Website said Sunday 7.00 am to 7.00 pm get to store sign says at tire center 8.00 am to 6.00 pm change to correct hours on website needed.

Closes at 5 pm on Saturday. When they say their open until 7 pm.

Service was fine but supremely slow. I came to get a battery replaced and one windshield wiper installed. The place wasnt that busy when I arrived but I waited for 2 hours for something I could have done myself in 20 minutes.While I was there I overhead them say they had run out of high mileage oil for their oil changes. Sounds to me like the place just isnt that well organized.3 stars in spite of all that because the prices and value are great, the attendant was polite and helpful, and they told me over the phone that service can be slow on Saturdays, so the wait wasnt a complete surprise.

Great prices and pretty good service. You can shop for groceries while waiting and they simply page you when your car is ready. They created realistic expectations and met them.

I came in to see if I can get new tires. The guy that helped me out didn’t want to order me tires and kept telling me it was gonna take a long time and his shift was gonna end soon. Didn’t want to help at all and a very bad attitude do not recommend coming to this Walmart to change tires!! Doesn’t even deserve 1 star.

WOW really there should be an S.O.P. on work ethics at this PLACE! They put a new tire on a BENT WHEEL after me telling them I hit a curve hard enough to put a knot on the side wall of the tire.Will NOT RECCOMEND this this store to anyone.

The guys in the shop had a i dont care attitude. They told me they couldnt fix my flat when the nail was over 2 inches away from the sidewall. Said it was company policy well Im at another Walmart and they were happy to fix it for me and got it done quickly. Stop being lazy and get to work!

Came in for an oil change. There wasn’t a line. Was told that it would be 45 minutes. I’ve been here for 1 hour and 15 minutes now. And my car is said to have another 45 minute wait. One of the people in the shop was telling the person working the desk to send someone home or shut down the shop entirely. I was told one of the two people in the shop is not certified to be working in there. “They don’t know why he is here” said the guy working the desk. As I’m watching through the window there is a lot of standing around and they are not professional at all. I do not recommend doing service here. This is the worst oil change experience I’ve ever had.

Tire prices were decent. But I get here for the install and there are three cars getting worked on. Took 2.5 hours to do four tires. And they broke one of my tire sensors, which took even longer. This is one of the worst experiences Ive had with tires. Next time I will buy them and go elsewhere!

Terrible place. Went for a oil change they said 30 min to do it I waited 2 hours and the manager wasn’t there to own up that he took so long to “override it”, so my car was there for more then an hour done and they didn’t apologize or anything. Will not be going there ever again and I will let other know not to go there either.

Yeah, save yourself some time and hassle and AVOID THIS JOKE OF A BUSINESS. Tried to buy a battery and have them install it. Nobody wanted to help us find the correct battery, and then since it was almost closing time (by almost, I mean 55 minutes before close) they told us they couldnt change the battery, and 5 guys just stood around the 1 car in there. Just shooting the breeze. We changed it ourselves. Thanks for nothing.

I waited 45 minutes in a 3 person line (several people couldve been helped with simple things all at once). When I did get up to the counter, I gave the specs of my tires to be changed. The guy printed off the quote and left saying he had to put away batteries. In the middle of my transaction! I already knew what I wanted. I had to wait another 5 mins for him to return. Then, told me 15 minutes after waiting for them to change out my tires that it would be a two hour wait... Had they told me that, I wouldnt have stayed. Two hours later they asked me for my keys to bring it into the bay!! Are you kidding me?! Horribly ran auto center.

I had warranty and they wouldn’t apply it giving me all kinds of excusesI find a resolution at another location! This jordan Landing location is not professional at all

Terrible service. The tech tells me truth as the manger lies to me...Then even Sam clubs comes over to give you the parts you needed and you still say you can’t!The manger and the main tech verified they would work. And here we are!Thanks Walmart!!!

I went for a tire repair. A nail was about 1 1/2 in from the edge of my tire. The woman there stated it was too close to the side wall and they could not repair it, I would have to buy a new tire. This didnt seem right to me so I went elsewhere. Big o managed to fix it in 10 min.

