Hometown is amazing and bends over backwards to help their costumers!

Customer service is terrible. Went in to pick up an order for our team and the man in the back wouldnt even get off to couch to greet me. He barely took his eyes away from his phone to assist. Will be looking into alternative for future business.

While I love to shop local stores, the past two interactions I have have with Hometown have been disappointing. They made a mistake on my sons track uniform and I had to pick it up the day of his first meet (and not the size I ordered) and now I am still trying to get the correct order for a sweatshirt I ordered going on three weeks later. We are about to no longer need the sweatshirt. Customer service should be improved in order to maintain customers.

Love Hometown Sports, I live in West Linn, we have a big family and have frequented Hometown Sports over the years and LOVE Ray’s shop, I love local, I shop local as much as possible and my kids like to pick out their own clothing and get it personalized with Rosemont and West Linn Lion’s. Thank you for being in West Linn, thank you for putting up with all our whims as customers and honoring our requests.

Joe will go the extra mile and then some to be sure the kids are well taken care of with uniforms. Finding parking is awful depending on the time of day, but worth it when you know things will get done right.

Just a place to buy local sports clothes and equipment. Never had a bad experience there, but never a great experience.
