I have bought a New car and waiting for the new license plates for two months. Called couple of times and finally someone called back saying it was delivered one month ago without any signature. Spoke to the manager Mike and saying I have to go to motor vehicle and fix it myself. They didn’t want to fix the mistake they have made by putting my old address. No apology at all. Here’s the paperwork and try to fix it by yourself. Won’t give me a temporary plate now and I can’t even drive my car. They don’t care. Won’t be shopping there again.

I went in for a routine oil change and rotation of tires. The service person was extremely pushy and convinced me to do a wheel alignment on a LEASE that is only 2 years old. I purchased my vehicle from a different location. I am extremely disappointed. When I tried to stop the alignment, I was told the car was already being worked on. (I literally called 1 minute after) NEVER AGAIN. Please stick to regular mechanics.

I just called this dealership and was looking to have someone in sales call me back. I was told rudely to visit their website I began to say I was looking for some more information thats not fully explained on your website but couldnt even get those words out. As the person answering in the service department said NOOOOOPE over my words. I understand social distancing and all during these times. But you would have been able to sell a $38,000 vehicle this weekend by just answering a few questions on the TELEPHONE.

Came in for 30k service and NYS inspection. Two hours later I leave. When I get home I realize they didnt put on the new inspection sticker! I drive back, the valet takes my car back in, another 30 minutes and again on my way. No sorry for your inconvenience. Lack of any customer service. What a mistake buying from these people.I will add this: After I placed the review I was contacted about my service by text. They didnt know about the review. As you can see there is no concern or apology. My last response which they didnt answer was 5 hours ago! They need a crash course in customer service!

I am beyond done with this place and any Toyota service department for that matter. These dealerships are the biggest rip off when it comes to repairs. The final straw for me was my latest repair, a new tire pressure sensor. I was charged a whopping 356.00 to replace 1 tire sensor! The part costs 100 dollars, thats fine. But over 200.00 labor!!??? Almost 2 hours of alleged labor to install a sensor in a tire??? Would it be an entire days worth of work if I needed all 4 replaced? Its no wonder their waiting area is no where near where they fix your car. This way you have no idea of actual labor time on your vehicle. They can tell you anything and clearly they do. They also always get you by telling you that its 140 dollars or something similar to just diagnose your vehicle. So by doing that they put you in the position that you almost always have to go ahead with the repair. If you decline the repair because of the cost or any other reason, you just threw away 140 bucks. From buying a new car, to get getting it serviced and the constant up-selling they do, the greed never ends in these dealerships. Do yourselves a favor and just find a good local mechanic. If you want Toyota parts, you can always request that from a local mechanic or just go to Toyota and get the part you need.Update: I called a mechanic recommended in my neighborhood and asked him what I would be charged to diagnose and replace a tire sensor. He told me it would be 135.00 including the part and it was 1/2 hr of labor. It just further proves how Toyota rips off their valued customers. I also called the service director of Atlantic Toyota as per his request on this review. He didnt answer and I left him a message with my phone number. Its now 5 days later and still no call back. Thats how much they value their customers opinion and want to do everything in their power to make it right. Their words not mine. Obviously just their usual cookie cutter response to any negative review. All they care about is money.

They provide false and misleading information in order to sell you the car with no option to let you specify what you really need and not what they want for their commission.Finance department was eager to sell you extra services that you don’t really need without properly telling you that this is just an option. They really want to make sign everything and not to provide any solution afterwards.

After what we went through yesterday, I should give no star at all. we went to this place to lease a car, we have a bad experience with I believe he was a supervisor or a manager who have a attitude since the beginning of the negotiations thinking been rude he will convince to pay Moore money for the car, at the end when I say no to his ridiculous deals that he was proposing he just get up from the table and leave

I must say I regret buying a second Toyota and now I feel a stronger regret after dealing with the service department so many times. I came in for an oil change with a new car and had to come back 3 more times because a tire pressure sensor would not reset. After receiving the car back from repair/manual reset of the sensor, three days later a tire explodes while I am driving on the highway. The tires are almost new!!! And now I am forced to buy a new tire because it’s not covered of course. I am now terrified of driving my new car! When should I expect the other 3 to explode?! I cannot help but feel that the constant tire pressure issue has something to do with this. Otherwise Toyota uses the cheapest tires possible. Because how is this possible.

