After seeing two women completely get away with stealing hundreds in inventory I will no longer spend my hard earned money at a store that allows people to shoplift, get away with it, all while possibly putting others at risk. As much as I love hand picking my items everything can be purchased online for the brands offical websites.

When it comes to make up, I have no idea what to buy. I just knew I was sick of wasting money on drug store brands only to get home and they arent what I expected. I needed help! I met Seth there. He was awesome!!!! I told him I had know idea what I was doing!! He jumped right in and explained everything I needed and what would help my complexion. He was exactly what I needed and I am so grateful!! Thank you Seth!!!

Came in today for a few items. Had the pleasure of meeting Jojo and Mesha who helped me find everything I was looking for and were very accommodating.

I like the products there but when I went one of the cashier was constantly sighing and acted like he didnt care. He asked for my number and saw it wasnt for the thing you can sign up for with them and didnt offer to sign me up like the other cashier did for my mom. He rushed me away a bit when I finished the payment (it wasnt busy). Maybe he was having a bad day. Still will continue to shop there though I love the products.

I’m transgender and needed some makeup however I was dressed as man at the time. I explained my needs to the sales associate and she helped me mix and match shades of eyeshadow to give me the perfect look!! I was treated awesome, I felt awesome and will not shop for makeup anywhere else!!Thank you ULTA!

Placed an online order this morning for in store pick up and was alerted later today that my order had been picked up. I immediately called the store and spoke with the manager and told her that I received a notification my order was picked up but I had not picked it up yet. She somehow knew exactly who I was without even telling her my name and responded with “yes, you had an additional pick up person, this is Kelsey right?” I did not have an additional pick up person and she responded with “yes you did! Her name was Debbie H. I went through the items with her and she showed me her ID”. I told her I do not know a Debbie and repeatedly told her I didn’t not list an additional pick up person and she got extremely defensive and told me to call their guest relations number. I called the phone number and they were able to confirm they did not see an additional pick up person listed so they weren’t sure what happened and that it needed to be resolved within the store. I called back and spoke with the manager again to let her know guest relations could not help me and I need a refund or my merchandise. She refused to help me any further and said I need to wait on her to contact her manager. I’m completely shocked this is how they conduct business and I literally have been stolen from. Thankfully it was only a $20 order but very concerning how they could let this happen and not even come up with an immediate resolution.Update: manager called back and said I can come in and get my items or a refund. No apology or explanation.

A store associate made a major spectacle put of me for not wearing a mask (when trying to buy several specific items for my wife) ...for not wearing a mask because I have asthma and already have very high CO2 in my blood according to my recent CBC’s, I assume from wearing masks often already. I didn’t mind social distancing but the store associate or manager became very loud with me, made a major example out of me, though I respectfully tried to explain why, she told me that I would not be able to shop nor purchase anything from “their private business” (a franchise), and I politely permanently agreed, placing all of the items down and I walked out of the store after being loudly told to do so. They will be glad to know, rest assured that I would never be found buying anything for any women in my family from Ulta ever again.

I went here for a silk press. I left unsatisfied paid full price. The stylist were nice but my hair felt stiff, dry and puffy at the roots. I informed her I was natural but still didnt fix my hair right. I will not ever go back.If youre interested in the salon dont waste your time.

You are greeted when you enter the door they require masks. The staff always goes out of their way to assist you.A little pricey but I wouldnt go anywhere else

Everytime I go in here its a fantastic experience. The employees are very helpful and knowledgeable. Even the ladies that work at the salon in the back are so helpful in pointing you in the right direction for hair care products. Everyone here is nice, and my favorite employee is Brandon. He really is the star employee there! They have a vast selection of so many brands and items that range from affordable to high end. The return policy is so fantastic, its really a big reason why I feel so comfortable shopping. I know that if something doesnt work for me, I can return it with no problems at all. I love walking in here now. 5 stars!

Soo, after a lot of contemplation to try Ulta salon, I finally made the decision and briefly spoke with Natalia, to try and book a partial/hair service. I was very excited and booked my appointment. First appt. canceled due to her being sick: ok. It happens. 2cd attempt, 1 hour before my appt they call and push me forward an hour. Inconvenient but ok I’m still willing to wait for Natalia. 50 minutes later Natalia calls me to cancel. I ask her can she get me in tomorrow? Or Tuesday. No and No. (Tuesday’s her day off). At this point t I feel like they don’t even care. So can anyone suggest a stylist that isn’t at Ulta Beauty? I’m sure they are good at what they do but I hope your time isn’t important to you because this store definitely does not respect it. I’ve been a customer here since they opened. They are sorry, “these things happen and she can’t control it” Just some advice, what you can control is at least attempting to work with customers after they’ve waited for you. Unbelievable.

