Youll always be my first pick the next time I need appliance repair services. Only this companys technician did a perfect job fixing up my fridge that was not cooling. The quality was awesome and the price was quite reasonable. So happy that my fridge was functioning back to normal. I will call them in the future as well as recommend them to my friends.

My refrigerators sealing system and compressor were the issues. He helped me review my warrant options and come to find out the parts were still under the ten-year warranty. Brooks is a fantastic technician, we had a Viking Fridge/freezer not cooling and had a certified Viking repair company come out and tell us it was going to cost $3500 to repair. We then had Brooks for Thermador Group come out and within 20 min figured out the problem was much easy and way less expensive. I would totally recommend him. He then came out to fix our dishwasher and it was a clogged vent and done in 5 minutes. He knows his stuff.

Last Saturday my washer suddenly stopped working. I put my clothes in the washer I pressed the start button that time washer working fine. After 5 mints washer stopped working. I tried to start again but nothing happened. In the meantime, my cousin called me I told her our washer stopped working. She gave me the Thermador Group number. I called them. In the afternoon, the guy came from Thermador Group. He checked our washer and he fixed the problem. He was very professional and very nice. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of appliance servicing.

I called Lewis at Thermador Group regarding my parents broken refrigerator. He said he could be there in an hour. The guy showed up in 60 minutes! He was very nice and polite and repaired the fridge quickly. He was very honest in his pricing and charged me what he had quoted me on the phone. Very satisfied and would work with him again even though I hope the fridge doesnt break again :)

Powell of Thermador Group came out to repair my washer today, and Im so thrilled with Thermador Groups response time and rates. He was here within 3 hours of my initial call. A quick appointment, he fixed my locked washer door (a shirt had wound around the lock after the sleeve had been closed outside of the washer - we didnt realize until it was too late).

My fiance Nelson and I called Thermador Group to fix 4 problems with different kitchen appliances. Jason was able to come out within a day or two (we had scheduling difficulties with my work schedule) and the problems were not immediate. Jason was professional, easy to talk with while he worked, and very efficient in his time at our place. He came out initially to tell us what was wrong, and then came out a few days later to bring the products we needed to replace. Both times he was punctual and a pleasure to work with. He even installed a piece on our microwave FREE OF CHARGE! We hadnt seen customer service like this for a handyman, so we were very pleased with his service. We will definitely be calling the Thermador Group for any problems we have in the future.
