Beautiful patio (when its not winter obviously.) Good place to be. Ive been going here for years off and on and its always a great time. They have the indoor area with the pool tables and fairly typical bar food but they do it right. Fries and dips are on point and they have smoked meats that are absolutely legit. I will keep coming back for a long time. I only wish their outdoor area was bigger as it can be full at times. They have a full bar and good beers on tap. 10/10 Utah bar. Customer service was amazing as well.

This is the best GameStop that I have been to.They have the best selection of Funko Pops Ive ever seen at a GameStop. I like to see what video games they have in stock. The person who I tend to see working there seems to enjoy his job and it makes the store more inviting.

Good sized store with a good selection of products. Service was great, and the employee working the store made me aware of their Memorial Day sales, but wasnt pushy. After I made my purchase, he and I had a nice chat about our respective games backlogs.

The store is clearly maintained and organized but is completely ruined by the employees there by being complete hustlers and continuously pushing you to buy little things warranties and also donating to charities and specifying that you do not want to do it but continue to persist and have the incompetence to not know that they are completely annoying and rude about it they need to understand that people have an opinion and dont need to buy certain things that they dont want stores great but service there needs some work maybe replacing certain employees would help

Jason had placed a sign on the door saying “back in 15 minutes” due to a bathroom break. Absolutely understandable since he’s the only employee. What is unacceptable is the attitude me and another customer received when after 29 minutes we knocked on the door and he came out saying “geeze I was in the bathroom” I stated we had been waiting longer than 15 minutes and I just had an order to pick up to which he replied “well it was definitely 11 minutes, I counted but what do you want” I don’t understand why GameStop employees are entitled to such an amazing attitude with their customers. It’s the main reason I never shop here and that gave me another reason to never come here again.

Its a game store. Better selection than you box stores, but hit or miss on pricing deals. I suspect it is due to manufacturer set pricing, but I dont game a lot so dont trust me over another reviewer.

I love GameStop the company itself has tons of great deals. However, the employee here was extremely pushy. The other day, I was just trying to buy one game and he kept trying to add on stuff. He kept going on about buying more stuff for about 15 minutes. He wouldnt stop, even though I said no thank you.Today, my husband and I came back to buy a used PS4 controller. It was the same employee working. When we asked, he said they didnt have any and they were all sold out. So, my husband asked if there were any at other locations. Quickly, he responded, No, they are sold out everywhere.He didnt even look it up for us. We ended up calling a few other locations, which in fact did have used controllers. We are never going to this location again! Super unprofessional and pushy.

For a game stop this is a great store. The customer service is awesome.. I drive by 2 other gamestops to get to this one.

I came there last week and it was my first time shopping at game stop. I went there for my little brother. So far everything was good until we were ready to buy. She asked for my ID which I was fine with but then she said “people need to stop coming here who are under 19” and that made me mad, she might not think that I heard her but I heard her 100%. She has blue hair but never got her name. After that comment she made we never ever came to that game stop ever again.

This store is no where near me but I keep coming back. The people here are awesome and super helpful. It’s hard to find customer service from genuine people, it’s not about the sale it’s about making sure you get what you want and being happy and not pushed into an unwanted sale. I’ve never left there unhappy or regretting my purchases.

Jason is the best GameStop employee in history, he was super helpful and I really enjoyed talking to him. 10/10 would recommend :)

Very nice staff and the store was very well organized.these guys have a decent selection of games including older console games i e PlayStation 3 which is what I went in for. There they do a deal where is long as the game is under 4.99 you can get 4 for 10 bucks and surprisingly they werent all trash games. Please with my experience and will be back to buy other stuff as they also sell pops and memorabilia

Waited in the store for about 20-25 mins and didn’t get any help. Wanted to purchase some turtle beach headphones and a fewGames. I never was greeted by the staff or told I would be assisted in any way. The person at the counter would just stare at me while waiting on hold on the phone. But would greet other customers coming in. Guess amazon can have my business from now on. The store wasn’t even busy.

It was great, good service and organized. But the reason I came there was to sell a PS3 with two controllers, HDMI, and a power cord. They offered $19.00 for all of it. Im better off on eBay.

Another GameStop of arrogant people. JUST BUY DIGITAL. I see no point in driving to some store to get treated like I’m dumb just to be sold the same thing for the same price, but the digital game follows you FOREVER. If you lose,scratch or break that disk you lose the whole game. This isn’t possible digital. Also their PowerUp rewards is a scam. You earn points to spend more money in their dying business. This is 2018 not 2000. The physical game era is over. Goodbye GameStop.

I love this store! I do not go to any other store. Huge shout out to Tory and Sienna, they have helped me out so much by helping pick out games and if need be looking at different stores for games that they dont have in stock.I recommend this store to everyone!

I dont have any particular beef with the company. However, one of the employees here seems kind of pushy. When my wife and I asked about used controllers (even at other locations), he insisted that those were all sold out. Felt like he was pressuring us to buy a new one.

It was okay got some nice Vulpix Pokemon socks but when I went to buy them I asked the cashier Id I could get protection for them like they offered for their games. No laugh just a flat no! :(

Basically my home away from home, this gamestop has never given me any trouble from buying games, to replacing any that didnt work like they should have.

Gamestop is so 2005, get your games online. But if you find yourself here make sure to check out Krav Reborn next door because its the best combat gym in the valley. Ask for Zach, hes the best and always psyched. Hell help you drop those snack pound and teach you the moves you pretend to do in your video game.

I think I encountered what may be possibly rudest GameStop Employee to have ever existed. All we asked was if the buy 2 get 1 free deal on used games was still going. He was such a smug jerk wad you would have thought I asked him for the world. How embarrassing to have an employee like that. Shocked my 10 year old.

The staff at this location, whether its day or night, has always provided excellent customer service, theyre friendly, and theyre always willing to help you out and never seemed to be put out. The staff at this location rocks and Should be the example for all locations for Gamestop.

Live so close that Im constantly there. All the workers are very friendly and as I have to walk with a cane, they are also very quick to get me out so Im not in pain standing there!

Best service at any Gamestop. Theyre also all Pokémon Goers and for canned food for the food bank, they can hook you up with Meltan box! These guys are legit.

The guys here are friendly and super helpful. Only giving it a 4 star because on a few occasions, theyve failed at calling me regarding preorder pickups. Once they even sold off my preorder..Edit:Changed from 4 stars to 5 stars.Theyve been amazing at making sure I know when my pre-orders come in. Along with the friendly staff, the management Jason and Rachel are amazing and have taken great care of me.

Back when there was a competing Game Crazy on the opposite corner of this location, I thought that Game Crazy had better services, yet still shopped here at GameStop because I felt like I was treated much better. Hopefully that same attitude is still around!

Horrible service. On Christmas I bought a ps3 controller but for some reason they keep the ps3 controller with a red lock, so I ask the person work for this store I like to but a controller and I like to see it and he told me the lock items have to purchase first before I can see it in even touch it. I couldnt believe it, I told him I will buy it but I need to see it first and he refused to show it to me.