I was asked to set up an appointment to have my tiers change. I got there on time and left for a little to give them time to work on it, 2 hours later they hadnt finish and when I asked them what was the point of making an appointment if they hadnt even started working on my car they told me they do not make appointments, and the person who asked me to was wrong. The person I believe was the manager was apologetic, but I spent 3 hours at a Walmart to get my car worked on.

Went in to have tires dismounted and mounted on new wheels. employee was completely rude didnt even understand what we needed until about the 5th time of explaining. Called a different Walmart and they answered with respect and talked with respect. Highly do not reccomend jirdan landing tire center!!!

Last week monday I had an amazing experience, although, it didnt start out like that. I had a flat tire on the freeway and I didnt have a Jack. My tire has custom rims, so it required a key to unlock it (I didnt have). 6 hours later I finally fix my tire. As i drove my car up to a red light. I found myself on the side of the road again with a dead battery. I got my car jumped and into the walmart auto department. When I arrived I was frustrated, tired and short on time because I had to pick up my kids in a couple of hours. I was amazed with the welcoming customer service I had received. Mr. Elric was the staff helping me. He was phenomenal. He assured me that my car was in good hands. He was very understanding about my situation and very knowledgeable about the service for my car. I was satisfied with my overall experience that I returned later the same day for an oil change. Thank you so much 😊

They promised to call when our order came in and never did. They told us they were too under staffed to help us. They ordered the wrong size, and promised to call again. Guess what... They didnt. when we came in the second time they were closed early! I work in deliveries and have missed five days of work for this! Its ridiculous!

If I could give this dump negative 1 stars, I would. We arrived mid day and they were not even busy. I pulled up to the lube lane and saw multiple employees just wandering around and looking at us. They acted like helpless dead lice falling off of someones head.We waited for nearly 10 minutes before I finally pulled off and laid on my horn at them.Customer service with quality does not seem to exist anymore. And Walmart is the personification of terrible service...

Extremely inexperienced employees! I had them mount tires for my skidsteer last year (Good experience). I brought back the exact same wheels and same set of new tires to be mounted this year and the young lady at the counter said their machine was not able to remove the old tires or mount the new tires???? I told her that they mounted the old tires last year???? They offered no solutions, other than implying that they dont know what theyre doing.

Terrible experience. Waited 2 hours to be told that they couldn’t fix my flat because it was a “side wall puncture” (it wasn’t). Told them to put it back on, so I could get a second opinion, and it took them another hour to get me my keys back because the lady at the front desk forgot. 3 hours for nothing. Jiffy lube got it done in 15 min.

These guys are lazy, first had a flat so I changed it and had spare on our van. So my wife went to buy a new tire. They took off spare and put new tire on the van but wouldnt put spare back under the van. Then oil change was declined because there was oil around oil plug and filter and they would be liable they said for something, its a 17 year old van, so went to another place.

No good service do not recommend it.... the Want to be tech have no experience and don’t know what there talking about..🤬

This is 0 star service, they should invest in new employees or walkie talkies because a tire change was ridiculous. No one should try to mount a tire on a bent rim especially when the true room is handed to you in the first place. First and last time I go there

Extremely poor customer service. I was told that it was a 40 min wait which I was ok with. Well it was an hour before they even pulled my car in for an oil change. And then they pulled it into a bay with out a oil changing bay. If they would have just said it was going to be longer then an hour to begin with, I would have just taken it somewhere else and this review never would have been made. The manager did come over and made it right. So I raised from one star to 3 stars.

I think 1 star is to much for those guys, they make a oil change for my car 8 month ago, now they say they cant do the oil change because the filter is too tight!Very experts them. Too bad quality service.

Do not buy warranty here they dont honor replacement they said they will prorate tire and they only give you little credit on the tire just buy tires 3 months ago

Save your money and go elsewhere they did this to my vehicle after messing with it for an hour and had me wait an hour..... total time wasted 2 hours. And tried to blame the dealership since they did the last service.........

This is the worst place ever. Everyone seems to always be on break. I waited 2 hours to get my oil changed and had to return a week later cause my car is leaking oil everywhere. Now I have to wait again to see what they did.

Went here for a headlight installment they ended up fixing the issue guess my connection was loose... so I didnt buy a 20$bulb will take my business here. I trust them.
