Employees are great about attending you. Asked for an employee to open the cage holding spray paint and was met with help right away. Clearance here is super good right now too. Plus the store was really clean and organized I feel like a lot of other locations arent as clean and organized. 10/10 recommend this location

Quality of product never comes into question, biggest issue lies with their prices. You can definitely get the same Quality of product for far less. In my own shopping around with craft stores almost 50% less with some products. Do better Michaels.

I love this Michaels. Its my happy place. The employees are so sweet, helpful and I always leave with a big smile because it seems like they always have a great cashier working. Its also very clean and organized. When I order for pickup, its remarkably quick. Ive been coming here for 4 years and have never had a negative experience.

Great store, always find what Im looking for. Only problem I have is staff doesnt really know what you are talking about when you are asking for certain products. This isnt because the arent trained properly but more of an age issue. Young people just dont sew or craft as much and this tends to make them unfamiliar with many items.

Michaels is a great place to get all your arts and craft needs. They also have a good variety of season decor. It can be a little over priced, but there are usually deals going on, and if you download their app you can get great coupons.This location is always well stocked and organized. This place has a lot of fond memories. I have gone here a lot when I was younger. They have a great selection of different arts and crafts stuff. The customer service had always been great. I will return and continue doing business.

Theyre kind of rude. They hate it when we go in like even an hour before closing. Never ask us if we need help finding anything etc. Like if you want to get out of there maybe take my stuff up to the register and start ringing it up that might get us out of here faster. But no you choose to give my mother and I dirty looks and pester is on the intercom every five minutes lol.

I get all of my framing needs here and most times it’s great. Sunday’s I’m imaging they have a skeleton crew to include Covid isn’t helping I’m sure. But.....And associate with an ear piece couldn’t get my pictures for me. She did call someone up but she was right there and kindly explained she couldn’t go back there and retrieve something that was already paid for.Great service just unnecessarily having to wait because the associate isn’t able to or didn’t want to get the pictures.All feedback is good feedback

Nice & clean, walking down the isles gets your imagination going of all the fun things you can do with your kids and family! Could spend hours there! But than i wouldnt have any money lol... Well organized, everything seemed to be well stocked. Good endcap and middle displays of crafts/projects and new items. Found what we were looking for easily. Only staff was up front but we didnt need them for this trip. We purchased drawing materials/pencils and watercolors. Also, took a long look at the 3 aisles of Cricut materials and branded materials.

Great place to go looking for crafting and baking supplies. They always have a lot of high quality options.

Typically I love Michaels, but last night I was treated very poorly at this location and won’t be returning. I know one customer doesn’t make much of a difference but I easily spend a few hundred dollars here a month that I will now be spending elsewhere. I wish I would have gotten the girls name who ignored me for 15 minutes but I was too frustrated.

I have a love hate relationship with Michaels. Theyre charging $300 for markers that should only be $120. They over price so many things! I would recommend going elsewhere for art supplies and only come here as a last resort!

Best in store framing shop EVER! They have done some very old delicate pieces for me and it turned out AWESOME !!!!

I went online to order a custom frame to hold my mothers three degrees. The interface was a bit difficult to navigate and use, and I had to put in the special instructions that I wanted three openings in the frame since the website did not give me that option. When I got to the store to give them the degrees to frame, the employee there, Tamara, was incredibly helpful and gracious in making sure that the frame was to be built to my expectations. She could not have been more helpful and kind, and the frame turned out beautifully! Will definitely keep them in mind if I ever need to frame something else.

We went here to get fake flowers to match my wifes Bridal boutique. The flowers were wonderfully organized. 1 flower we needed was sold out, but they called another one of their stores and had them look for it for us. The other store had it and pulled it to be ready for us. Completely above and beyond for us.

This Michaels is ok. I had a return, the cashier wasnt sure how to do it. She figured it out, but what I didnt appreciate was no communication with her. She was talking on her headset to someone the whole time. She didnt look like she wanted to be there besides that. No hi, no smile, no thanks for coming. Very rude. Think I will go to the other Michaels from now on.

I love this store! It doesnt matter if youre a professional artist or just playing around you can find what you need to do it and more. The only thing i would take a star away for is price and they keep climbing faster than ever before.

This location is ok, but not great. As other reviewers have pointed out, staff are not as friendly or helpful at this store when compared with other locations. I recently stopped by both this location as well as the Riverton store for some Christmas decorations, and while Riverton had a few empty aisles with new layouts (which made it look like they had given up on Christmas and were already moving on to something else)... but at least they had a good selection for the items that were there.This store looked like they ran out of everything and hadnt bothered to restock anything at all. Lots of empty shelves and racks in the midway. Even the ceramic village displays were empty shelves, save for two or three remaining items and a couple displays for items you couldnt purchase, which is insane for early December.Finally, this location has added directional arrows to enforce social distancing, but customers dont seem to follow them at all and employees neither follow them or enforce distancing. In fact, one employee nearly ran into me while I was backing out of the way of a customer who was ignoring distancing and was trying to push a cart past. All in all, not a great experience. Sticking to other nearby locations is a better bet.

