I worked at this store personally and its a shame to see how terribly the management was. They didnt put effort on hiring new people and I was the only one working for that location. (Keep in mind that I am not a manager) But yes, they stated many times that it was my obligation to work 5-6 days where I would work all day long while they scruff up someone who was free to fill in those days. The inconsistency and the inconsideration which I have seen is something that shouldnt have happened period. I suggest whoever is wanting to work here to look somewhere else unless you dont mind being worked to the bone and used like some tool. πŸ‘€

Waited in line for 20 min while the employee was helping the only other person in the store, a 60 year old man who wanted help setting up a brand new email account on his phone and also the ksl weather app and probably others before he finally asked if I needed anything. I said I wanted to upgrade my phone to either the iPhone 12 mini or the 13, to which he responded that they never have those in stock. I said ok never mind and he laughed at me, as if he thought it was funny that I thought they would have those phones. Helping that older man was a kind service, but not necessarily in his job description and when you have an actual paying customer waiting in line for over 20 min (with her 3 kids in tow) it would have been nicer for him to ask what I needed sooner so I didn’t sit there for forever with an impatient baby for nothing. Laughing at me was also not very professional. Just saying.

Amanda was awesome I lost my old phone and she helped me try and track it down. Unfortunately couldnt find it but she gave me a better deal on the new phone than what it cost for the old one. My wife and I went in to get her a new phone. Amanda went above and beyond in terms of customer service. She also gave us valuable information to to help our phones perform better and aided us in filing an insurance claim on my wifes phone. I also witnessed her and another employee provide excellent customer service to other customers.

I have been so happy with this store ever since they got a new manager. Amanda is so great! Her and Carlos are always so happy and the store always looks great. I am moving next month but I will still travel further to go to this store! Thank you for the fast friendly service you always provide.

Very Frustrating! I went into the store to get my grandkids phone, one to add on a new phone and one to upgrade his phone. I had to show the guy there that there was even a special for the new line and phone. Then the phone for the upgrade was double what it showed online. I had to order the phone upgrade online which came with no use guide and no plug! What s joke!

I went to this store to upgrade my phone which I have held off on doing for so long because the last time I lost so many important pictures and all my contacts. I was greeted by Amanda who reassured me nothing would be lost but what impressed me the most was she took the time to show me all of my choices. And after she had transferred everything to my new phone, she made sure I knew how to use it. This store is very friendly and they are so patient. I will definitely recommend this location to all my friends.

This store is usually pretty busy and its because the service is so great. I go to this store because it is right by house and at first when i saw the line of several people in front of me i almost turned around but they made sure to let me know they knew i was there and would help me out as soon as they could. The wait was not long at all and they were so friendly getting evweyone taken care of. I will continue coming to this store because even though i might have to wait a few minutes I always leave happier than when I arrived. Kerp up the good work Carlos and Amanda!!!

Been with cricket with a few years and have been just fine with it! Well my last phone was stolen, and so I decided to upgrade and get a new phone. I got there and they didn’t have the phone. The nice lady called manager who worked at the office. He went and picked it up and brought it. No biggy. Little annoyed that they didn’t have it in stock but that’s okay. I’ll wait. Well now comes for the terrible part. I had planned to just pay for the phone outright. I’d done it with my last few phones. Never had a problem. He started talking about a lease and I’m confused. I just kind of nod my head and go with it. Well the process took forever, and when I asked if I could just pay for the phone in the store, he told me no, and that I need to use the lease (this is the manager talking to me). I’m annoyed but not in a situation where I can leave. So I ask how much that would be per month and he just goes β€œyou can pay it off in three months or a year” that’s all. No details. Didn’t explain anything else. Didn’t explain to me that I would be paying more for the phone then I would have in the store. I finally get through the process and now just excited to have a new phone. He hadn’t given me the agreement until I left, and I had been at the store close to two hours, so I just headed home. It wasn’t till a few days later that my mom and I actually looked at the agreement. Progressive leasing explained to me the lease more, but said I didn’t need to go through them, and that the manager should have sat everything in front of me, and showed me the details instead of rushing me through. Called this location and the person was nice, but it was past the return date. He did explain to me that leasing it was not my only option and I could have paid for the phone in whole. Moral of all this, I was sadly mislead and if you go through cricket, make sure you aren’t screwed by the sales team and forced into something you didn’t want in the first place. Not sure right now if I’ll be going back to them the next time I am ready to update.

