Ordered the glow in the dark fabric paint for curbside pick up. Received a message within 2 hours that it was ready. Once I reached there, got the package within minutes. The paints were of very good quality at a reasonable price. The whole process was a smooth sailing. Thank you.

We have been waiting at the front desk for a very long time for someone to help us. The woman came out and was pretty rude and said that someone else was on a conference call and that was the only person who could help us. I don’t understand why this company thinks the conference call is more important than an actual person who is going to give them money for their business. I’m going to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau as well as other complaints online. No one should have to wait over a half hour to have a simple question answered. There’s no one else in line here and no one else in the store that is needing help. There’s several employees walking around doing nothing that could be helping us. Also, the guy in the photo is very rude. John is the worst “manager” ever and his parents should be ashamed of him.

Michaels is an amazing store, with a colorful display and stock of artificial flowers, artists products, of paints, paint brushes, pads, and beads, sequins, materials, and home decorating items. One could spend an entire morning or afternoon there, filling ones basket or trolley with amazing items, and drinking in a colorful display of beautiful things with which to satisfy ones imagination and personal desire to grab and fill ones basket. Michaels, a wonderful place to visit!!!

Always fun to get the after Christmas mark downs, even a week later when it went from 70% to 80% off. The woodcarving set from exacto was outrageously priced. The acrylic paints are a little pricey too, but more of a variety.

Michaels is my go to for arcylic paints and mediums. I was very surprised what little inventory and brands to choose from.

Nice store though asked for help and didnt seem to have much knowledge on products!

Unfortunately Michaels has gone the way of so many other establishments these days and there is a lack of customer service. So while I love crafting and everything that it entails I still need additional help selecting the right products but its no longer available. For me, the reason to go to a store rather than order online is because I can reach out and get answers whereas online its a little more difficult. However if Im not getting the customer service in a store I might as well be ordering online. The last two times that I was there I ended up not buying anything but I will say this when I got past the cashier and she asked me did I find everything I was looking for and I told her no she asked me what it was and tried to find out if they had it. So there are employees who care they just dont have enough of them.

Just went here to clear my sphinx. Gotta say was a positive experience, it was very quiet and peaceful. No one came into to interupt even though I was dropping alot of baggage. They are definitely gonna need some poperi for the room now but I neglected to tell an employee.

In a time where everyone is cleaning and wiping things down, this place is definitely NOT. Its dusty, floors are especially filthy gross and really dirty. Carts were not wiped down. If theres germs anywhere, its at this Michaels. The employees were nice but this store is in need of a deep cleaning.

I cannot give this place an informed review. I just stepped in the store to ask if they carry Pinstripe for my car. They did not have it. The lady to whom I spoke was accommodating and helpful. The place is nicely laid out and clearly makes for pleasant shopping. It is well stocked. I am giving it my default five stars.

I was really excited to see that Michaels had upgraded the quantity and quality of their fine art products. I dont feel like I have to go to the specialty art store now for specific supplies I need. Staff was available for questions, and the coupons from the app really supplemented the great BOGO sale.

Amazing love to bring my daughter here for crafts on Saturday mornings. Abby is amazing and great with kids. This adorable creation ( not my kids, the flowers lol ) the flower pots were made and I think it was like $2 each or something. Just amazing. Love it.

I went there to buy yarn. None of the staff is trained in knitting much less knowing their inventory.I bought the one pound size of black yarn for a charity project. It was seconds even though shelf or labeling mentioned the fact. The yarn was tied together in several places. One does not knot yarn when knitting. I had to cut out the tied places to properly connect the yarn. Another package of black yarn had red in it. Again I had to cut.If you are going to put the time into knitting you do not want seconds.

Service is always great, just wish they kept crushed glass in stock.

I am a frequent shopper at Michaels. Some locations are more stacked than others. The location in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida is my favorite. It always has lots of yarn, different kinds, and usually on sale.

Pretty nice place. Was clean and well organized. Went looking for yarn and was extremely disappointed that theres only one isle and like a portion on a back wall for yarn now. Major decrease. I was able to find a substitute though.

My friends and I came in and asked a male employee if they sold fabric. He said no. A younger female employee short with brown hair and glasses standing behind him said Have fun at Joannes in a rude voice and laughed at us. Really not sure why she decided to be so rude to us but we will not be returning here again. Please screen your employees for customer service Michaels...

Great craft store & jewelry making supplies. They dont really have sewing supplies,.but everything else is awesome stuff. And with a 40% coupon on my phone is even better (theres always coupons available online)!

Store is neat, & most of the time there is sale or coupon. I dont know if they price match to other stores thou. Would of given it 5 stars but it seems like everytime I go in with a coupon the item Im interested in is exempt from the coupon😑😑

This Michael’s is so organized & most of the staff there are extremely helpful. I don’t go to Michaels often, but when I do, my experience is always great. Today I was looking for a very large frame to create a collage for a wedding. The young man that helped me gave me suggestions on how to make my vision myself & what materials I would need - at a very inexpensive price. Great service!
