One of the only studios in the area with multiple prenatal class offerings, and these as well as all the regular classes that Iโ€™ve attended are taught by very experienced, thoughtful yogis. Not like the 20-year-olds imparting wisdom at y7 while admiring their own yoga butts in the dimly lit mirror.

I signed up for a free intro week and was only able to attend one class as my schedule got slammed. I wasnt impressed with the class, and asked for a do-over intro week, but was told thats not possible, but was offered to buy a weekly all-access, or monthly pass. Im unlikely to spend more here since I was not impressed the first time. I was a loyal customer at my old studio, regularly buying monthly passes, so this is a pretty easy thing for YogaWorks to offer for a potential big gain. Disappointed!

What a shame! So excited to go to yoga and was so deeply disappointing. Poor sequencing, no personal attention (I went with someone who was very tight and needed alternative pose recommendations - he got none), dirty and run down studio - I rarely have done a worse class. Come on hollywood employ some better teachers and clean the floors!

Very friendly front desk staff. Not a lot of amenities or at the studio which is fine if the class is good. In all fairness I have an injury and so I wasnt really able to keep up with the flow that I took which was an advanced flow. The thing that bothered me is the fact that the teacher never asked my name or asked if anyone was new in the class. Her attitude was like she didnt really even want to be there she rushed through the class and ended 5 minutes early no enthusiasm whatsoever. Also, they said this was a heated class and I didnt really feel any heat. Again, I do think that when somebody is clearly new... the teacher should introduce herself or ask at the beginning of the class if theres any new students and if so do you have any injuries she didnt bother an app that I didnt care for

YogaWorks is a chain of yoga studios that is very convenient for me -- I love the yoga rooms and many of, but not all, of the teachers. I am giving the studio 3 stars because of the following factors... Their class packages are expensive, they only make it affordable if you pay monthly and only attend their studio at least twice a week. I go to another studio as well, because of my lifestyle, and they sell a ten class card for half of what YogaWorks does. Additionally, they behave in the manor of a health club with lots of little rules related to retail purchases and yoga memberships that undermine yogic philosophy -- this, in turn, has negatively effected my yoga practice there. I recently purchased a mat towel and was told there would be no discounts or sales regarding that particular product. Less than a week later I received an email on my birthday saying that I would get 20% off of any and all retail products. When I asked about possibly getting the 20% of the mat towel I bought I was told no, that the discount would only be given for something I bought on my birthday extending for a week after. These little rules, so easily changed in order to create quality customer service would enhance the experience I have at the studio, but in turn I am sadly ready to walk away and go to another studio -- there are many. It is a shame when yoga chains behave in a health club membership manner, because it isnt about yoga anymore.

Really disappointed. A very anonymous lesson. Without pranayama or mantra. Not even an om at the beginning or end of the lesson. And even the lesson ended 5 minutes earlier, not admissible if you charge 1 hour for class for 25 dollars. Dirty bathrooms, changing rooms too. And the rental mats are made of a non-slip material, blocks and belts not with a good smell. Beautiful location shame about the offer and everything else. disappointed
