Plenty of parking underground, very helpful staff, and it’s in one of my favorite parts of town.

Was looking for scented oil to burn for room fragrance but the selection/variety was slim compared to Walmart. I noticed they had room spray, but it isn’t the same as the oil. As for the customer service- I didn’t find it very appealing for three people to be standing around near the front. Two of them were having a conversation (Tony and some other worker who was a female). The third, Antonio, acknowledged me by eye contact but no verbal dialogue. I was curious why three employees were there and what their position was. Overall, the experience was alright. I bought a tea to quench my thirst since I couldn’t find what I went in there for initially.

I NEVER HATED TARGET SO MUCH!! I bought a MONTH old expired celery and juiced it.. than drank it! Stomach blew up and felt super nauseous and slept all day after reading the expiration date. They were so rude about it and threw me over a $10 gift card after dealing with it and said they couldn’t do anything about it over than that.

In the Boca Park store with a full cart, one cashier open. I went to the self check, while reminding myself that a few times this year, I resolved to not shop in your stores any longer., but forgot! There were employees standing around chatting, but no one to open up, seems to be a business plan now, because Ive experienced it repeatedly in the last year or so. I have stopped the insanity, i will not ever step inside a Target store again. After experiencing this many times as well, my Daughter only shops your drive up, she will not shop in store again either. Whats worse, is your prices are on the higher side, i would expect this in a discount shop!

What a nice experience! It was clean. People were courteous. Most items were in stock. After everything going on in the world, this Target has come thru with everything a customer expects from a store. Still spending $174, I left there completely satisfied with what I needed.

The items I wanted were all available and I was able to get in and get out fairly quickly since I used self check out.

I shop at this Target store all the time. The employees that work there are always very friendly professional and courteous. I always noticed the store being cleaned and well-maintained. You can tell a store cares about their customers by the way they keep the restrooms. And the restrooms are always clean. Target carries a large selection of merchandise at very reasonable prices. Im a member of the target Circle Club and I use it all the time at checkout for added discount.

Definitely my favorite Target in LA, its huge and has everything you could want or need from Target. Parking lot is underground and fairly easy to find parking, though they really need to install some EV chargers.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would the cashier simply wasn’t trained well I got my hygienic stuff bagged in the same bag as the baby food I bought when I came home the whole cleansing wash spilled on the food it’s just common sense to bag them separately !

This Target has cut the number of lanes open to get people to use self check out which seems to always have an issue that requires help from a staff member anyway. Also, the website sometimes says something is in stock (in large quantities even) yet is completely missing from the store. Technology!

This store is allways a mess compared to other Targets. Shelves are disorganized & half empty at best.

When I was exiting to pay a young man was quick to help me and answer my question at the self check out.

It’s fine. It’s a fine Target. I’m only writing this to say if you think you’re going to do in store pickup to avoid spending time around other people in Target... don’t. You’re going to spend time around other people in Target. Get the curbside pick up. In store pickup doesn’t mean you walk in grab your stuff and walk out. It means you walk in, stand in line watching 3 people trying to figure out how to do a return at the pickup spot for some reason, and then finally get your stuff. It’s not a good setup.

This is one of my fav place to shop and its also one of the more organized stores. Literally, you should just move in, like Al Bundy did with Peg 😂 However, if the people could be a bit more helpful and tactical, I could have given it 5 stars. Some customer service room to improve, Target.

I am livid! I took the kids to target to shop for toys. They both picked out a new minecraft lego set. When we got to the cash register the cashier told us it was not available for sale until tomorrow!! Why would you put toys out for kids to see that are not available for sale???? That is just plain mean.

This was the third Target drive up I have been to. The West Hollywood drive up attendant was waiting for me when I pullled up. She was polite, fast and efficient. Best service out of all the Targets I have been to. Target drive up is much more convenient and organized compared to Walmart. Thumbs up Target!!

I love that I can get so much done in one stop. I picked up a prescription, got my flu shot and did my shopping. I also love Target reward. I got a $5 coupon and a birthday reward.

Great style and selection. The store is generally pretty uncrowded during the day. Elevators back to the garage get crowded and they should put a monitor on those, otherwise, they are taking full precautions and watching customer spacing.

4/17/20. Why did I see many people in the store (La Brea & St Monica) not wearing his/her mask so that it covered nose and mouth yesterday? Now that there is a mandate to wear a mask to enter the store cannot the clerks remind people to keep the mask positioned properly while they are shopping? These people are wearing their masks around their necks! I hope management reads these reviews and takes appropriate action.

The employees at this target are always very nice. Im always able to ask somebody if I am having trouble finding something. They have very cute stuff - home goods, clothing, etc. They also have a nice selection of frozen vegetarian food. Target is a great place to go when you need detergent and a new outfit.

My order was waiting for me to arrive for drive-up. The team member that assisted me was positive and friendly; this means a lot during these stressful times.

Store policy does not allow people to you their own mobility devices for arthritis. securities priority is to track down and shame people riding personal disability scooters at 5mph in store for three seconds when nobody is around. wouldnt give me his name. it bothers me their job is so useless they felt they had to bother me about gliding on it for a couple of seconds and they dont have medical options

They have everything!

