We are thrilled with the flooring work from Adriens team at Floor Coverings International, Salt Lake City!Most of flooring companies in the area will come out to measure and then you have to look at samples in each of their stores verses the convenience of this company coming to your home with a mobile showroom, Adrien made it easy and fun to select new carpets throughout the house and decide on this beautiful natural hickory flooring!When we purchased the home, there were some hickory flooring that was stained when the home was built 2006 so not only did they add all new hickory flooring, it was sanded and finished perfectly to look amazing from the moment we walk into the home!We have had friends and family over since we moved into this dream home, everyone has complimented our custom flooring.We chose new carpeting with memory foam padding which feels amazing to walk on! We enjoy it in our home offices and our bedrooms, we especially love our staircase carpeting it adds unique style and this home is in no way a cookie cutter home, its our forever home.

I am so impressed with Adrian and his team. Everything about working with Floor Coverings was a fantastic experience. Before the project began Adrian made sure I understood everything that needed to be done before laying my new floors. He also brought product samples to my home to make the process of choosing the right flooring simple and didnt leave me guessing what needed to be ordered, it was all taken care of.I had recently purchased a townhome that had tons of squeaking in the subfloors and an entryway that hadnt been leveled. Soft carpet at a reasonable price installed with efficiency.We recently updated our basement; two bedrooms, hallway, and stairs. After receiving 3 different quotes we went with Floor Coverings International. The sales rep openly talked about the different carpets and pricing. Their carpet was soft and economical.The crew quickly ripped out the old carpet and pad. They were friendly. The install went well and only took a few hours total.After I noticed the tacks were sharp in some places on the stairs, they came out a second time and hammered them down.Thank you!

Honestly this would be a five star if it was based off of my experience with Adrian and his team! Unfortunately we didn’t work only with him, and had a poor experience with someone else. Adrian was quick, efficient, and had given us new carpet quicker than I had expected! We are so happy with everything we have seen so far and would highly recommend him and his services! My experience with FCI was fantastic. I have absolutely nothing bad to say. My quoted price was well below my expected budget and the installation happened a week sooner than I expected. The installation also happened so much faster than I could have asked for. I expected a couple days for installation of 1000 sqft of flooring, but the team that came out was extremely professional and worked very quickly. They had my flooring installed in four hours (from arrival to pulling away). I could not recommend this company highly enough, and my experience could not have been any better. I have included some before and after pics of the transformation from linoleum to my new luxury vinyl.

Great service from start to finish. Adrian didnt pressure me into anything during our consultation. He even recommended we do something in a different way that actually saved us money and looked 100x better! The project started on time and finished sooner than expected. We were very picky about our carpet and Adrian was great to work with. He had a no pressure approach and helped us look at as many samples as we wanted. I previously went to Home Depot for carpet. My experience could not have been easier. Adrian came to my home with samples of flooring I had described to him plus some other options. He had exactly what I had been looking for. And, he also had a Visualizer tool that I used to get buy-in on my decision by other interested parties...priceless.On the day of installation, Adrian and the team arrived half an hour early and got started immediately. The project was finished two days earlier than expected and is absolutely perfect. It looks just like the Visualizer had rendered. The installers were courteous, trustworthy, and perfectionists.

People would make appointments and not show up. If they did show up they went silent when I tried to follow up.Adrian came out for an estimate and even followed up to make sure I did not have any questions. Well, were literally speechless. We had about 7 estimates from different contractors and were glad that weve chosen Floor Coverings International for various reasons. Adrian were very professional from the beginning to the end. Unlike other contractors Floor Coverings International had great selection of luxury vinyl planks, by far better than Floor & Décor. Price point was great for the amount of work needed to be done (3 bedrooms with closets, 1 living room with closet, 2 bathrooms, and stairs). We had lots of furniture in every single room that I thought would be a big problem. We were replacing carpet, so removing carpet was big chunk of work. I honestly thought it would take at least a week to finish everything, boy I was so wrong. Irving and Martin are two great professionals finished 98% of the work in literally three days, with very minor few adjustments after that. Were stunned by the quality of work they did, just look at the pictures. Dont hesitate to hire Floor Coverings International for your floor installation where quality, integrity, honestly, and dedication are top reasons I would chose them again.

We had a plumbing emergency in our laundry room and after it was fixed we needed to replace the floor. The quote from Floor Coverings International was $300 less than straight linoleum - and they use better materials! Replacing the floor only took them 4 hours. I would absolutely use them again. Now the prettiest floor in the house is in our laundry room!

I can highly recommend this company. Adrian made an appointment and came to our home. He offered wonderful ideas for replacing our damaged wooden hickory flooring in the kitchen and dining rooms. I I have just loved my Denton Creek- Earthy Pine water proof vinyl. It is so beautiful and easy to maintain.The installation was so quick and easy. They did such a beautiful job. Their attention to detail was amazing. They moved all my furniture for me and reset everything back right where it was before. My room felt like brand new when it was finished! I would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone else.

I cannot say enough nice things about this company and its staff. Adrian is a wonderful representative of his company. I loved the fact that he brought his showroom on wheels to allow me to see the samples, from which I was able to find the perfect match to my needs! We enlisted Adrian and his team for a rather large flooring project. He was so helpful and knowledgeable in the products he carries and really helped me make the right decision for our needs/budget. You are paying a little more for a middle man to manage the project but I have to say in dealing with general contractors directly in the past this was worth every penny. I had communication, follow through and professionalism from both the office and from our project manager Jay. The end product is fantastic. I would recommend these guys for your flooring needs!

Adrian & team were excellent to work with on our flooring project. Everyone was professional and friendly, consult was thorough, prices were fair, installation was quick, finished product looked fantastic. We will definitely use them again for our future flooring needs.

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND Severe lack of attention to detail in almost every aspect of this project from major things like breaking up and removing flooring they were told not to remove (which released asbestos dust into the house resulting in time delays, major stress, and additional labor on the part of the owner of the house to get the asbestos cleaned and tested by an industrial hygenist); hundreds, yes HUNDREDS, of black marks, scapes, and dents left on the walls that were literally JUST freshly painted prior to hiring International Floor Coverings; to minor things like leaving lights turned on after they left in the evening and doors being left unlocked after their teams left for the night.They company did pay for the asbestos to be tested (the first test to determine what measures needed to be taken before the flooring was installed). Luckily the air quality test came back negative, but the dust sample test was positive for asbestos. I had to personally buy a HEPA shopvac and other cleaning supplies and spend many hours personally cleaning and washing every surface of the home after Floor Coverings Internationals above mentioned major screw up. This was a very VERY FRUSTRATING experience for me and while the Project Manager (aka proclaimed President of Floor Coverings International in the area) first mentioned the entire thing was his fault and he would take 100% financial measures to make it right, 1 week later he said they would only pay for 50% of the followup test to make sure the home didnt test positive for asbestos after the project was completed. VERY DISHONEST.The contractors they brought in to prep and also the contractors brought in to do the new flooring did a horrendous job at taking care of the walls, baseboards, and cabinets. This text box doesnt even have enough space for me to describe the entirety of how frustrating working with them was so I digress with: WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

Adrian came multiple times to our home to show materials and answer our questions. Polite, patient, and knowledgeable, he was willing to do what was needed to get our business, and gave us a good price.
