When I walked in the door to G & G Custom Upholstery I was greeted by George Gomez, the owner. Everyone was busy with work and I saw some really great finished products. George was very kind with me and gave me some advice on what type of material to use to recover some sofa cushions. He told me the best date to come back in to get the work done. They were ready for me at that time and finished all the work when promised. I am so happy with the finished product.In addition to the fine workmanship from Gladys who sewed my cushion covers expertly, Tony and Johnnie stuffed the them expertly. Everyone made sure the job was done just right and that I would be happy with the work.At G & G, I was always greeted warmly and respectfully in person and on the phone. My wife called to inquire if they would do repairs to sofa cushion covers. She called and explained we had the sofa cushion covers that were tearing at the seams and we wanted to have them repaired. We explained the issue and the person who answered said I dont want to risk running it through my machine, Im not interested and hung up with out saying goodbye. Funny, because their website says they We would welcome the opportunity to earn your trust and deliver you the best service in the design industry Thanks a lot, glad I didnt waste my time or money!!!! I wouldnt ever step foot in that place now if you paid me to. Thats the rudest thing you can do is hang up in someones face who is trying to hire you for work. Ill go somewhere else!!
