Honest and clean transactions. Only used auto dealer that owns all of their cars, and they dont buy salvaged titles or lemon cars. So many affordable and good condition vehicles that your biggest issue is deciding which one you want. Financing is easy and available, even without good credit. Definitely recommend stopping here if youre in the market for a vehicle.

This is probably the only place in Brevard that isnt just spoon feeding you lies. The only sales guy there, Josh, will tell you exactly how it is. No games, or random numbers. He just answers exactly what you ask. The cars were so much better than the 50 other places we went to. We found exactly what we wanted, it functions exactly as intended, and we are so glad we chose to work with them after a nightmare experience with family auto mart (crooks). The lady who works in the office also went over their collections policy which I thought was great. First time Ive ever walked away from buying a car and knew exactly what was going on the whole time. Josh went over everything in great detail (line for line to be honest), and overall we are extremely pleased. We love our Toyota, and we love Brevard value motors!

They sold me car that was so internally damaged and misconfigured that when problems arose and I brought it to a mechanic I was told that the car was so screwed up It’s near unfixable and absolutely not worth what I still owe on it.This mechanic is one with great reviews that I have seen in the past.I called Brevard Value Motors about it and they said they can’t do anything about it.So. Yeah. Not suggested.

The staff is helpful but the owners dont care about their customers. I was sold a lemon. It has issues with the transmission, ac, belt, computer and the radiator. I asked them to make it right and put me in another vehicle. I was told I would have to make another down payment and add the remainder of my original loan on top of that. Not to mention the vehicle I purchased was listed at over $7000 and was only worth $2000. Do not buy a car here unless you want to overpay & have your vehicle break down before it is paid off. Update They sell lemons and have you pay extra for the warranty. The only problem with that is they refuse to honor their warranties. Good luck if you decide to purchase a car here. You will def be disappointed. Oh yeah & when they dont honor warranty & you trade it in for a car that works at a reputable car dealer they will hound you for the payoff. Even knowing your husband just died. No common courtesy or business practice. DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE!!! YOU WILL BE SORRY FOR SURE. THEY SUCK ALL THE WAY AROUND

Living up to your word is something I value as a customer and in my life. I have a coolant leak in a vehicle just purchased. This leak was identified before leaving the car lot this past weekend and was told that if the issue persists to call so that Brevard Value Motors would make it right. I have attempted to call and text and I have received no response at all. I am leaving this review as reminder that at the end of the day Business is more important to this company than the relationships and satisfaction of the customer. At first, buying experience was great. I appreciate the help they gave me in getting me into my car. However, after only a few hours of having the car I noticed that a head light was out. OK, I purchased the light. I asked to bring the car in for one of their techs to put it in, no problem only a couple hours later after I took the car in they did. After only having the vehicle for only a few day after, I discover after Florida rain that theres no wipe fluid. I purchase some and put into the fluid container which I find has a crack in it. Upon my first payment response: Why did you break it? Jokingly of course. No response in 2 weeks. Today, I go in to make a payment, inquire about other small mishaps with my vehicle: license plate light out, battery needing to be charged a couple times. Was told to go to a salvage yard for the fluid container, batteries are cheap at Walmart. Thanks. Gotta spend more money for something that should already be have been taken care of . Who sprays windshield wiper fluid on a test drive? Who checks the small stuff at a dealer?? See you in another 2 weeks with my ON TIME PAYMENT

Their salesman John is probably the most dishonest person Ive ever met; including telling me the engine was OK - it wasnt, telling me the car was never in an accident - tech found evidence that it has been in several collisions. I told him I needed a reliable car to drive my child to school, the car he sold me left me stranded 3 times in the 1st month. I contacted them about the problems I have with this car and they refuse to do anything about it.Dont trust these people they are just out to get your money with no regard for your family or safety.

I was looking for a van for my new Transport Business and found a cpl on car gurus. Its a newly started business so I didnt want to spend a ton of money and I wanted it to be reliable. I found several. My husband and I took the day off to find the right vehicle. Our first stop was Brevard Value Motors. As soon as we pulled on the lot the salesman Ralph came out to greet us. We told him what we were wanting the vehicle for and he and my husband chatted about the vehicle as they got into the back seat. I wanted to make sure they would be comfy riding back there as they both are a little taller than I am. we took the vehicle for a ride and just loved it.We came back and parked it and told Ralph we were gonna get lunch and talk it over. About an hour later we came back and I noticed the tail light was busted. Ralph comes back out to talk to us and he just happened to have another model of the same vehicle and changed the tail light out for us. After the repairs were completed and upon finalizing the transaction I left the lot, drove to a nearby cafe and when I got out of the car I noticed a dent in the bumper that I hadnt noticed before. I called fully expecting to have to deal with it since I had already signed on the proverbial dotted line for a used car. Thats not how they do business. I bought a 2016 Ford Fiesta a year and five months ago the car was running smoothly until about a year into my car I was having issues. When I got into a car accident I had to get my car fixed from mike erdman Nissan on Merritt island the man who mixed my car told me my car been in multiple accidents and I never once received a car fax with this car when I purchased it. The man who fixed my car showed me the car fax for my car and when I called Brevard values motors I told them they said it’s nothing they can do about it. I’m extremely upset because I’m still paying on a car that I am not driving, I will never purchase a car from here.

