I am so pleased with this company! My garage door stopped working friday night, I received a call right away to see what was going on with it. It wasnt an easy fix, so they set up an appointment for Monday. Monday morning I received a call from Jarrett who came right out and told me exactly what was wrong with it. He went out of his way to see if he could find replacement parts and a few different options. I ended up just replacing the opener. He had it installed, working, and everything programmed within an hour. I am impressed with all the people I came in contact with at this company. Thank you again for being so great!

My husband and I had such a wonderful experience from the beginning to the end that I didnt know where to start on this review. Ill start at the beginning as I feel its important for others to know as it was important to my husband and I. James came out to give us a bid and gave us great detail on our options. James brought up information I would not of even thought about, that was nice. He wanted all of our questions answered and made sure we were comfortable with all of the information before he left. After, I sent questions that were promptly answered either by James or Britton. Britton brought up some points he thought we may be concerned about and it was comforting that he did because it changed our minds on what direction we originally wanted to go with. If Britton would not have brought up these points I know now I would not of been as happy. Lets just say there was always communication and they were always 100% nice about everything even though I know I could of been difficult at points when I asked so many questions or requested information. Jarrett was so kind and his install excellent! He took the time to install the tracks and door very precise. Jarrett took pride in every detail of his work. The placement of the opener, key pad and wiring was lined up perfect. After he was done Jarrett went over how to use the door and app. He left with saying if there is anything you need let us know and we will help, I absolutely know they will. Very friendly! He explained everything he was doing and since I know very little about how garages work, that was super helpful! He worked fast and now our garage is working way better! He just made a few adjustments to help our old machine have a little longer life so we didnt have to replace the whole thing right away. He very easily could have told us to just replace it and earn more money from us but I really appreciated him being honest and just doing what he could to prolong the life of our opener. My Garage door is the door I use to enter my home. When I called Wicked Garage after 3 in the afternoon questioning the free estimate. I was answered by a very nice man who assured me not only it free, but he was willing to come out tonight was between 7 and 7:30.I was delighted. I received an estimate much less then I had been quoted on the computer from other companys. When James said he could fix it tonight I was thrilled. He did a great job fixing all the little kinks out of the old door opener after replacing the springs and rollers. What a guy! What a company!

I called James after being quoted a lot of money to replace 2 panels of our garage door and He scheduled us to come see it the same day (a saturday) and was here on time, He promptly told me what was wrong and advice me what was the best to do. We recently moved into our new build home and realized that we had a problem with weather insulation and gaps on the sides of our door where light and anything else could come in. They came out and installed weather stripping. The whole process was quick and our garage is now ready for the winter.

He replaced my broken spring, cables, and even replaced the rod. He lubricated the door joints, and went so far as to lubricants my second garage door for no charge. I highly recommend Wicked Garage Doors. James is honest. Reliable and thorough. My garage door wouldnt close if it was below 37 degrees. I could override the beams so the door would shut. I had 2 other companies look at the door. One said that I needed a new roller but if that doesnt work a new opener. That didnt make any sense to me. Why would the door shut on its own when it was warm but once it got cold it wouldnt work. I had him replace the roller. And called another company. He said that he could adjust the spring to see if that would work. But if it wouldnt then I need a new opener. My daughter recommended James. And he listened to me and knew right away that it was the beams. He said that when it gets cold the wood can expand and pinch /move the wires enough for the beams not to work. He replaced the beams, lubed the door and adjusted the spring. Plus he noticed that the other garage door was making a bad noise. Found that it was rubbing on the frame of the house. He fixed it too. Super prompt service at an affordable price! We thought for sure that we would need an entire new lift system but Wicked Garage Doors came out and not only fixed the problem, but went the extra mile to repair areas that may have caused issues in the future, and he didn’t charge us extra for that. I want to share my experience I had today because I am overwhelmed with appreciation and gratitude of good people.My garage door hasnt been working and so I googled garage door fixer places. I picked 3 that had the most reviews and highest ratings.1st company- came and quoted me for a whole new set up because you know Im a female and the door just wont work without a new motor that definitely needs to be replaced and they are happy to split up the payments or I can take my chances and just get a new motor.2nd company- quoted me for the whole set up because the door is old and about to fall apart which is really dangerous especially for a female. And definitely need a new motor. But again if I want to take my chances, I can purchase just the motor.3rd company- Wicked Garage DoorsLooked at it for about 5 minutes and told me he really thinks it is all fine. Tightened a few bolts, lubed up the door, and bent a small piece back in place. Boom, done, and the door is working perfect! I cant tell you the sense of relief and heart warming feeling that came over me, not only for the amount of money I saved but also to know that good honest people are still very present in this world and I was so lucky our paths crossed. James answered our first phone call 18 months ago and came over that same day to check out the problem. The next day he came to repair it and he was so patient with my 23 month twins since I was holding my one month old and having a hard time keeping them from ‘checking on him.’ 9 months later, it was something else, but my husband was gone for the weekend and I was worried about being locked in the house, not able to open the garage door myself if me and the kids needed to get somewhere. He came within hours and it ended up just being my sensors (they were off thanks to those almost two-and-a-half year-olds). 🤦🏼‍♀️ I’m usually not so blond. Anyway, he was nice and didn’t even act like I’d wasted his evening - I think it was almost 7 when he was on his way home from another job. Then a month ago, after our motor had been having several glitches over the course of months, we called him (none of the problems were related to his first repair) and he came over, again, in hours. He even helped my kids carry around toys when they were really just trying to be underfoot, and when he diagnosed the problem, spent 40 minutes on the phone with the manufacturer to order parts, and even found out it was all covered under the warranty. We’re moving out of state, and I wish there were more honest hard-working people like him. Thanks, James, for being the best!!

He has given us free inspections in the past, which is great because thats how we discovered this problem before it got dangerous. I definitely recommend him. We had him replace a breaking bracket last year too. James didnt rush us either, letting us ask questions until we felt comfortable.

UPDATE- I had to call James again for a separate issue. Once again fantastic service. He keeps in touch and comes just about anytime. My schedule was tight but he made it happen quickly. This afternoon my car got locked in the clutches of a broken garage door. I will be late for work if I dont leave right now! I shouted to my broken garage door. After getting home from work late, I faced the demon that was my broken garage. These guys are awesome. My girlfriends had two other companies give her quotes to fix her garage door opener. They both tried to tell her that she needed a new opener, chains, doors, EVERYTHING. Wicked came out and told her she only needed a new wheel and an adjustment. They literally saved her over a thousand dollars.

I wish all contractors were as great to work with as James at Wicked! After our door broke, he was able to come by within a couple hours to fix it and did an overall tuneup as well. Knowledgeable, friendly and just plain nice! Highly recommended.

Very nice technician that my wife didnt feel pressured by. He didnt try to up-sale her at all. Amazed at how honest their pricing was. The technician was on time and he was fast enough that my wife was able to have everything fixed during her lunch break.