While fairly close to where I live, which is obviously convenient, problems abound at this location. For starters, there is no parking lot. Yes, there’s a garage, but it only allows 1-hr parking. Worse still, shoppers aren’t allowed to haul their purchases in a shopping cart to their car. (Good luck with those 6-8 bags of groceries you have to carry by hand to your vehicle!) Oh, and it’s situated on the second story, so if you’ve parked on the street, getting your purchase down the stairs or escalator and hauling them down/across the traffic-filled LA streets to your car requires Olympic-level endurance. One more thing: if you have your elderly aunt with you (which I often do as I’m her only caregiver), all of the aforementioned issues only become MORE problematic. (This location is most decidedly NOT an elderly-friendly one!)

There is one guy who always by complete chance rings us up and I wish I remembered his name - he has kind of interesting looking hair (half long half shaved if I remember correctly?) And he is always very helpful and kind. We had him as our cashier for the third time in a row now and he always ends our visit with a smile! 10/10

I feel fortunate to live a block away from Target, my go to store, to get a lot of items. I also prefer the feeling of brick-and-mortar retail. I like to be able to ask in person, to see people shopping, to see life, to physically see what I might purchase, and to see new things that I didnt know I wanted. I wish Target would place a National TV spot regarding the importance of shopping in person. Anyway, Thanks Target and Target Peeps for keeping me stocked!

The West Hollywood Target is the best store in the Franchise; the sales associates and customer service team always go the extra mile, to make sure customers are satisfied!

Your typical Target, except it was on the second floor. The staff were helpful and courteous. Which was good because it was extremely hard to find lip balm as well as umbrellas. My cashier was an older gentleman and very friendly and engaging. I went back there today to pick up a frying pan, laundry detergent and some low sugar Bolthouse juices.

This is a decently sized (not a City Target) store where you can find just about everything on your list, with a better than most home decor section than some others in the city. Its usually pretty busy and parking can be a pain - I recommend going down to the second level if you dont want to worry about parking or getting out of the garage when you leave.

I love the products and prices. This store is usually nice and are clean, well lit and put together. USUALLY. Some of the beauty aisles are NEVER stocked and have items in the wrong places and with the wrong prices, often ringing up at a higher price (check your receipts). Stock your products!

The pick up service is terrible. The app to pick up your merchandise doesnt work underground to tell the store youre there so whats the purpose of having a service like this??? Makes no sense. My item wasnt ready when I went to go get it after the email said it was. I even used the feature to let them know I was headed to the store. The employees took forever finding me another one on a shelf. Wont use their app pick up service again.

Each time, no matter how long the line is or how complex my purchase is she goes out of her way to accommodate all of my needs, teach me how to better use on-line app, inform me of the price matching and always with such grace, calmness, knowledge and intelligence. I thought she was one of the store managers. She definitely should be!

The Drive Up transaction too way to long and too interactive with the associate! I had the bar code ready to be scanned on my phone and the associated said something wasnt working so I had to go on Targets wifi and do all these steps for him to scan my phone. The entire transaction was way too stressful and inconvenient. I will never do this again at West Hollywood and highly do not recommend you offer this service until you can figure out the logistics!

Really great customer service. Nice employees, and great products. I dealt with an Eddie and he was really nice. Zach was very helpful and went above and beyond to assist us. Marq was also very helpful in the frozen section.

Good service, quality products, and great prices

The Customer Service rep at the desk was friendly (smiling immediately and welcomes you in clearly as you wait in line), she was prompt, she was helpful (I couldnt log into my Target account but had my ID and she processed my order), and she showed consistent energy. I manage people in hospitality, she had all of the criteria that you demand of your front-facing high-impact customer service staff. While it isnt consistent, Target does hire people with star power and if the store managers are intentional about where they place these agents, like Yessenia at the Order Pickup desk, then an exceptional experience will be had by all.

Good place to buy essentials. Whatever you need - bathroom supplies, groceries, electronics, clothes, and even outdoor furniture. It can get crowded and the lines can be long at times. The price points on most of their bathroom products are good such as tooth paste, grooming and cleaning supplies. You can get good deals here.

Last night there was a blackout in Los Angeles and I asked the two men working at the electronics desk if I could charge my phone for a few minutes. Im blanking on their names, it was a stressful night. They not only said yes, they let me charge my phone by their desk so that they could watch out for it too. I will never forget that kindness. 🙏 Everywhere I went there was a wait for a socket or a charging station due to the blackout in LA. This Target is a block over, in West Hollywood, and had power. Phones arent just for Instagram and apps, we need them to stay in contact with family and loved ones, get emergency alerts, reach first responders in an emergency, and for so many reasons that pop into your head once theres no power. #Target - Please reward these stellar gentlemen. They are the kind of people who will get you new customers and retain current customers. Thats very important in Tinseltown where we ALWAYS need electronics. I will try calling you again to submit this review directly to you, but with long wait times on your phone and looming power outtages, I will call from the store where I can thank them in person. You have a good crew here. 💕

I wouldn’t normally post a review of a big box retailer but I’ve had two or more positive experiences at this particular store since being in West Hollywood. The service is always kind and friendly, their product range is, well what you would expect and they are centrally located.

Target has all the necessary goods for household, this is the place that LA a people can rely on. Except target there are no other super market around LA...