I am currently sitting here for an 8:45am oil change appointment. I was told I would be out within an hour when I set the appointment by phone. When I arrived they told me the oil change would take about an hour or an hour and 20 minutes. At 3 hours in I am being told it will be another 20 minutes to half hour because “it’s hot in the service area so it takes longer.” Additionally charging $80 for this service, which anywhere else is about half the price, makes for a completely dissatisfying experience. Although I purchased my vehicle here I won’t be back, if I ever get to leave with my car today.

Extremely pushy. I went in for an oil change and the service salesman tried to get me to add so many different services, he had my head spinning. He pointed out that my inspection was due this month and he asked if Id like to get my vehicle inspected while I was there. I explained to him that my friend owns a shop and I would be getting the inspection there. Then he went on to point out that my windows were tinted and that my friend couldnt legally pass me. So, what was he going to do? Scrape my sticker off and then tell me I couldnt pass inspection because of my tint? Be careful of the snakes there.

The employees here are very helpful and kind but every time I have taken my car for maintenance something has been left wrong. Ive had to either return to the dealer to get it fixed or Ive had to do it myself.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE service when it comes to getting your car serviced, i’ve been waiting for a loaner car for about TWO WEEKS. when i called the first time on 10/21 to change my tire (because it’s sliced) i asked to fix my rims as well since i am paying rims and tire repair, the lady who answered the phone was rude and didn’t explain how anything worked all she said was “ill give you a call back after i speak to a representative” THREE days later i call and am told that i was put on a waiting list and that they’d call me back early next week. i called on a thursday10/24 now it is 10/31 and i call for the third time and am told that loaner cars come and go so if someone goes in with a concern that they get the car????? why am i waiting for two weeks to get my tire fixed.

Very Bad Service. I had coolant and transmission fluid changed. They put wrong coolant( blue coolant on a Toyota Camry) and dirty burnt transmission fluid. When I pointed out, I was told that they dont carry blue coolant( which is blatant lie on face of a customer). About the transmission, they did not even want to talk to me about it. The person tried to hurt me by pulling down my car hood when I was hold it and threatened me not to go to that service centre again.I doubt if they have any Toyota parts with them. Cheap coolant and burnt used transmission fluid ??? They even told my car had blue coolant on it even though my reservoir had pinkish fluid in it before they serviced. Within a month, my car was smelling acetone/alcohol smell and I was told by a local mechanics to change the coolant and transmission ASAP.I did a survey by calling and asking different toyota centres including this one --- And I was told by each and every service centre that they do carry blue coolant.I cant imagine people can stoop to such immoral, unethical level.

I would give negative stars or 0 stars if I could. Horrible experience. They keep you waiting. Never offered gap insurance. Lied about car having a remote key for car and never was compensated. No accountability from anyone. STAY AWAY AT ALL COST

Whenever my wife or I go here, we are treated extremely well. We have our car maintenance done here and nowhere else.I have had the pleasure of dealing with several quality service advisors here over the years but have built a trusting relationship with Timothy Keehner.I have been going to this dealership for almost a decade and always request for Tim to advise me on what is needed for my cars. He is not only knowledgeable but even more importantly, he is honest. Bringing a car in for maintenance can be a hassel but Tim and Atlantic Toyota make it as convenient as possible.Saturday mornings are busy to say the least but there are plenty of copies of Newsday to read, TVs to watch, bagels and muffins, coffee, tea and hot chocolate and a roomy waiting area. I often bring a laptop to do work at one of the desks in the waiting room, complete with free Wi-Fi.We request that Jeremy work on our cars as he takes the time to explain what work was done, why it was done and what we may need to be aware of at the next service appointment. I feel safe and secure when leaving the dealership knowing that he has worked on my wifes car.Between Tim and Jeremy, I know my car and I are going to be treated extremely well.Maintaining cars through dealerships can have a bad name because of the cost associated with original factory parts and having to pay factory trained technicians but I always leave knowing that I was treated honestly and that I paid a fair price for top quality work.
