of my plan. To my surprise it was not included and I had to pay $138 for a tow truck. I was stranded in the middle of a 6 lane intersection for 3 hours in the middle of a rain storm and all I wanted was to go home after a long day of work. Despite almost losing my life when my belt snapped I was optimistic that Broward Motorsports was going to fix this for me. I called the warranty company ( which was forced onto my finance agreement for two years and increased my monthly payments by $70 ) and to my surprise they dont cover 90% of things on that bike so whats the point of paying 2K for it. I was told it would cover everything but the tires and light bulbs. After discovering this I sent an Email to the man who sold me this motorcycle along with all the other nonsense he sold me and I never got a response, After calling multiple times and asking for Austin every single time I finally was able to reach him and his response was Yeah I saw the email you sent on Monday but I literally just got into the office It was 6pm on a Thursday night so I highly doubt he just got into the office, I think he was ignoring my email. I called Broward Motorsports everyday for a week and every single time I was told they were going to give me a call and that they would take care of everything for me but instead the sales department literally told me that they werent responsible for the belt not being properly inspected by service and that I needed to speak with service to get this resolved. After calling service every day for 3 days trying to get a hold of the manager ( Tim Tassese, he was NEVER there) They told me four times in a row four days straight that they would call me back to take care of this and every single day NOTHING. I called again today because Im tired of waiting, My only transportation to work has been down since the incident and they have done absolutely nothing but lead me on the past week. When i got transferred to service i had to re explain the entire situation to the 50th employee there and someone shouted from the background He has to pay for the belt and the labor, and to get the bike towed here So naturally I was upset, I said no thank you to the woman on the phone and now Im writing this review so you can know exactly how you will be treated once you leave the dealership with your new bike. They failed to inspect this Motorcycle properly and that type of negligence almost cost me my life. They wasted a week of my time and never called me once. This dealership will only treat you so you buy the bike, as soon as youre out of the door they literally do not care who you are or what happens to you. Im done with this place and highly recommend that you be careful if you do business here. This is not how you treat a customer. Push them away for 5 days until their 30 day return policy runs out. Im stupid for much trust I put in them and I learned my lesson, Now I have to pay $300 for a new belt, the labor that comes with it, and another tow truck. If I find a legal way to pursue Broward Motorsports for this I am immediately taking action.

Very good experience throughout the purchase of my new slingshot SL Duke my sales person knows what it means to give customer service, it was a quick and smooth transition from new customer to driving away in my new ride. I would recommend anyone that wants to get a motor sport ride see duke.

WOW, Broward Motorsports has a lot of unhappy (former) customers!Had a horrible experience with these guys while trying to purchase a Yamaha SXS. Spent the better part of the day back and forth with Austin on the phone, who promised to get me a price, but never called me back and when I call the next day, he was off. Then I was connected with Andrew, who was very professional, helpful and polite. He worked on a deal with the GM, and came back with list price with a ton of added padding to the price. Excessive dealer set-up and prep charges and inflated destination charges, etc etc. The list price on the unit was $25,299 and the out the door price was $29,687. This outfit is simply trying to cash in on the short supply due to COVID. Taking advantage of customers. Buyers BEWARE! Read their Yelp reviews, much more accurate than Googles.

Less than desirable customer service, at the parts desk particularly. Seems like they would always rather be doing anything besides help me. And the price for poor service is quite high - think retail +30%. At least they are consistently like that at all their stores from palm beach to stuart...

First time for me to be in this store and last time . very bad service. sells people trying to cheat you anyway they can and the manager cooperate with them especially after you purchase the product they change theyr words and cheating you again and again. They are charging fees more than any other dealership. Unfortunately I left the dealership with very bad feeling and very disappointed

Went into Broward Motorsports the other day out of curiosity and everyone was very polite. Austin and Alex were very knowledgeable and I was super impressed with them and the experience I had there.

Matt was an absolute pleasure to work with when my fiancé and I purchased our first machine. He went above and beyond helping us pick the right machine and getting all the finance paperwork done. It was a quick and easy process, we were in and out of the store in under 2 hours, most of the time was spent looking at different side by side models and comparing them.