I bought 2 new phones that were $90 each. the woman was an excellent sells person. Unfortunately for her I was also a sells person and so I know all the tricks. She was very nice. However when I looked at my bill today it was $14 more than it was supposed to be. The woman had added on the insurance that I didnt want. I told her probably ten times that I wasnt interested in the insurance.Luckily I called cricket customer service and they fixed it. But that woman knew we didnt want it and she added it to our bill anyway. Im very upset. What else did she add to our bill that we didnt ask for? Id be very curious to find out how many other people this woman did stuff like this to.

I wouldnt take your business to this center they arent very friendly nor customer oriented at all... Not even the manager was very helpful she came off as a standoffish and very rude when I had asked for the companies complaint or feed backline.It there was a negative 1-5 they would have gotten a negative 3..Pretty sad when all I had to do is make a payment. Was looking at phone cases after but Im not gonna give them the satisfaction of taking my money

My husband and I came to this place to get me on a new phone plan. Let me tell you, the reps were so incompetent! Firstly, we didnt really feel valued. Yeah, they greeted us, but it was a forced greeting. Secondly, they didnt know anything. I gave them my Galaxy S4 to see if it could be Cricket compatible and it took them forever just to figure out the settings. They actually had a friend in who knew more about my phone than they did. Third, their mannerism and behavior was not professional. They made it seem like we were an inconvenience to them and both my husband and I got the vibe that they didnt want to help us. I was very dissatisfied. Their customer service actually made me not want to go through Cricket. Sure, they have the cheapest plans, but they have the worst customer experience.

I bought a LG Stylo 3 and nothing wrong with the phone but the case that attached to my belt broke very easy barely touch it to a chair and it broke twice, I accepted it was a piece of garbage they didnt make it and I was the dumb one who bought it twice; but when I ask them for glass for my phone I was told it would be in next Tuesday well that was a month ago lousy customer service. They seem like theyre not worried to fulfill the customer.

These people here are shady, unprofessional as hell, and will screw you over. I went into the store and purchased a lender phone which I was advised by Mia D and one other blonde girl there that I may return the phone and get a full refund in 30 days. I called the store to return or exchange the phone because the one they have me is terrible and the lady who answered wouldnt listen to me and tried to make it sound like it was my fault. I asked for a corporate number and the first one was wrong so then I called back and she gave me another which went to a voicemail. Is this really anyway to run a business? Completely unprofessional and unethical almost like you guys are trained to scam people for a measly 30$ lender phone

I just left there. Its my sons birthday and he wanted the IPhone X. (Ready to buy it) and also 2 more iPhones for me and . I was waiting for 15 minutes for assistance, however we needed to use the restroom the lady said we had to wait a little bit more, because the manager was using it (the bathroom) in kind of rude attitude. So another 7 minutes went by (in need of an urgency) When the manager finally came out he said, in a careless hay: we dont let propone use it. Go to Barbacoa. ...so I did. But also I went to another cricket store with $1800 dlls to apenas! Ciao!

Let me start by saying this location has been alright to work with in person. Hence the two star, as opposed to one star, review. My issue is that I am having a number of systemic issues after a hardware upgrade. After having hot spot functionality for the duration of my time with Cricket I am now being told I have to pay for the functionality. The feature is vital to me, has nothing to do with the hardware in use and is functionality I have always had. I will not pay extra to use a function of my hardware and the data from my existing plan. I will likely have to move to another carrier. Additionally I am now having to receive my group SMS messages and SMS messages with attachments across WiFi only as they wont move across my standard 4G LTE connection. That is also absurd and has zero to do with the hardware I work from. It appears to be a very disappointing end to what has been a perfectly amiable relationship for years. Time to start looking into other carrier options.

I tried going in the morning to try to do a return cause I had a bill come up I need to pay, and this location wont and couldnt do it cause of not enough money in the till, I think if they want to satisfy and please their customers they would go above and beyond to do whatever to take care of their customers but the manager of the store or anyone there didnt do that Im pretty livid