Great selection of affordable low mileage vehicles at great prices and with 2 year warranties.........of course, just a mere 2 weeks after having the vehicle, windows quit working (passenger window even fell off the track, had to get 4 new tires (tire place informed me the tow was 2 degrees out of camber) we never hit anything soooooo, and car quit starting..... took it to the dealership. They claimed it was nothing to do with starter, alternator or battery. Had it tested by independent nationwide chain, it was the battery....... of course warranty paperwork says its covered under their 2 year warranty....asked them to reimburse me if I got a battery. They told me they dont cover the battery and that I made up that paperwork I showed them stating it was covered???? Sold me a lemon, im the fool I guess...... dont buy from them!! Havent even driven the car 5,000 miles yet!!

I had a great experience at Brevard Value Motors. The staff is extremely nice, knowledgeable and professional. Especially John. There was no pressure to make a decision to buy a vehicle. For me, I had two (2) vehicles to choose from and John was there just to answer any questions I had, making the decision totally mine. If he didnt have the answer, he would find out. I would recommend Brevard Value Motors to anyone I know who needed a vehicle.

Extremely unhappy with this place. They promised me to fix my rack and pinion leaks and heater issue, one side blows hot other extremely cold so yes this was an issue that was unnoticed till I took a trip up north the week after purchasing the vehicle so with someone that has arthritis SUCKED! Anyways the leak issue was let known to the sales guy within less than a week of purchasing the vehicle. I was told to wait on a call from Anthony manager to bring the car in because they were going to take care of the issue for me never got a call back. Then I reached to the sales guy again and said that Anthony said to wait 30 days for my extended warranty to kick, since I never got a call back and let it be known I live 1 1/2 hours away and work 50+hours per week at a dealer too. It was hard for me to make it down their. So I decided to take it in to my local Subaru dealer later to find that the extended warranty I was told was so cover my issues, denied the fix of my rack and pinion. So Im 2 payments into my vehicle and already with a $1231.00 bill to have my rack and pinion fixed. Totally unfair and unprofessional, after being told that they were going to cover it, and me having proof from their employee saying they were going to fix both issues for me.Its nothing about my plan didnt work . That was never my intent. I actually waited for u guys to call me and I never got a reply from u Anthony! So since I have a Subaru dealer 1 mile away from my job I decided to just take it in and thats when I found out that issue was not covered. But to each its own brother. What goes around comes around. And hey thanks for calling and bothering my friend Marco right after I wrote the review instead of you being professional and giving me a call buddy. Thanks

I gave 3 stars. I used to buy cars here. I went last week to buy a car and the sales associate (forgot his name) did not want to be there. I had to walk away because it made me feel uncomfortable. I went and bought a car from somewhere else. Worst experience here. Average built gray hair and kept talking about a very old car stating it was his before. I was clearly not interested in it but more interested in another car which was better. 1 bad experience can ruin a business. Not coming back here again.

I purchased a 2008 Santa Fe at a great price. The staff was friendly and helpful. The process was quick. On my drive home (over 2 hours away) the car broke down. I called Rick the owner and he was very helpful in making an unlucky situation better. Come to find out it was the fuel pump. The mechanic that we saw in plant city stated that there is no way to know when those are going to go out. There are no warning signs they just go. The mechanic said that the vehicle looked great otherwise. Rick helped to cover the majority of the cost and was very easy to deal with. I will be a repeat customer.

Absolutely a great place to buy used cars. I bought mine a few months ago and I wait until now to check if everything is alright so that I can give a responsible evaluation of this place. The manager and people here are very nice, the car was in good condition and I drove it for over 6 months now and there was no problem at all. Definitely recommend this place because they are helpful and they do fair businesses unlike some places I went.

Brevard value motors has a very relaxed atmosphere. Everyone is friendly and very warm and accommodating. This is our 2nd car with them in less than 3 months. We personally bought our suvs with Anthony and James but we reccomend them all. Thanks guys

Sometimes they work with you sometimes they dont, Rick is money hungry. And amy is slow and cant answer any of your questions. Also sold me a car that broke down a few months later and charged me to fix it when it wasnt my fault. Yall will be talking to my an auto fraud lawyer soon ;)
