Oops I meant to give this place one star, oh well it doesnt matter, this place is just bad. The gentleman at the counter is obviously not happy about having to greet people or talk to them. I absolutely wasted my time going there and trying to buy products.

I recommend Daltile, but people have to understand, they dont sell directly to customers. Its really good to have a place where they have more samples than I can have in my store. As their customer, they have dedicated representatives that assist us based on our needs. I do like their selections of product, most made in the USA. Support is great and they are getting better with their online assistance and resources.Now, if you are someone who just wants to get floors, they wont be able to help you with pricing. They should be able to suggest stores that sell their products, and they can probably also provide some or minimal help with regards tile choice.
