This review is really overdue. Where do I begin! The type of stuff that they sell is extraordinary, they have really good Asian spices and ingredients as well as good snacks from chips, candy, and drinks. Honestly I wouldn’t have thought such a place exists in Palm Beach County. Not only that but the staff is wonderful and offer great recommendations. They’ve taken great care of me and my family that I’ve brought in. Feels like an old friend that you can’t wait to visit. Honestly guys, if you guys are looking for good Asian snacks, food, spices or just wanna take a look at what’s new, they have it.

I was on a search for a nearby local Asian market I was tired of not having some of my favorite things near me, I always had a place to go to in Tampa but I finally found an awesome local place close by!Geoffrey is amazing soul, he helped us and greeted us when we first entered the store as well as assisted my every- naive question.I purchased new items I have never purchased before thanks to Geoffrey, his kindness was welcoming. In the past I was genuinely scared to ask for help in other places so I would end up just quietly buying only what I just knew and nothing else.I would definitely come back often for all my snack needs and new ones!My son specifically wanted to try the Ramune Sodas and I have to say they were delicious, so many flavors to choose from! My favorite was the original!Fresh delicious kimchi, fruits available as well frozen delicacies.Everything we tried exceeded our expectations of taste and quality!!!

I highly recommend this store such a great selection, whether you are a culinarist, chef, or just want the health benefits. Geoff is an expert in Japanese cuisine and is happy to answer all your questions.

VERY nice staff here, knowledgeable & helpful. Lots of Chinese herb medicines even though Asian grocer is their main business. I lived in CA & NYC did not think Id find a place like this here so glad I did. All varieties of fish were here. I came for one item suggested by my veterinarian for my dog, two bags of things I found.

My boyfriend and I cant stay away from this supermarket. We find some of the best snacks here. 10/10 if you like to taste test new and exciting oriental snacks. They also carry Ramune!!

My favorite local business. Every time I come in, I can realistically count on what Im looking for being in stock, and usually something new to check out and give a shot. Id go as far to say its worth coming in and chatting with the owner as hes pretty friendly and sociable. He manages to put on display the mindset that a business is more than just transactions. Theyve got decent dishes, fresh refrigerated ingredients, cool snacks, and alcohol. Definitely the spot to go to for things that any standard domestic grocery store wont have.

I been coming here for the past 30 years. A lot of varieties of asian ingredients. My parents first introduced me to this place, now I shop here as an adult. Great location.

This place is nice and food racks are very organized but it’s a bit pricey compared to a regular grocery stores. But the owner is really nice and friendly. I have visited this store three times this month already and will surely visit them again soon.

Super neat store with a great selection of ingredients from the other side of the ocean. You seriously will not find a better one in the entire area. Store owner is super friendly, very insightful, and made my second visit after a year super fun. Will definitely be back for more hauls to impress the family.

Amazing selection... worth a visit.

First time shopper. A very pleasant experience. My teenagers got everything they wanted from ice cream to soda to candy. I stocked up on ramen noodles and the frozen dumplings/buns. However, I must admit I was clueless about steaming. The owner was very helpful in explaining exactly how to steam my frozen dumplings. With a $5 “tool” from the store I can literally steam anything now in any pot. We will definitely be back!

Love this store. It had so many snacks I grew up with, the house wares selection is amazing, and the gentleman working there is very nice. He promptly greated us when we came in and asked if we needed any assistance. This place is very warm and friendly. I really hope to visit again soon 🥰💖

This place is great! They have all your Asian-cooking inspired needs! The guy who works there (sorry I dont know his name yet!) is SO helpful and friendly. I never have to wander around looking for the right thing--he takes me right to it! And gives excellent cooking tips. Highly recommend. They have authentic Chinese dishes, tea cups, and woks as well!

Worst experience my nephew who’s only 8 months. The cashier told us that he had to wear mask. Even though babies aren’t require to wear one. So if you go with a baby or child under 2 be aware that your baby will have to wear a mask.

Ive known the owner for years hes very friendly very funny such a people person and can help with what you need to find hes just a very great person and the store products are great. He just makes the place very welcoming and friendly area some places dont do that he does and he ties the asian and chinese and americans together because hes speaks both its my favorite place to go.

The drive up north from Margate is worth it for me because no store has the selections that Fortune Cookie has. Jeff the owner is super cool and is very fun to speak to! You can find much more than mochi, kimchi, and a wide array of soy sauce. Its always exciting to think about what new things I can try and so far I love everything!.

