I have an aluminum/acrylic enclosure designed and installed by Sunshine Aluminum Specialties. It’s approximately 15 years old. So what brings me here to write this review today?I just recommended Sunshine again tonight and wanted to make sure they weren’t closed due to the Covid19 virus. It’s probably my 10th recommendation since my patio was enclosed. I’ve loved mine every single day since the 1 day installation. I didn’t have 1 second of grief with this company and no one I recommended told me they did either.My enclosure at 15 looks like the day it went up except for a bit of clouding on the acrylic windows...They face a lake and get a lot of direct blazing hot sun. That was my error. I should have chosen hurricane glass but I live with it. I learned through experience. Anyway, I still highly recommend Sunshine for their expert workmanship and their superior customer service! We were treated wonderfully!

I am leaving a review on behalf of my father who used this company for his balcony enclosure. The quality of work was very poor. It did not even last much longer than a year. The Company states that his warranty is expired. Now they give a high estimate to repair their shoddy work. They should care enough about their work quality. They should not be charging so much to fix their poor quality. The best we can do is try to warn people.

It was a long wait from the initial deposit to the work completion. Initial estimated date was about 7 months out but ended up closer to 10 or so months. The material is good quality and I had issues initially with some leaks but after (a few) return visits it was repaired. There were also a few differences in what the sales guy talked with me about to what the project manager told me with regards to the process. Could have been a little better with communication internally between workers, but overall I am happy with the final result.

I have a sunshine aluminum porch that is a number of years old. I cannot believe how well it looks and how well made it is. I am in the market for a new door because of style only. I will be calling you first! A proven good product.

They made four individual trips to fix a leak in my roof. After a very heavy downpour the roof continued to leak. I called and they said I was 90 days out of warranty. I paid up front and was told they no longer would fix my roof. Beyond frustration! Beware!

Front door installation is a disaster. 2 groups have been here since installation & my door still doesnt latch.

AWFUL EXPERIENCE.......first I dealt with a rude and condescending customer service representative....TOM.....I could not believe the way he spoke to me......he was overcharging me and super expensive.....then I spoke to the secretary....TRACY....who was also rude and completely clueless.....no help whatsoever.......then I spoke to the owner of the company....DIEGO....he promised to handle my service so I would have competency.....he promised me a service call in the afternoon.....the day before sunshine aluminum was supposed to come.....TRACY called me with a morning appointment......she told me take it or leave it......so I left it.....was a shame DIEGO was ....he was untruthful and unreliable.....PLEASE do not use this company.......overpriced......rude...untruthful......
