New manager Leisa is a pleasure. She gives great customer service and goes above and beyond to help customers. Store is clean and organized. A great place to shop. Cashier was polite friendly and quick.

Ever since the new manager Lisa started, all the long time good employees quit. Shes a bully! Looking to get her own kind in that store. I wont shop there ever again

This is one of the best dollar Trees on Long Island.The store is clean and the shelves are clean and organized.Did I mention that the store is clean.

They have everything but a telephone cord for the fax machine.I was able to find useful things for the home like glassware, sanitizing products, screen cleaners, and cell phone holsters that are 5x more expensive at gas stations, Staples, and Best Buy.Also picked up some pre V-Day chocolates for my work from home boss to cheer her up a bit after a long and stressful day.For the telephone cord, head to Staples!

Dollar tree west Islip is a big store and have lots of products to chose from,All I have to say is that not all stores are run the same.Some lack cleanliness assortment of product bad service.

I was at this store around 2:20 today and the manager Nicole was so rude. The way she spoke to us customers on the loud speaker like we where children and was reprimanding us. I have never felt so disrespect in my life. She was rude to ever customer that was in there. Then she was on her phone while she was ringing people up and talking about us customer. If this is how you train your managers then I will no longer shop in your stores.

I donot usually leave reviews for these places, but here I feel it is a must. There seems to be a lack of professionalism in this store; not too long ago I came in on a weekend afternoon to get a soda and some chips, and I found myself in a line that reached the back of the store. In spite of this management only had two registers open. Many customers that I saw seemed very unsatisfied with the amount of registers open. In fact I believe only about 5-6 employees were at the store total with a majority of them not cashiering . Some family friends of mine have also tild me that one of the younger managers tends to antagonize customers she doesnt like, and theyve gotten into arguments with her.Although the prices for the things they sell are good and its cleaner then the Bayshore DT, I donot believe that shopping here is a satisfactory experience, especially on weekends and peak hours. The lines tend to be overly long and management seems to do little to nothing about it. I also believe that the aforementioned manager should be replaced with someone more competent and respectful so customers actually would like to come to store and not be belittled. I believe if they can do these things the store would be much better.

This is my preferred dollar store. Always clean and everything is $1

If there was an option for 0 stars I would. Where to start the on duty manager Nicole is so rude she banned me from the store because my husband had an altercation with her they accused him of stuff he didnt do they treated my husband and I like garbage since we started shopping there and she has her employees follow us around and tell us the cant help us. I call corporate about the situation they never contact me back or even show any type of care toward the customers.

Really big and has just about everything I need. Some of the frozen food is big name brand and reliable for only a dollar. The household items, kids yours and especially seasonal decorations are my go to things for this store. Love it

This Dollar Tree is the real deal. Even when they are short handed you see the teamwork! One of the best stocked Dollar Tree and staff.

Always something to buy in the dollar tree. Each location can be hit or miss on cleanliness and stock. This one in West Islip is always well kept and well stocked. Worth a visit.

This is one of the best Dollar Trees around I love these girls they take care of the Isles keep the store clean...Mary is amazing she helps you with no matter what you need shell walk with you to find it... Donna at the register is just a sweetheart the store is clean and always full of merchandise. I have one in East Meadow & Levittown that I dont go to the stores are filthy the shelves are empty the people are nasty Ive complained about it many times I go back after a couple of weeks and still the same. I go to this one in West Islip because my aunt lives in Bayshore. Ive been going to this dollar store for many years and I will continue to go.... thank you ladies and to the manager good job!!!!!!