Its kept clean and is always busy but, its new layout makes finding things easier. Theres always staff near so be prepared to shop slow and buy low.

My boyfriend and I live about 45 mins - to an hour drive away from this market but it proved to be well worth the trip! Amazing snacks, drinks, and groceries at great prices, along with full tea sets and other kitchen items. Our new favorite spot for sure!

This place has a great selection and the staff is very friendly and helpful. I did notice several of the staff not wearing masks or with their masks pulled under their noses. I asked them to put them on when I checked out and they very politely complied but it’s a bit awkward to have to ask. They do have a curbside option though if you are sick or elderly which I thought was very nice.

Today was my first time there and I absolutely loved it. The owner was super helpful and welcoming. I found my new spot to shop!

First and the last time visit. I was very hopeful that this would become my new regular place to get my favorite items including Kimchi. But very poor experience in this sensitive time. We got yelled by the regular customer because without even realizing allegedly we got too close to them. I immediately apologized since we were wearing masks and we were not facing them. We were back to them and so reason why I didnt realized that we were 4 feet and not 6 feet away but got yelled anyway even happened for a few seconds. Then a few minutes later I am guessing they complained to the owner and instead of owner listening to both sides he immediately told us that we are not welcome in his store because we gave attitude to his regular customers? I apologized to them, how is this giving attitude? He started talking about how we supposed to wear masks and he will not let his regular customer be offended.. but we were wearing masks, so I was even more confused and disheartened that as new customer I had $0 value as human being. Our first time experience without even being heard but just yelled at and not welcomed for 4 feet distance for a few seconds. Horrible experience all around.

My son and I went today to pick stuff to make dinner.Best selection off real oriental food.made a delish dinner of wonton soup, shrimp fried rice and delicious shrimp in freshly Ginger sauce. Thank you to the owner who is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Will definitely be back.

This has been my go-to place for Asian groceries for a little over a year. They have a huge variety of Asian goods and great fresh vegetables! I mainly cook Korean and Japanese dishes and I can typically find everything I need there. The owner, Jeff, has even ordered items for me that werent in stock! Hes fantastic and I always look forward to the weeks I stop by there.

Good place to go for some speciality items.

Great shopping experience. Fabulous owners, great customer service. Quality goods. Like that they now carry Lotus Root in refrigerator. Select fresh vegetables, orkra, dikon radish etc. Herbs etc. I was a frequent shopper here but have moved further away. Plan a trip you will not be disappointed.

This place is clean and has all the oriental goodies to cook at home. Sushi products are available!

This place is just amazing. The selection is good, with plenty of difficult to find ingredients at reasonable prices. The couple who runs it are incredibly helpful and friendly. And don’t get me started on how awesome the bubble tea is. I am only slightly disappointed that they only do the tapioca pearls on Saturday, but if you don’t know what to order, trust their judgment. I have yet to be disappointed!

This joint is outstanding!!! Clean, clean and did I mention clean. Geoffrey, has patience, is attentive, has great product knowledge and outstanding customer service, Some have made comments on price points. Most of us are glad to pay a little more for the service, cleanliness and quality of product. I wanted a special order product, he said would call me the next day at 10 am to give me the price point and availability. 10 oclock sharp my phone rang. Freaking awesome!!!

This place charges 2-3x the competition right up the street. Save your money and go to the Asian Market off Lantana and Military. I bought ginsing from Fortune cookie and the guy ripped me off @$80. I got the exact same thing for $35. Same thing with other medical supplies. Payed $10-$15 for the same stuff i paid $3-$8!!!!! Price gouging/ taking advantage of people is not right! Save your money and go to another store!!

Friendly, informative owner. So many things in stock. The store is clean and the food is always fresh and rotated. This is not the fortune cookie from years ago, this owner takes very good care of his store.

Went in to the Fortune Cookie Chinese grocery store, didnt know the hours as it was a holiday- sign said closed 3:00 but it was 3:05. The door wasnt locked so I looked in. There was a guy there and I said are you open? and he said for you, yes, you are the last one. So I gave him my list and he got everything I had on it (its hard for this westerner to locate some things). So I am having Chinese pork with stir fried Water Spinach tonight. Love little shops like this. Thumbs up for Fortune Cookie!