I love the staff! The store is always so clean, staff is always so friendly and if my dog goes with me he gets all kinds of love! I always come here when I can, and support Ulta as a company whole because of how amazing they are to their employees and customers.

So I bought over $200 worth of items and I was not offered the free gift sets I thought the cashier had placed into the bag but it was not in, the advertisement specifically said (free gifts) that’s sad, first of all she looks like she didn’t want to be bothered.

As usual, they had exactly what I was looking for; everyone was very friendly and helpful.

Great employees and pretty good selection. The only reason I gave four stars is because Ulta doesn’t carry dr Dennis gross products, and that’s 1/2 the items I buy every month. Also I have a hard time finding enough alcohol free hair products for a decent price. I wish I could just have Ulta be my one stop shop since I like them so much.

If I could give this place -1 stars. Worst experience ever! I went to this place some years ago and I never went back! Long story short I decided to get so highlights for my birthday and the stylist mess my hair so much to the point my hair was falling in pieces and she have the nerve to tell me it was my fault because I didn’t want to used the PH- bonder and i was touching to much! LOL she said she have 30+ years of experience and was talking how great she was. At the I ended paying almost full price for everything and I left my my hair looking like it was never done! The worst part is that the manager came show her face or anyone came to apologize for the mess that lady made.

Hair services are great! The staff is helpful. Store runs great specials with a variety of things to choose from: cosmetics, skin care, hair care, fragrances, and more! When you order and prepay online for pick up services, you walk in to the store and go to the area labeled pick up (not having to stand in line at registers). Regardless of how long the line is, I was immediately serviced, my things were ready and I was done in less than 2 minutes. You just need your ID and the confirmation email. After placing the order online you receive updates as to when your order will be ready for pick up.

Had an appointment for a cut with Natalia. I will admit I was a few minute late for the appointment, maybe three. That was on me, and when I went in she had someone else in her chair, told us to take a seat. We understandably realized our fault. However twenty minutes went by with no communication, and the whole store acting like we did not exist. The appointment we had was just for a simple cut, on someone with short hair who just needed a little cut off the top. We never got the haircut- as we waited forty minutes with no explanations, or commutations. We waited nearly an hour and left as the store closed in ten minutes. We are not blaming her for not taking the appointment right away, it was our fault for being late. However it was extremely rude and unprofessional to act as if we weren’t even there and to let us sit like that for almost an hour. Extremely disappointed and would not recommend this ulta or stylist;Natalia to anyone.

Love this store in particular. Every time I walk in everyone is super friendly but I had a particularly odd and frustrating experience. I bought a nail kit I had to return two times because it was defective. Brandon at this location helped me both times and was so friendly and helpful. Will definitely be shopping at this location more because of the excellent service here!!

Ulta store here has the best customer service available out of any ulta store in the area. The recommendation that my wife got for her skin needs were absolutely correct. As for men the cologne products are genuine and authentic. I but my stuff there because I know that its legit. One of few places a buy things not on Amazon because of all the different fake products out there.

I like Ulta because they have everything you need in 1 area including a lot of products that are not generally found in cosmetics isle of grocery or pharmacy. They also have salon services and products. I do think you pay for the convenience of having so many brands in 1 store. They are a great source for a last minute cant be disappointed by it gift.

Store associates were helpful, polite and upbeat. Shoppers however were rude and crowd you when checking out. Would be great if the store associates would remind the next in line to remain at the sign as the sign states until next available associate is ready! I dont want to share my information nor do I need to deal with your children reaching around me to touch everything while Im cashing out!!!

Convenient but I see a lot of people down the isles opening up make up and nail polish. They try it on and put it back on the shelf. Turned me off! Will not buy make up or nail polish just shampoo and conditioner s.

Not a full 5 because when I went in initially looking for someone to help there seemed to be no one available. Finally got someone to help me but she pointed down a few aisles and went on her way when I needed more than just direction. Great and reasonable return policy here.

Too many workers running around and not enough help at the register. I buy something one time and then when I go back to get it again they don’t have it. Always have to wait in a line when there appears to be lots of employees working. I finally had to ask for help. No one ever asked if they could help me. Not a pleasant shopping experience.

Even with the business booming due to holidays the staff were on point awesome and took time to help us shop for our daughter

Ok I wish I could give more stars to the brilliant young lady who fixed my mess of hair ( it was all kinds of shades of this and that with green on top) I really was at the end if my rope and scared to get it fixed...Never fear Iggy was there her real name is Andiana I call her super hair girl...she was fast and precise my green hair didnt stand a chance with her in charge. She fixed my mess and trimmed me up just right. She is FABULOUS!!!!! I feel pretty again and will never dye my own hair ever again thanks to Iggy I am a new woman...Someone give that girl a raise!!!