The Christmas supplies were incredibly discounted and great for after the holiday shopping. The planner section was also extremely large and well priced with a ton of items on discount! Got my new planner for the new year and couldnt be more excited!!! I also unfortunately forgot my planner items at the register after I bought them but I called and they gladly gave them back!!! They you for the great service and price!!!

Horrible customer service! I placed an online order for curbside pickup. I specifically chose West Jordan because a friend of mine lives in the area and was picking the order up for me. When she got there she was told they couldnt find the order so I gave her the order number. They still could not find the order. I told her that they can call the other stores to find out where my order was.Sidnee heard this because we were talking on speakerphone and she said theyre no longer allowed to do that she also said they were very busy. Shame on you Cassie for implementing such a rule . I called the Midvale store and the girl there was more than happy to help me. She did find my order and told me that they were having issues with their system and that they had received orders from many different areas including Arizona. She was a shocked as I was to learn that West Jordan is not allowed to call other stores. Thank you Midvale store for providing excellent customer service and I will be doing more of my business with the Midvale store and making everyone I know aware of the variety of issues with the West Jordan store.

I love this place. I was looking for selica sand which dries and preserves fresh flowers. I checked with other art and craft stores and they didnt have it but Michaels did. They knew exactly what I needed, they were quick to answer my question, knowledgeable and kind. Ill go there for my all my craft needs.

Went here for my first time just to pick up an order and I will definitely return again. I usually visit the West Valley Location which is nice as well. The woman at the service desk who helped with my pickup order was incredibly kind fast and efficient. Talking to Michael’s employees is like talking to a friend!! Very impressed ☺️

As always, Michaels is great. walked in for 2 things came out with 10. They are slightly higher priced than other places for basic crafting needs but for hard to find items are tip top with out waiting for Amazon. Just wish the aisles were a little wider. It can be difficult to navigate them if you have a cart and 2 people want to pass.

Art supplies can be very expensive, so Im so happy we have 3 different Michaels locations in my area! The app is great and easy to use and their marked prices are lower than anywhere Ive been. I am a fan of Mixed Media, so my only note would be to please offer a larger variety of Tim Holtz Stencils, stamps and everything else!Great customer service at each location and they all offer classes, which I cant wait to try! I love how much craft stuff this place has. Id come more often if it wasnt so expensive. I wish theyd let me use a coupon I got in the mail for 30% off regular price purchases and the 50% off coupon on one regular priced item together in one transaction. Instead I bring a family member so we do the transaction separately.Also Ive found that their price tags on the shelves are not always correct. Its happened with a couple items recently. Fun store to wander tho!

Each time I go here something disappointing happens. On one occasion they couldnt take credits cards (cash only). I talked to 4 different employees during the time I was there and not a single one told me it was cash only until I went to check out. Another time I went used multiple coupons with no problems, went back the next day and the cashier refused to use more than one coupon, even argued with me over it. The employees are not very friendly and the selection of yarn is miserable.

The employees often dont know what products they have and or where they are located. Otherwise once I am able to find what I am looking for its a great store.

Yarn sale after yarn sale and they cant stock the place with yarn I need. A sale tends to indicate a surplus, and the demand for a certain type of yarn seems high. I have 2/3rds of a blanket I cannot finish because I cant get the yarn. I just ordered it online and its coming a truck from New York. See it next week I hope.

Great store they almost always have what I need for a craft. Close and convenient location in West Jordan. The employees are always excited and happy to see all the customers. The shelves are always well stocked the store is always neat and tidy.

The reason this place gets 5 stars is because of an employee either named Mira or Mindy. She was very helpful to my husband, unlike the other employees working there. She knew her stuff and gave her recommendations to him on what to use even going as far as what paint brush would be best for his project he was working on. Not only was she helpful but she was a delight. We ask another employee a question and they had no idea or even much emotion. We went back to Mira/Mindy and she helped us out real quickly. We would drive back here, we live in Sandy/Draper, just to talk to Mira/Mindy.

Excellent seaweed salad and the sushi is very fresh.The staff is very knowledgeable and willing to educate about sushi and how to eat it.Great service every time.This time I got the Playboy Roll, Vegas Roll and the Sunrise Roll. All great choices, even for my teenage daughter who is pretty sensitive to the fishy tastes.

This Michael’s store has the best customer service. I was returning an item that was the wrong size. I had accidentally brought the wrong receipt and when the cashier asked to see my ID, I realized I had left it at home in my other coat pocket. Instead of telling me I’d have to come back another time, she let me exchange the item for the size I needed.