They dont carry as many cruelty free products these days. No longer carry Body Shop products... And DONT LET THEM TALK TO YOU INTO STORE CREDIT! Ok. I dont wear make-up. But my daughter does . I could tell by her reaction going in that we had walked into make-up heaven. I would guess that there are at least 5 levels of every type of make-up known to women in this store. The people working there were also friendly and knowledgeable about all of the products in the store... and that is saying a lot. There are a lot of products in this store.. a LOT. If only I were a drag queen.

This store use to be one of my favorite shops but not anymore. Received several sales flyers in the mail, circled the 3 products I wanted to check out to possibly purchase. Not one product was on the show room floor. What is worse is when I made my purchase the cashier wanted all this personal information from me but refused to give me a raincheck for any of the sale items pretending they would let me know by mail when the items came in. Guess she thought I was stupid lying to me like that. It sounded to me like the sale items would Never be available. Also asked where another brand of highlighted items were but, you guessed it, never came in. It has been several months since I wasted my time going to that store and I did not ever receive a notice that any of the products were in. Will not bother to spend my time or money there!

I went to get a haircut and Iggy was the stylist whi took care of me. It was the best haircut that I have gotten and I will certainly be back.

I brought my daughter here for a haircut. Because we were a walk-in the only stylist available was a master/senior stylist. She informed me that her prices were higher ($36) due to her level of expertise. I do not mind paying for good quality, if that is what I am to receive. She was very nice, and I asked her to give my daughter a very specific haircut. I was very specific with instructions and asked for an asymmetrical bob, and that I wanted the back stacked. Instead, she gave my daughter an overly layered, choppy bob. It was not even remotely close to what I asked for. I specifically asked for the front to remain long, however the layers are so random that I cannot even braid the front pieces. I will never return here or recommend them to anyone. Too many stylists take on clients with specific requests and they either dont know how to do the cut or they just prefer to do what they think is best.Additionally, at the register to pay for the cut, three women stood at the counter chatting without acknowledging that I was standing there for nearly a minute. When you are waiting to check out, with no one else waiting in line, a minute is a ridiculous time to wait without being acknowledged. I often come here to buy my makeup and such, but after this experience it is doubtful that I would ever give Ulta another dime. They may not care about losing a customer here and there, but bad service will eventually do them in. It was no surprise there was hardly anyone in the store.

The staff is friendly, they have a lot of products and it seems organized. I dont give them a 5-star rating just because they didnt have for two weeks straight up row that I was looking for. And the website need an update ASAP

I mean let’s be real folks, whatever hairstyle trend you see on Pinterest doesn’t actually work on most of the population. So it’s imperative to have these conversations, to ensure realistic client expectations.Jin educates me on what will work best for my hair care routine, and what to avoid doing to limit any hair damage. So I’m aware of what products/tools to invest in and what to pass up on.This is WHY the ULTA Salon is amazing! Each time I’ve went in there they still have empty slots for items a lot of people are looking for. I’ve asked them if they get restocked soon and they always say yes, but with an attitude. Some stuff is insanely over priced. I’ll just order my stuff online from the retailers and I’ll have it in a week. I’ve been waiting 2-3 months for a couple things and have never found it in stores. Good luck ulta. You’ll need it lol.

I was unimpressed. My hair came out a dull brown. Style was not what I asked for. I also had my eyebrows waxed. Uneven and truncated. Overpriced and unimpressive!

Rude and unhelpful customer service. The store itself is clean and organized. Not a fan of the staff as they seemed distracted / uninterested in helping customers. They do NOT give out samples of tester products... just in case you were wondering. Which I find to be a huge flaw of Ulta’s.

Great selection for the most part, the only thing is when they have sales they do tend to run out of things which is frustrating. Staff is usually friendly and helpful. I feel some of their bath and body items are a bit over priced when I an go elsewhere and get comparable products for less. Mainly I go for their name brand makeup.

Definitely a huge let down at this location. Not one associate asked if I needed assistance with anything. The store had a lot of missing testers, and was pretty trashed overall. I love ulta and I hate that this particular location is really giving the store a bad name. Hopefully they will get everything turned around soon.

I was look at the same display for 10 mins while 2 store associates had a conversation and never offered me any help even though I looked at them 5 times. I walked out and will not be coming back to the West Melbourne location.

One person on the registers on a Sunday afternoon? Takes 5 minutes to find what you need and 20 to get out the door. But you have about 4 people doing make up and stuff maybe get someone else on the register.
